Please adhere to the following ﬁtting instructions exactly as described and illustrated. Most problems occur as a result of the ﬁtting being carried out without the

instructions being adhered to.

Important information:

This set is only to be used for wheels and tyres that are tubeless-ready.

Caution: Keep out of the reach of children. The wearing of protective clothing is recommended. Avoid contact with the eyes. Should you neverthless get the sealing milk

in your eyes, rinse them out with water for a few minutes and contact a doctor. Have the packaging or the identiﬁcation label at hand.

1. Required tools (see )Fig. 1

A. SKS RENNKOMPRESSOR SKS RIDEAIR pump and or comparable products

B. Two tyre levers

C. A pair of scissors

D. A sharp knife or a small screwdriver

E. Suitable protective goggles

2. Sealing the rim well with rims with open spoke holes (see )Fig. 2

Oil, dirt and residues are to be removed from the rim before the sealing tape is applied.

Start the application 15 cm in front of the valve hole and tightly apply the rim tape to the rim well, termination 15 cm behind the valve hole so that this area is covered

double. Use a soft cloth to remove any air bubbles that might be trapped in the sealing tape. Now make an »X« form incision in the sealing tape above the valve hole or

make a small hole using a small screwdriver and ﬁt the valve.

3. Fitting the tyre (see )Fig. 3

Fit one side of the tyre completely. Pull the tyre onto the rim using a plastic tyre lever. Do not use any sharp tools or a screwdriver. Now ﬁt the other side of the tyre.

4. Pumping the tyre up (see )Fig. 4

5. Inserting the sealant (see Figs. 5,6)

Remove the valve insert. Shake the sealant in the bottle well and position the wheel so that the valve is at the 0800 hours position. Use the squeeze bottle to insert the

sealant through the valve body. Now ﬁt the valve insert and pump the tyre up again.

Hold the wheel in front of you and move it back and forth in short and fast movements. After approx. 10 seconds, turn the wheel an additional 30 cm and repeat this until

you have worked on the entire wheel twice.
