Power source:

Unwind the AC-power cord and connect to 230V 50 Hz power outlet.

Rotate the ON/OFF & VOLUME control first, then press the AC switch (at the backside of the cabinet. T

indeed turn on.

Battery power:

Insert 6 x 1,5V Type UM-2/C Batteries into the battery compartment. Be sure that the batteries are insert

to avoid damage to the appliance. Rotate the ON/OFF & VOLUME control to turn on the unit. The AC

backside is not necessary for DC supply.

Notes:

- Use Batteries of the same type. Never use different types of batteries together

- To use the appliance with batteries, disconnect the AC power cord from it

- When AC operated but batteries are inside in the battery compartment at the same time, the unit will i

DC automatically even the ON/OFF volume control is on open mode.

Antenna:

For FM reception, unwind 100% the wire antenna

For AM reception turn the complete radio

Radio operation:

1. Select waveband AM, FM

2. Select station by turning tuning knob

3. Volume adjustment by turning volume control

LIGHT button

Press the LIGHT button to set the backlight of the frequencyscale on or off.
