1. IOMOD
IOMOD is an external device that connects to the DVR or NVR via RS- to extend the number of 485
alarm inputs up to 16.
2. HW Connection
Connect the RS- 5 terminal of IOMOD and DVR/NVR. 48
Connect the DC 12V Adapter supplied with the IOMOD.
3. SW Setting
Go to Setup Device Controller & PTZ and activate ‘Alarm Box . ’ON

If the alarm box is turned "on", the sensor input of the DVR/NVR itself does not work.
When the Alarm Box is turned "on", the Keyboard Controller can not be used.
