All Operators Must Read These
Instructions Before Use
Always follow these safety guidelines. Failure to do so may
result in serious bodily injury or death.
General Safety

WARNING! When using the rapid inator, basic safety
precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of
re, electric shock, and personal injury. These include:
1. Keep work area clean and well-lit –
Cluttered, dark areas invite accidents.
2. Keep children, bystanders, and pets away –
All spectators, including pets, should be kept a safe
distance away from the work area.
3. Operate cordless rapid inator in an open area at least
18 in. (45.7 cm) away from any wall or object that could
restrict the ow air to ventilation openings.
4. Stay alert – Watch what you are doing. Use common
sense. Do not operate the cordless rapid inator when you
are tired, or under the inuence of alcohol or drugs.
5. Dress properly – Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry.
They can get caught in moving parts. Loose clothes,
jewelry, or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
6. Avoid unintentional starting – Do not carry the cordless
rapid inator with your nger on the trigger.
7. Do not overreach Keep proper footing and balance at
all times. Proper footing and balance enable better control
of the cordless rapid inator in unexpected situations.
8. Use safety equipment – Always wear eye protection.
Dusk mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing
protection must be used for appropriate conditions.

Eye protection is required to guard against ying
fasteners and debris which could cause severe eye injury.
10. Do no wear loose clothing or jewelryContain long
hair. Loose clothes, jewelry, or long hair can be drawn into
air vents.
11. Do not use on a ladder or unstable support –
Stable footing on a solid surface enables better control of
the cordless rapid inator in unexpected situations.
12. Do not force the tool – It will perform better with less
likelihood of personal or mechanical injury if it is used at
the rate for which it was designed.
13. Check hose for weak or worn conditions before each
use, making certain all connections are secure. Do not
use if defect is found. Purchase a new hose or notify an
authorized service center to examination or repair.
14. Release all pressures within the system slowly.
Dust and debris may be harmful.
15. Do not use cordless rapid inator if switch does not
turn it on or o. The cordless rapid inator that cannot
be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be
repaired.
16. Disconnect battery pack from the cordless rapid
inator or place the switch in the locked or o
position before making any adjustments, changing
accessories, or storing the cordless rapid inator.
Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of
starting the cordless rapid inator accidentally.

Store idle cordless rapid inator out of reach of children
or other untrained persons. Cordless rapid inators are
dangerous in the hands of untrained users.

When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from metal
objects like: paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws,
or other small metal objects that can make a connection
from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery
terminals together may cause sparks, burns, or a re.
19. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts,
breakage of parts, and any other condition that may
aect the cordless rapid inator's operation.
If damaged, have the cordless rapid inator serviced
before using. Many accidents are caused by poorly
maintained tools.
20. Use only accessories that are recommended by the
manufacturer for your model. Accessories that may be
suitable for one cordless rapid inator may create a risk of
injury when used on another cordless rapid inator.
21. Keep the cordless rapid inator and its handle dry,
clean and free from oil and grease. Always use a clean
cloth when cleaning. Never use brake uid, gasoline,
petroleum-based products, or any strong solvents to
clean your cordless rapid inator. Following this rule will
reduce the risk of loss of control and deterioration of the
enclosure plastic.

22. Never point any cordless rapid inator toward yourself
or others.
23. Do not exceed the pressure rating of any component
in the system.
24. Protect material lines and air lines from damage or
puncture. Keep hose and power cord away from sharp
objects, chemical spills, oil, solvents, and wet oors.
Specic Safety Warnings
for Cordless Rapid Inator
1. Know your cordless rapid inator – Know how to start
and stop the tool. Be thoroughly familiar with the controls.
2. Risk of bursting – Do not preset cordless rapid inator to
result in output pressure greater than marked maximum
pressure of item to be inated. Do not use at pressure
greater than 120 PSI.
3. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not expose to rain.
Store indoors.
4. Inspect yearly for cracks, pin holes, or other
imperfections that could cause cordless rapid inator
to become unsafe. Never cut or drill holes in the rapid
inator.
5. Make sure the hose is free of obstructions or snags.
Entangled or snarled hoses can cause loss of balance or
footing and may become damaged.
6. Use the right appliance – Do not use the cordless rapid
inator for any applications other than those for which it
was intended.
7. Check for damaged parts – Before further use of the
cordless rapid inator or air tool, all guards and parts
should be carefully checked to determine that it will
operate properly and perform its intended function.
Check for alignment of moving parts, binding of moving
parts, breakage of parts, mounting, and any other
condition that may aect its operation. A guard or other
part that is damaged should be properly repaired or

8. Remove the battery – Remove the battery from the
cordless rapid inator when it is not in use, before
servicing it, when changing accessories, and when
performing any other maintenance task.
9. Protect your lungs Wear a face or dust mask if the
operation is dusty. Following this rule will reduce the risk
of serious personal injury.
10. Do not use cordless rapid inator as a breathing device.
11. Never direct a jet of compressed air toward people or
animals. Take care not to blow dust and dirt towards
yourself or others. Following this rule will reduce the risk
of serious injury.
12.
Do not use this cordless rapid inator to spray chemicals.
Your lungs can be damaged by inhaling toxic fumes.
13. Always be aware that misuse and improper handling of
this cordless rapid inator can cause injury to yourself and
others.
14. Do not continue to use a cordless rapid inator or hose
that leaks air or does not functions properly.
15. Do not attempt to pull or carry the cordless rapid inator
by the hose.

Always follow all safety rules recommended by the
manufacturer of your cordless rapid inator, in addition to
all safety rules for the cordless rapid inator. Following this
rule will reduce the risk of serious personal injury.
17. Do not crush, drop or damage battery pack. Do not use a
battery pack or charger that has been dropped or received
a sharp blow. A damaged battery is subject to explosion.
Properly dispose of a dropped or damaged battery
immediately.
18. Do not charge battery tool in a damp or wet location.
Following this rule will reduce the risk of electric shock.
19. Inspect tool cords periodically and, if damages, have
repaired at your nearest authorized service center.

Safety Instructions
We pay a great deal of attention to the design of every battery
pack to ensure that we supply you with batteries that are safe,
durable and have a high energy density. The battery cells have
a wide range of safety devices. Each individual cell is initially
formatted and its electrical characteristic curves are recorded.
This data is then used exclusively to be able to assemble the
best possible battery packs.
Despite all the safety precautions, caution must always be
exercised when handling batteries. The following points must
be obeyed at all times to ensure safe use. Safe use can only
be guaranteed if undamaged cells are used. Incorrect handling
of the battery pack can cause cell damage.
