Thank you for purchasing a Taylor Heritage Collection Outdoor Rain Gauge. This classic icon is the perfect decorative ®

accent for your yard. The rain gauge gives you an accurate measure of rainfall (5 inch rainfall capacity) on your property

with every storm. This attractive and practical unit will withstand the elements for years to come.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Simply attach the pointed metal ground stake extender to the bottom of the rain gauge unit by screwing clockwise over the

threaded end.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Select a desirable location as far away from tall buildings, trees, etc., as possible.

• It is suggested that the gauge be placed no closer to tall objects or obstructions than twice the height of the object /

obstruction. Low fences, bushes or walls in the vicinity of the gauge, however, are not objectional as these usually

help break up the force of the wind.

C ARE

• Clean the gauge with mild soap or detergent and water. Do not use solvents or abrasives. An ordinary bottle brush is

useful in cleaning any collection of dust or dirt at the bottom of the measuring tube.

• IMPORTANT: Do not let the rain gauge freeze.

This product is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from date of original purchase for original purchaser. It does

not cover damages or wear resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use, or unauthorized adjustment and/or repair. Should this product

require service (or replacement at our option) while under warranty, do not return to retailer. Please pack the item carefully and return it prepaid,

along with store receipt showing date of purchase and a note explaining reason for return to:
