SAFETY

• By ignoring the safety instructions the

manufacturer cannot be held responsible for

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

• Take the appliance outthebox.Removethe stickers,protective

foilorplasticfrom thedevice and clean the appliance.(See cleaning

and maintenance.)

• Place the appliance on a flat stable surface and hold at least 30 cm.

USE

• Inset the plug into the power outlet, you will notice that the red power

light will goes on. Turn the temperature knob to MAX and the green

ready light goes on. Indicating the appliance is heating up.

• Allow your appliance to pre-heat until the green ready light goes off. This

indicates that the cooking plate has reached the correct temperature for

cooking.

• For best results, lightly spray the cooking plate with a cooking oil spray

before using. This will assist in the removal of the crepes after cooking.

• Once the green ready light is off, pour crepe batter onto the baking plate

spreading it with a circular movement using the batter spreader.

• The green ready light will continue to goes on and off during the cooking

process indicating that the appliance is heating up appropriately.

• Allow the crepe to cook until the surface is no longer liquid and the crepe

can be moved slightly.

• Using a spatula, lift and flip the crepe completely.

• Continue to cook on this side until the underside is browned slightly and

easily lifted.

• Remove the crepe to a wire rack and allow it to cool slightly before

stacking on a plate. Adjust the temperature as needed after the first

crepe is done.

• Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before removing

cooking plate.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for the appliance to cool

down.

• Never pour cold water on a hot plate, this could damage the device and

can cause splashing hot water.

• Clean the hotplate with hot water, washing-up liquid and a damp cloth or

soft brush. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pad or steel

wool, which damages the device.

• Clean the appliance’s housing with a soft, damp cloth.

• Never immerse the electrical appliance in water or any other liquid. The

appliance is not dishwasher proof.

• Make sure the appliance is thoroughly dry before storing it.

This appliance should not be put into the domestic garbage at the

end of its durability, but must be offered at a central point for the recycling

of electric and electronic domestic appliances. This symbol on the

VOORAFGAAND AAN HET EERSTE GEBRUIK

• Haal het apparaat uit de doos.Verwijder de stickers, de beschermfolie of

het plastic van het apparaat. Reinig het apparaat. (Zie "Reiniging en

onderhoud".)

• Zet het apparaat op een vlakke stabiele ondergrond en houd minstens

30 cm vrije ruimte rondom. Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat rechtop staat.

• Sluit de voedingskabel aan op het stopcontact en schakel het apparaat

in.(Let op: Zorg er voor het aansluiten van het apparaat voor dat het op

het apparaat aangegeven voltage overeenkomt met de plaatselijke

netspanning.

• Laat de kookplaat heet worden.

• Als het apparaat voor de eerste keer wordt aangezet, ontstaat een lichte

geur. Dit is normaal, zorg voor voldoende ventilatie. Deze geur is maar

tijdelijk en zal spoedig vervliegen.

GEBRUIK

• Plaats de stekker in het stopcontact. De rode stroomindicatielamp gaat

branden. Draai de temperatuurknop naar 'MAX'. De groene 'klaar'-

indicatielamp gaat branden. Dit geeft aan dat het apparaat bezig is met

opwarmen.

• Laat het apparaat voorverwarmen totdat de groene 'klaar'-indicatielamp

uit gaat. Dit geeft aan dat de bakplaat de juiste temperatuur voor koken

heeft bereikt.

• Besproei voor het beste resultaat de bakplaat voor gebruik licht met wat

bakolie. Dit zal helpen de crêpes na het bakken te verwijderen.

• Giet zodra de groene 'klaar'-indicatielamp uit is het crêpebeslag op de

bakplaat en verspreid het beslag in een cirkelvormige beweging met

behulp van de beslagverspreider.

• De groene 'klaar'-indicatielamp blijft tijdens het bakken aan en uit gaan

om aan te geven dat het apparaat bezig is met opwarmen.

• Laat de crêpe bakken totdat het oppervlak niet meer vloeibaar is en de

crêpe enigszins kan worden verplaatst.

• Licht de crêpe omhoog en draai hem volledig met behulp van een spatel.

• Ga verder met bakken tot de onderkant enigszins bruin is en eenvoudig

omhoog kan worden gelicht.

• Leg de crêpe op een rooster en laat hem iets afkoelen voordat u hem op

een bord legt. Pas de temperatuur naar behoefte aan nadat de eerste

crêpe klaar is.

• Verwijder altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het apparaat

afkoelen voordat u bakplaat verwijdert.

REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD

• Haal voor het schoonmaken de stekker uit het stopcontact en wacht tot

het apparaat afgekoeld is.

• Giet nooit koud water op een hete plaat; dit kan het apparaat

beschadigen en opspattend heet water veroorzaken.

• Reinig de kookplaat met warm water, afwasmiddel en een vochtige doek

of een zachte borstel. Gebruik nooit agressieve of schurende

reinigingsmiddelen, schuursponzen of staalwol; dit beschadigt het

apparaat.

• Reinig de behuizing van het apparaat met een zachte, vochtige doek.

• Dompel het elektrische apparaat nooit onder in water of andere

vloeistoffen. Het apparaat is niet vaatwasserbestendig.

• Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat goed droog is voordat u het opbergt.

MILIEU

Dit apparaat mag aan het einde van de levensduur niet bij het

normale huisafval worden gedeponeerd, maar moet bij een speciaal

inzamelpunt voor hergebruik van elektrische en elektronische apparaten

AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION

• Sortez l'appareil hors de la boîte.Retirez les autocollants et le film

protecteur ou plastique de l'appareil et nettoyez l'appareil. (voir

nettoyage et maintenance)

• Placez l'appareil sur une surface plane et stable, et libérez un espace

d'au moins 30 cm autour de lui. Veillez à ce que l'appareil soit placé en

position verticale.

• Branchez le cordon d'alimentation dans la prise et mettez l'appareil en

marche.(Remarque: Veillez à ce que la tension indiquée sur l’appareil

corresponde à celle du secteur local avant de connecter l'appareil.

• Laissez la plaque chauffante chauffer.

• Lorsque l'appareil est allumé pour la première fois, une légère odeur se

dégage. Ceci est normal et gage d'une ventilation adéquate. Cette odeur

est temporaire et disparaîtra vite.

UTILISATION

• Insérez la fiche dans la prise secteur et vous remarquez que le témoin

rouge s'allume. Tournez le bouton de contrôle de température sur MAX

et le témoin prêt vert s'allume. C'est l'indication que l'appareil chauffe.

• Laissez votre appareil préchauffer jusqu'à l'extinction du témoin prêt vert.

C'est l'indication que la plaque de cuisson a atteint la température de

cuisson correcte.

• Pour optimiser les résultats, pulvérisez légèrement la plaque de cuisson

avec une huile de cuisson en spray avant son usage. Vous facilitez ainsi

le retrait des crêpes après la cuisson.

• Une fois le témoin prêt vert éteint, versez la pâte à crêpe sur la plaque

de cuisson en l'étalant avec un mouvement circulaire à l'aide de la

raclette à pâte.

• Le témoin prêt vert continue de s'allumer et s'éteindre durant la cuisson,

indiquant que l'appareil entretient la température correcte.

• Laissez la crêpe cuire pour que sa surface ne soit plus liquide et qu'elle

puisse être déplacée légèrement.

• Avec une spatule, levez et retournez complètement la crêpe.

• Continuez la cuisson sur ce côté jusqu'à ce que la partie inférieure

brunisse légèrement et soit facile à lever.

• Retirez la crêpe sur une grille et laissez-la refroidir légèrement avant de

l'empiler sur un plat. Ajustez la température selon les besoins après la

première crêpe.

• Débranchez toujours l'appareil et laissez-le refroidir avant de retirer la

plaque de cuisson.

NETTOYAGE ET MAINTENANCE

• Avant le nettoyage, débranchez l'appareil et attendez qu'il refroidisse.

• Ne versez jamais de l’eau froide sur la plaque chaude, ceci peut

endommager l’appareil et causer des éclaboussures d'eau chaude.

• Nettoyez la plaque chauffante à l'eau chaude, avec du liquide vaisselle

et un chiffon ou une brosse douce humide. N'utilisez pas de produits

nettoyants agressifs ou abrasifs, de tampons à récurer ou de laine de

verre, ceux-ci pourraient endommager l'appareil.

• Nettoyez le boîtier de l'appareil avec un chiffon doux et humide.

• N'immergez jamais l'appareil dans l'eau ou dans tout autre liquide.

L'appareil n'est pas prévu pour un lavage au lave-vaisselle.

• Assurez-vous que l'appareil est complètement sec avant de le ranger.
