• If your tzumi earbuds malfunction, do not attempt to repair
the unit yourself. Doing so will violate the tzumi Warranty and
may cause physical injury or permanent damage. Instead,

for assistance.
USING YOUR EARBUDS - BUTTON FUNCTIONS
FUNCTION ACTION
Increase the media volume. Slide the volume controller upward
toward the + symbol.
Decrease the media volume. Slide the volume controller downward
toward the - symbol.
Play or pause the music. Press the multifunction button once.
Skip to the next track.
Skip to the previous track.
Answer an incoming call.
Hang up an ongoing call.
Reject an incoming call.
Activate Google Assistant.
Press the multifunction button twice.
Press the multifunction button three
times.
Press the multifunction button once
while receiving an incoming call.
Press the multifunction button once
during an ongoing call.
Press, hold the multifunction button for 3
seconds while receiving an incoming call.
Press and hold the multifunction button
for 3 seconds.
