The Xcellon BT5A oers Bluetooth 5.0 for PC computers that don’t have built-in Bluetooth
support, or are running older versions of Bluetooth.
Follow the instructions below to download and install the necessary drivers to get started.
Please read and follow these instructions, and keep this manual in a safe place.
USB transfer speeds can vary due to system configuration as well as factors such as the host
device’s processing speed and file attributes.
Factors such as the volume of network trac, building material and construction, and
network overhead may result in lower data transfer speeds and wireless range.
IEEE 802.11ac specifications for network speeds and bandwidth can vary due to network
and service provider considerations, interface type, and other factors.

Precautions
Before You Begin
If your computer has
a previously installed
Bluetooth driver,
follow these steps
to disable it before
connecting the
BT5A.
1. Open Window’s
Device Manager.
2. Locate the driver
in the Bluetooth
dropdown.
Right-click on it
and select disable
device.
If there is no Bluetooth driver in the Device Manager window, skip to Installing the
Bluetooth 5.0 Driver.
