1.Cautions

Thesoftwareversionandpicturesinthisdocumentarejustfor

referenceonly.PleaseuseZTEhandsetsupportwebsiteprovidedversion

todownloadsoftware.

1)Downloadtheupgradepackage.

Openhttp://www.ztedevice.com.cn/supportanddownloadtheupgrade

package(update.zip)thatmatchesyourphonemodel.Ifthe

downloadedpackageisnotupdate.zip,unzipthepackagetoobtain

update.zip.

EnsurethatyourmicroSDcardisatleast3GB.

NotePleaserefertoourcurrentversiondownloadsize：.

2)RemovetheSIMcard,thenbackupthedataandAPPsinyourphone

beforetheupgrade.

3)Performdatabackup.

Note:YoushouldnotremovetheSDcardduringthebackupprocess.To

avoiddatalost,itisnotrecommendedtocancelthebackupprocess.

4)VerifythatthefileintherootdirectoryoftheSDcardupdate.zip

matchesthemodelofthephone.Donotmodifythefilenameand

extensionnameofthefilesintheupgradepackage.

5)Verifythatyourphonehasenough(atleast40%)power.Chargethephone

ifrequired.Toavoiddatalostorupgradefailure,itisnotrecommendedto

upgradeyourphonethroughanSDcardwhenthephoneisbeingcharged.

6)Youshouldnotperformanyotheroperationonthephoneduringthe

upgradeprocess.

7)Anormalupgradeshouldbecompletedinminutes.Ifthephonedoesnot5

rebootorshowanyresponseinminutes,youshouldperformtheupgrade5

processagain.Ifthephonecannotbestarted,performaforcedupgrade.If

theforcedupgradedoesnotwork,youshouldcontactanafter-saleservice

agentforsupport

Ifthephonecannotbestartedproperly,forexample,thephonecannotbe

started,orthephonedoesnotenterstandbystate,performaforcedupgrade.

Ifthephonecanbestartedproperlyandthemenucanbeselected,Settings

performanormalupgrade.
