1)Downloadtheupgradepackage.

Openhttp://www.ztedevice.com.cn/supportanddownloadtheupgrade

package(update.zip)thatmatchesyourphonemodel.Ifthe

downloadedpackageisnotupdate.zip,unzipthepackagetoobtain

update.zip.

EnsurethatyourmicroSDcardisatleast4GB.

NotePleaserefertoourcurrentversiondownloadsize：.

2)Suggestusingathird-partyAPPbackupdatabeforetheupgrade

3)RemovetheSIMcardbeforetheupgrade.

4)VerifythatthefileintherootdirectoryoftheSDcardupdate.zip

matchesthemodelofthephone.Donotmodifythefilenameand

extensionnameofthefilesintheupgradepackage.

5)Verifythatyourphonehasenough(atleast40%)power.Chargethephone

ifrequired.Toavoiddatalostorupgradefailure,itisnotrecommendedto

upgradeyourphonethroughanSDcardwhenthephoneisbeingcharged.

6)Youshouldnotperformanyotheroperationonthephoneduringthe

upgradeprocess.

7)Anormalupgradeshouldbecompletedinminutes.Ifthephonedoes10-15

notrebootorshowanyresponsein15minutes,youshouldperformthe

upgradeprocessagain.Ifthephonecannotbestarted,performaforced

upgrade.Iftheforcedupgradedoesnotwork,youshouldcontactan
