Thank you for purchasing the WISE-4210-S231 LPWAN
Temperature/Humidity Starter Kit. This quick start guide is
intended to help you deploy your new solution. The guide
contains basic information on the power and application wir-
ing. Should you require additional instructions, please refer
to WISE-4210-S231 and WISE-4210-AP user manual.

• 2 x Antenna
• 1 x WebAccess/SCADA 75 tags license key
• 2 x Mounting bracket
• 1 x Quick start manual
• 1 x China RoHS declaration (NA series only)
• 2 x 60w adapter
• 2 x 183cm power cord
• 1 x 70 cm Ethernet cable
• 1 x Screwdriver
The WISE-4210 is designed for a standard industrial
unregulated 24 VDC power supply. For some applications,
it can also accept +10 to +50 VDC power input with 200 mV
peak-to-peak power ripple. The immediate ripple voltage
should be between +10 and +50 VDC. Batteries may also
be used as an alternative power source.
WISE-4210-AP is the LPWAN AP, power source comes
from adapter.

Open the rubber cover on the side of WISE-4210 nodes,
thereisabatteryswitchtoturnonorturnothebattery
power supply.
The module accepts 3 x AA, 3.6 V lithium battery.
The batteries should be installed facing the same direction.
Installation Procedure Battery
1. Power on WISE-4210-S231 and WISE-4210-AP
2. Install WebAccess/SCADA in your PC.
3. To generate 75 tags use WebAccess/SCADA USB Hard

4. Download WebAccess/SCADA WISE Starter Kit project
as in the following link :

5. Import WebAccess/SCADA WISE Starter Kit project into
your PC. Import procedure as following link :

6. Open WISE Starter Kit project and copy IoTDemo_
WISE-Project folder to c:\webaccess\node and c:\
webaccess\node\cong
7. Open WISE Starter Kit project and open ModiconDriv-
er__UTCSwapfolder.copy3dllletoc:\webaccess\
node and c:\webaccess\node\deriver and c:\webac-
cess\node\cong\ProjectName\BINandc:\webaccess\
node\ProjectName\BIN
8. Connect your PC with WISE-4210-AP, make sure the
PC IP segment is same with WISE-4210-AP. Default IP
on WISE-4210-AP is 192.168.1.3
9. You can have the data from WISE-4210-S231 directly
on your WebAccess/SCADA WISEPaaS Dashboard,
