Limited Factory Warranty
AFX Inc. hereby warranty that this xture is free from defects in materials and workmanship when installed and used under normal operating conditions for a period of 5
years from date of shipment from factory. This warranty covers all component parts and extends only to replacement of defective xture or components; it does not cover
failure due to improper installation, misuse, mishandling or damage incurred in transit.
Safety Precautions
• Read all safety precautions and installation instructions carefully before installing or servicing this xture. Failure to comply with these instructions
could result in potentially fatal electric shock and/or property damage.
• It is recommended that a qualied electrician perform all wiring. This xture must be wired in accordance with all national and local electrical codes.
• Do not handle any energized xture or attempt to energize any xture with wet hands or while standing on a wet or damp surface or in water.
• This xture is designed for use in a 120- , 60Hz fused circuit only. This xture is not compatible with dimming circuits. 277VAC
• To reduce the risk of electrical shock, and to assure proper operation, this xture must be adequately grounded. To accomplish proper grounding,
there must be a separate ground wire (green) contact between this fixture and the ground connection of your main power supply panel.
• This xture is intended to be used for general indoor lighting in dry or damp locations.

Assembly Instructions
Step 1 Preparing for installation–
A. at fuse or circuit breaker box before installing or servicing any part oDisconnect electrical power f
this xture.
B. Carefully remove the xture from the carton, remove components from hardware kit.
C. Install mounting bracket (1) to the junction box (not included) using two screws to (2) secure it.
Wiring All wiring must take place inside junction box (not included) –
Caution: Make sure power is o at fuse or circuit breaker box. Check power wires for damage or
scrapes. If power supply wires are within three inches of the LED driver, use wire suitable for at least
90°C (194°F). Most dwellings built before 1985 have supply wire rated to 60°C. Consult a Note:
qualied electrician to ensure correct branch circuit conductor before installing.
Step 2 Wiring xture –
A. Make all wire connections to appropriate wire. Secure with wire nuts (provided).
B. Connect the green wire from the xture to the supply power source ground wire.
C. Connect the white wire from the xture to the white (N) wire from supply power source. Connect the
black xture wire to the black (L) wire from supply power source.
D. ll on each wire lead to make sure connections are secure. Make certain no bare Do not mix wires. Pu
wires are exposed outside of wire connectors. Tuck all connections neatly into the junction box.
Step 3 Mounting fixture –
A. Adjust cord length by loosening the strain relief screws on the bottom of the canopy (4). Pull the cord
through the top of the canopy and re-tighten the screw once the xture is at the desired height. Repeat
for all strain reliefs.
B. Place xture canopy (4) over the xture mounting plate (1), aligning the canopy holes with the
mounting plate screws (5). Use two barrel nuts (6) to secure the xture in place.
Step 4 Color changing temperature adjustment (CCT if desired) – –
A. change color temperature between 3000K, 4000K, and 3500K use soft touch CCT/dimming To
control sensor on side of the xture to toggle CCT. Hold hand by CCT/dimming control sensor on
side of the xture to adjust dimming level from low to high until released. Note: when power to the
xture is switched o and turned back on, only the last CCT setting will return to full brightness.
Fixture is preset to 3000K from factory and cycles from 3000K to 4000K to 3500K.
Step 5 Restore power at fuse or circuit breaker box –
