DALLA SCRIVANIA DEL PRESIDENTE
Gentile Cliente,
grazie per aver scelto per la tua casa la qualità degli elettrodomestici Bertazzoni.
E’ dal lontano 1882 che la mia famiglia costruisce cucine e si è dunque
conquistata una solida reputazione per l’eccellenza della sua ingegneria, nata
dalla passione per la buona tavola.
Oggi i nostri prodotti vantano un esclusivo design, tipicamente italiano e una
tecnologia d’alto livello. La nostra missione è quella di costruire elettrodomestici
dal funzionamento perfetto, che soddisfi no pienamente chi li usa.
Creando prodotti di elevata qualità estetica, rispondiamo alle esigenze dei
nostri clienti. I nostri elettrodomestici sono inoltre versatili e maneggevoli, perciò

/ Installazione
L’installazione, tutte le regolazioni, le trasformazi-
oni e le manutenzioni elencate in questa parte de-
vono essere eseguite esclusivamente da person-
ale qualifi cato (come da normativa vigente). Un
errata installazione può causare danni a persone,
animali o cose, nei confronti dei quali il costruttore
non può essere considerato responsabile. I dis-
positivi di sicurezza o di regolazione automatica
degli apparecchi durante la vita dell’impianto pot-
ranno essere modifi cati solamente dal costruttore
o dal fornitore debitamente autorizzato.
Procedere all’installazione solo dopo aver in-
dossato i dispositivi individuali di protezione
INSERIMENTO DEL PIANO DI COTTURA
Dopo aver tolto le varie parti mobili dai loro imballi
interni ed esterni, assicurarsi che il piano sia inte-
gro. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio in caso di dubbio
e contattare il centro assistenza.
Considerando le dimensioni critiche dell’apparec-
chio (vedi tabelle), praticare un’apertura nel piano
del mobile (vedi fi gura) seguendo le misure ripor-
tate nella tabella

AVVERTENZE IMPORTANTI
Il piano cottura può essere installato inserito tra
mobili da cucina o tra un mobile e la parete in
muratura. La parete posteriore e le superfi ci cir-
costanti devono resistere ad una temperatura
di 90°C. Per evitare lo scollamento del laminato
plastico che ricopre il mobile, il collante che li un-
isce deve resistere a temperature non inferiori a
150°C.
L’installazione dell’apparecchio deve essere ef-
fettuata conformemente a quanto prescritto dalla
normativa vigente.
Questo dispositivo non è collegato a dispositivi di
evacuazione dei prodotti della combustione. Esso
deve pertanto essere collegato conformemente
alle regole d’installazione sopra menzionate. Par-
ticolare attenzione si deve dare alle prescrizioni in
materia di aerazione e di ventilazione dei locali.
Il top del mobile deve poter sopportare una
temperatura massima di 90°C (120°C per la
versione da 75cm)

BRUCIATORI E GRIGLIE
Gli spartifi amma e i cappellotti devono essere po-
sizionati correttamente in modo che il piano cottu-
ra funzioi in modo adeguato.
Il posizionamento errato di spartifi amma e cap-
pellotto può portare al danneggiamento del bru-
ciatore.
Le griglie devono essere posizionate nella loro
sede all’interno del piano cottura.
UTILIZZO DEI BRUCIATORI
Sul pannello comandi in corrispondenza di ogni
manopola è indicato a quale bruciatore si riferisce.
Girare in senso antiorario la manopola corris-
pondente al bruciatore selezionato, portarla sulla
posizione di MASSIMO in corrispondenza della
fi amma grande.
Premere la manopola per far fuoriuscire il gas ed
attivare l’accensione.
Ad accensione avvenuta mantenere la manopola
premuta per circa 10 secondi, poi rilasciare.
Nell’eventualità che il bruciatore si spenga dopo
aver rilasciato la manopola, ripetere interamente
l’operazione.
Per spegnere il bruciatore ruotare la manopola in
senso orario portandola in posizione di zero
UTILIZZO BRUCIATORE DUAL (dove previsto)
Per dare maggiore fl essibilità il bruciatore dual
può funzionare completamente acceso o solo con
la corena interna accesa.
Girare in senso antiorario la manopola corrispon-
dente e portarla sulla posizione di (MASSIMO 1) .
Premere la manopola per far fuoriuscire il gas ed
attivare l’accensione.
Ad accensione avvenuta mantenere la manopola
premuta per circa 10 secondi, poi rilasciare.
Nell’eventualità che il bruciatore si spenga dopo
aver rilasciato la manopola, ripetere interamente
l’operazione.
In posizione 2 la corona esterna è al minimo e la
corona interna è al massimo della fi amma
In posizione 3 la corona interna è al massimo e la
corona esterna è spenta
In posizione 4 la corona interna è al minimo e la
corona esterna è spenta.
Consigli per l’utilizzo ottimale dei bruciatori:
• Utilizzare per ciascun bruciatore pentole ade-
guate (vedi tabella).
• Quando si è giunti all’ebollizione portare la
manopola in posizione di MINIMO.
• Usare sempre pentole con coperchio.

only for guidance.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
This appliance is marked in accordance with
European Community Directive 2012/19/EU
on waste electrical and electronic equipment
(WEEE).
This directive defi nes the standards for the
collection and recycling of waste electrical and
electronic equipment applicable throughout the
European Union.
The packaging of this appliance is composed of
the elements strictly necessary to ensure suffi cient
protection during transport. The packaging
materials are completely recyclable, thus reducing
their environmental impact. Please help to protect
the environment by taking the following tips into
consideration:
• Sort the packaging materials for recycling
• Render the old appliance unusable before
taking it to the collection facility Ask the
competent local authorities for details of the
nearest recycling centre you can take the old
appliance to.
• Do not dispose of used oil down the drain.
Keep it in a closed container and take it to a
recycling centre; if this is not possible, dispose
of it in mixed waste (in this manner it will be
disposed of at a monitored facility – although
this is not the best solution, it at least prevents
contamination of the sewage/water systems).

when disposing of the packaging.

The installation, adjustments, transformations and
maintenance listed in this section must only be
performed by qualifi ed technicians (in accordance
with applicable legislation). Incorrect installation
can cause property damage and injury to people
or pets; the manufacturer shall not be held liable
in this event. The appliance’s automatic regulation
or safety devices may only be modifi ed by the
manufacturer or a duly authorised supplier during
the appliance’s lifetime.
Ensure all necessary PPE is used when
carrying out the installation
INSTALLING THE HOB
Ensure that the hob is fully present and undamaged
after removing all loose parts from their inner and
outer packaging. In the event of any uncertainty,
do not use the appliance and contact technical
support.
Make a cut-out in the worktop (see fi gure) in
accordance with the appliance dimensions given
in the table.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The hob may be installed between kitchen cabinets
or between a cabinet and a (masonry) wall. The
rear wall and surrounding surfaces must be able to
withstand temperatures of up to 90°C. To prevent
peeling of the melamine laminate typically used
on kitchen carcases, the glue bonding it must be
able to withstand temperatures of at least 150°C.
Installation of the appliance must be performed
in accordance with the provisions of applicable
legislation.
This domestic appliance is not connected to an
extraction device for combustion products. It
must therefore be connected in accordance with
the above-mentioned installation rules. Particular
attention must be paid to room ventilation
requirements.
The worktop must be able to withstand a maximum
temperature of 90°C (120°C for the 75cm version)
