Wireless File Transmitter

WFT-E4 II

To comply with local radio wave regulations, Canon offers four region-specific versions of the

transmitter (WFT-E4 IIA, E4 IIB, E4 IIC, and E4 IID) in various areas around the world (p.8). For

convenience, we refer to the product in this manual simply as “the transmitter,” without

reference to versions A, B, C, or D.

Before using the WFT-E4 II with an EOS 5D Mark II, make sure the camera firmware is Ver.

1.2.0 or later.

INSTRUCTION MANUAL

The Wireless File Transmitter WFT-E4 II is an accessory for EOS 5D Mark II camera. It gives

the camera wireless and wired LAN functionality and adds a USB port, enabling the following

operations.

It also includes a vertical-grip shutter button for convenience in vertical shooting.
