LONG STEM FRY THERMOMETER
Specially designed for large deep fry containers,
CDN’s Long Stem Fry Thermometer provides easy
control over deep frying and other high temperatures.
The thermometer features a long 12-inch (30.5 cm)
stainless steel stem, an easy-to-read 1.75-inch
(4.4 cm) dial with a durable laboratory glass lens
and an exclusive stainless steel adjustable clip for
attaching to the side of any size fry container.
Foodservice chefs will also appreciate the Long Stem
Fry Thermometer’s durable design with stainless steel
housing that is waterproof. It offers eld calibration to
ensure accuracy time and again. A temperature guide
on the protective sheath offers instant guidance for
candy and deep fry favorites, for food safety and
