INSTALLTHESAFETYREVERSINGSENSORS

Disconnectpowertothegaragedooropenerbeforeyoubegin.

Thesafetyreversingsensorsaredesignedtoclipontothedoortrackwiththeprovided

sensorbrackets.Ifthedoortrackwillnotsupportthesensorbracketawallinstallationis

recommended.ThesensorbeamshouldbeNOHIGHERthan6"(15cm)abovethefloor.

DOORTRACKINSTALLATION

1.Slidethecurvedarmsofthesensorbracketaroundtheedgeofthedoortrack.

Snapintoplacesothatthesensorbracketisflushagainstthetrack.

2.Slidethehexscrewthroughthesensor.

3.Attachthesensortothebracketwiththewingnut.Makesurethelensisnot

obstructedbythebracket.

Repeatthestepswiththeothersensorontheoppositedoortrack.Bothlensesmust

faceeachother.

Makesurethebracketsoneachsideareclearofthedoortrackandhavethesame

amountofclearancesothesensorswillaligncorrectly.Ifadditionalclearanceisneeded,

useextensionbrackets041A5281-1(notprovided)orwoodblocks.

1.Attachthesensorbracketagainstthewallwithtwolagscrews(notprovided).

2.Slidethehexscrewthroughthesensor.

3.Attachthesensortothebracketwiththewingnut.Makesurethelensisnot

obstructedbythebracket.

Repeatthestepswiththeothersensorontheoppositesideofthegaragedoor.Both

lensesmustfaceeachother.
