Safety
The product is intended for outdoor useonly.
• The product should only be used with reinforced (braided) hoses.
Damaged or dry and brittle hoses should not beused.
• The product must not be immersed in water or other liquid.
• The product must not be covered in anyway.
• All hoses and connections should be checked regularly.
• The first week theproduct is used it should be checked to ensure that
everything is working as it should.
• All connections, hoses, batteries and programmes should be checked
before theproduct is left unmonitored for alongtime.
• Only good quality alkaline batteries should be used in theproduct.
Rechargeable batteries must not beused.
• The product must only be used theright wayup. Neverplace
theproduct upsidedown.
• The product must only be repaired by aqualified service technician.
• The product contains parts that are sensitive to static electricity.
Iftheproduct operates abnormally, it may need to be reset by taking
out thebatteries and putting them back inagain.
• The product should not be used in ambient temperatures below 0 °C
or with water having atemperature above 38 °C (100 °F).
• The product must not be used with water pressure exceeding6.9 bar
(100 psi).
• Take care not to pull or jerk thehoses connected to theproduct.
Care and maintenance
• Clean theproduct by wiping it with adampcloth. Useonly mild
cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• If theproduct is not to be used for along time:
- Set theIrrigation Mode Selector to [ OFF ].
- Remove thebatteries and store theproduct in adry, frost-free location.
• Insert new batteries at thebeginning of anew irrigation season.

4. Refit thescrews.
5. Use the [ + ] and [ − ] buttons to set thecurrent time and also theirrigation
duration time while holding in the [ RUN TIME ] button.
Settings
Time
1. Hold in [ + ] and [ − ] simultaneously for about 3 seconds to toggle
between a12-hour time display (AM/PM) or 24-hour time display.
2. Set thetime by holding in either the [ + ] or the [ − ] button.
Irrigation duration (RUN TIME)
The RUN TIME is thelength of time thetimer releases water for irrigation.
Press [ RUN TIME ] to select one of thefollowing irrigation durations:
1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 120, 150, 180min.
Examples of irrigation programmes

connector by unscrewing therequired
number of adapters. There are three
sizes: 1/2 BSP, 3/4 BSP and 1 BSP.ʺ ʺ ʺ

6. [ RUN TIME ]: Irrigation duration set button
7. “START TIME”: Irrigation time, choose from:
Irrigation begins at 06:00 (6 am)
Irrigation begins at 18:00 (6 pm)
Irrigation begins at 09:00 (9 am)
Assembly
Batteries
When thebattery icon starts to flash, thewater supply to theirrigation
hose is shut off and new batteries are required.
Important
• Switch off thewater at thetap and disconnect thetimer from thetap
before replacing thebatteries.
• Changing thebatteries will reset thetimer settings.

cover on theback of thetimer.
2. Remove thebattery cover and insert
two1.5 V AA/LR6 batteries. Referto
themarkings in thebattery compartment to
ensure correct polarity.
3. Refit thebattery cover, making sure that
theend of theribbon is not caught between
thecover and thebody of thetimer. Theribbon
is there to help remove thebatteries.
