4. As you begin to use
your epilator, the ice roller
will move up and down
the skin as you move the
epilator. The hinge allows
for any angle and provides
pressure on the skin. This
will help soothe your skin
both before and after you
epilate (see FIG. 4).
SENSITIVE-AREA ATTACHMENT
For hair removal on your
most sensitive areas,
remove the full-size
epilation attachment
and replace it with the
sensitive-area attachment
as follows:
1. Ensure that the epilator is turned off.
2. Press both sides of the attachment to remove
the full-size epilation attachment.
3. Position the sensitive-area attachment in the
correct location on top of the unit.
4. Press gently until the attachment clicks into
position.
LEG/FULL ARM EPILATION
1. Using the full-size epilation attachment, begin
epilation on the lower leg/arm and move
upward.
2. For optimal results behind
the knee/elbow, keep the
leg/arm out straight so
that the skin is taut.
ICE ROLLER ATTACHMENT
This epilator includes an ice roller attachment to
soothe the skin after epilation.
1. This attachment has been designed to fit
over the full-size epilator attachment or the
sensitive-skin attachment
and can be adjusted to
work simultaneously while
you epilate. Align the two
arrow (
) marks, then
gently place the roller
attachment over the top
of the epilator. It will slide
down and snap easily into
place (see FIG. 1).
2. Remove ice roller from
frame attachment. Hold unit
and remove ice roller from
one side of the frame at a
time and place only the ice
roller in the freezer at least
4 hours before use (see
FIG. 2).
NOTE: Do not put the
actual epilator unit or
ice roller frame in the
freezer.
3. Before you begin to
epilate, remove ice roller
from freezer and reattach
it to the frame attachment.
Hold the ice roller
horizontally to align the
chambers with the frame
locks and push down until it snaps into place
(see FIG. 3).

OPERATION
1. For dry location use only. Do not expose
to water.
2. When not charging, unplug unit completely.
3. Unit will become warm during use.
CAUTION

2. Do not short the polarity (output cord). Ensure
jack is plugged into the epilator unit before
plugging the adapter into the outlet.
3. Always unplug the unit before using or
cleaning and when not charging.

OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
CHARGING THE EPILATOR
1. Insert cord into appliance first, then connect
the adapter. Before using the epilator for the
first time, allow it to charge for 4 hours. Make
sure the epilator switch is in the OFF position
when charging.
2. Check that the charging indicator light is
on. Once the 4-hour charge is complete, the
charging indicator light will turn off.
3. A full charge provides use of the epilator for
up to 60 minutes.
4. Subsequent charges should also be for 4 hours.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE
NI-MH BATTERY IN THIS UNIT
To obtain and maintain the longest battery life
possible, fully discharge unit and allow the unit
to charge for 4 hours approximately every 3
months.
WARNING
1. Women whose skin is sensitive to cosmetics
or easily irritated by shaving, or who suffer
from a skin allergy, should test one section of
the leg or arm before using the epilator.
2. The epilation head is a precisely finished
piece. Do not press hard against the
epilation head.
USING THE EPILATOR
If you are new to epilation or have not used an
epilator in a long time, it may take a short while
for your skin to adapt to epilation. Initial dis-
comfort felt will decrease over time. While using
the epilator, you may find that the quantity and
density of hair growth lessen.
Using an epilator may cause reddening or irrita-
tion of the skin. This is a normal reaction that
will disappear shortly. If the irritation does not
disappear within a few days, you should consult
your doctor.
GETTING STARTED
1. This unit is ONLY for cordless operation. If
your unit has been plugged in and charging,
make sure to unplug and remove adapter
cord before use.
2. Make sure your skin is clean, dry, and
free of any creams or oils. Take a shower
or a longer bath to expose the area to warm
water for approximately 10 minutes. The
warm water relaxes the muscles, opens your
pores and softens the skin helping to loosen
the hair follicles. All of which can make epi-
lating easier and with less painful.
3. Choose your desired speed: low speed for
sensitive areas and high speed for your legs
and arms.
4. With your free hand, hold the skin tight to
ensure that the hairs stand up straight.
5. Place the epilator flat against the skin, with the
epilation head forming a 90° angle to the skin.
6. Glide the epilator slowly over your skin in
the direction of hair growth. Move as slowly
as possible, which gives the device enough
time to pluck the hairs out completely and
prevents you from having to go over areas
multiple times. Work in small sections and
make sure each section is completely hair-
free before moving on to the next section.
Expect to feel a stinging sensation as the
epilator does its job. This is normal! If you’re
epilating your legs, you’ll be working from
bottom to top to epilate against the grain of
hair growth. You can also use slow, circular
motions to remove hair growing in different
directions.
7. Repeat this process over desired areas until
unwanted hair is removed.

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
Si es la primera vez que se depila, o si no se
ha depilado en mucho tiempo, su piel puede
requerir un período de adaptación a este
nuevo método de eliminación del vello. La
incomodidad inicial disminuirá con el tiempo.
También puede que note una disminución de
la cantidad y de la densidad del vello con el
tiempo.
Usar una depiladora puede causar
enrojecimiento o irritación de la piel; eso
es una reacción normal que desaparecerá
rápidamente. Si la irritación persiste por varios
días, busque atención médica.
FUNCIONAMIENTO BÁSICO
1. Este aparato p1-ha sido diseñado para uso
inalámbrico SOLAMENTE. Si el aparato se
está cargando o está enchufado, cerciórese
de desenchufarlo y desconectarlo del cable
antes del uso.
2. Cerciórese de que su piel esté limpia,
seca y libre de cremas o aceites. Tome
un baño o una ducha para exponer la piel
al agua tibia por aprox. 10 minutos; esto
relajará los músculos, abrirá los poros y
suavizará la piel para ayudar a extraer el
vello, lo que puede resultar en una depilación
más fácil y menos dolorosa.
3. Elija la velocidad deseada: Use la velocidad baja
para depilar las zonas sensibles y la velocidad
alta para depilar las piernas y los brazos.
4. Estire la piel con una mano para erguir los
vellos.
5. Coloque el aparato contra la piel, con el
cabezal a un ángulo de 90°.
6. Mueva lentamente el aparato contra la piel,
en dirección del crecimiento del vello. Mueva
el aparato lo más despacio posible, para
que tenga tiempo de arrancar los vellos
por completo y evitar tener que pasar por
las mismas zonas varias veces. Trabaje en
pequeñas secciones, cerciorándose de que
cada sección esté completamente libre de
vellos antes de pasar a la siguiente. Nota:
Sentirá “pinchazos” mientras la depiladora
hace su trabajo; esto es normal. Si está
depilando sus piernas, mueva la depiladora
desde abajo hacia arriba, en dirección
contraria al crecimiento del vello. También
puede usar movimientos circulares lentos
para eliminar el vello que crece en diferentes
direcciones.
