Safety

• The light source of this light ﬁtting is not replaceable. When the light source

reaches the end of its life the whole light ﬁtting must be replaced.

• This light ﬁtting is only suitable for permanent installation and should be

installed by aqualiﬁed electrician.

• Thelight ﬁtting should be mounted out of thereach of children.

• Ensure proper footing and balance at all times during installation.

• Make sure that there are no hidden cables or water pipes in theceiling

before drilling/screwing.

• Warning: Whenever installing any electrical products, basic safety

precautions should always be observed to avoid therisk of ﬁre, electric

shock and personal injury.

• Use adry cloth to wipe thelight ﬁtting clean.

• Thelamps are non-replaceable. Never try to open thehousing or modify

theﬁtting in any way.

Responsible disposal

1. Warning: Before beginning any electrical installation

always disconnect thepower to thecircuit you are

working on, either by turning off themain circuit breaker

or by removing thefuse from theconsumer unit.

3. Loosen theside panel that you plan to connect theelectrical lead to.

Note: Thecable gland plug (circled in theimage) should be removed on

theside theelectrical cable is to be connected to. Leave theseal plug in to

maintain thetightness of theseal, if no cable is to be connected through

theend of thelight ﬁtting.

4. Loosen thecable gland nut, pass theconduit through it and connect its wires

to theterminal block. Thelight ﬁtting is double-insulated and does not Note:

have anearthed terminal.

5. Screw theside panel back on.

7. Press thelight ﬁtting up into

thehanging brackets until it clicks

into place.

6. Tighten thecable gland nut.

8. Turn thepower on.

Use thesame installation procedures described above for connecting several

light ﬁttings in series (36-6775, 36-7304: Max 10, 36-6774: Max 21).

Cable diam: 5.5−10 mm.
