of dust, lint, hair and anything that may reduce air flow.

To the consumer, Royal Appliance Mfg. Co. warrants this vacuum cleaner to be free of defects in material

or workmanship commencing upon the date of the original purchase. Refer to the data plate label on your

period.

If the vacuum cleaner should become defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace any

defective parts free of charge. The complete machine must be delivered prepaid to any ROYAL Authorized

Sales & Warranty Service Station. Please include complete description of the problem, day of purchase,

copy of original sales receipt and your name, address and telephone number. If you are not near a Warranty

genuine Royal

replacement parts.

The warranty does not include unusual wear, damage resulting from accident or unreasonable use of the vacuum

cleaner. This warranty does not cover belts, brushes, bags, filters, bulbs or fan damage. This warranty does not

HOW TO USE AS A STICK VAC

TO USE: Slide the power switch to the ON position.

TO TURN UNIT OFF: Slide the power switch to the OFF position.

• Empty and clean the unit and filter after each use or after large pickups when the unit becomes full.

Hold body of unit in an

upright position.

Press handle release

button and slide handle

down until it snaps in

place.

Insert floor tool into dirt

cup nozzle. Firmly press to

assure proper connection.

Place unit in an upright position with the

back of the unit facing forward. Push release

button forward, then pull handle from unit.

Remove floor tool from

opening. To remove, pull apart gently.

Depress the dirt cup release

button and pull nozzle away

from unit.

Hold nozzle over a wastebasket.

Grasp filter and gently pull

out.

EMPTY AND CLEAN DIRT CUP

Shake excess dirt and debris

out of dirt cup. Brush the

dust and dirt off the filter, or

shake the filter inside of the

wastebasket. IMPORTANT:

DO NOT WASH FILTER.

Gently push filter back into

dirt cup.

To reattach dirt cup: Align

bottom first and rotate nozzle

up, until it snaps into place.

outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper
