380BTS met serienummers uit 2010 en verder (het jaar, gevolgd door het serienummer, staat duidelijk aangegeven op het typeplaatje),
overeenkomen met de eisen van de RICHTLIJN VAN DE RAAD:
- van 17 mei 2006 "betreffende machines" 2006/42/EG.
- van 15 december 2004 “betreffende elektromagnetische compatibiliteit” 2004/108/EEC, en van toepassing zijnde aanvullingen.
- van 8 mei 2000 “betreffende geluidsemissie naar de omgeving” 2000/14/EC.
