GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance must be grounded. In the event
of a malf unctio n or breakdown, gro un din g will
reduce the risk of electric shock by providing a
path of least resistance of electric current. This
a p p l i a n c e i s e q u i p p e d w i t h a c o r d h a v i n g a n
equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding
plu g. The p lug must b e plu gged into an app rop riate
outlet that is installed and grounded in accordance
with all local codes and ordinances.
WARNING!
Improper connection of the equipment-
grounding conductor can result in a risk
of electric shock. Check with a qualified
electrician or service representative if you
are in doubt whether the appliance is
pro perly groun ded. D o n ot mo dify the plu g
p r o v i d e d w i t h the appliance ;If it is not fit
for the outlet .have a proper outlet installed
by a qualified electric ian.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Under certain conditions, Hydrogen gas may be produced in a hot-water system that has not been
used for two weeks or mor e. HYDROGEN GA S IS EX PLOSIVE.
If the hot-water system has not been used for such a period, befor e usi ng the di shwashe r turn on al l
hot-water fa ucets and le t the water flow from each for seve ra l mi nut es. This wil l re le as e any
ac cum ulate d hydroge n ga s. As the ga s is fla mma ble , do not sm oke o r use an open flame during this
time.
When using your dishwasher, follow the below basic precautions including the following:

WARNING! PROPER USE
Keep child away from detergent and rinse aid, keep
child away from the open door of the dishwasher,
there could still be some detergent left inside.
Do not abuse, sit on, or stand on the door or dish
rack of the dishwasher.
Do not touch the heating element during or
immediately after use.
Do not wash plastic items unless they are marked
dishwasher safe or the equivalent. For plastic
items not so marked, check the manufactures
recommendations.
Use onl y dete rge nt and r ins e addi tive s des igne d
for a n a utomati c dis hwa sher. N e ve r use s oap ,
laundry detergent, or hand washing detergent
in your dishwasher. Keep these products out of
children.
During installation, the power supply must not
be excessively or dangerousl y bent or flattened.
The door should not be left in the open position
since thi s could pr es ent a tri pping hazards.
Do not tamper with controls.
Do not operate your dishwasher unless all
enclosure panels are properly inplace. Open the
door very carefully if the dishwasher is operating,
there is a risk of water squirting ou t.
Do not place any heavy objects of stand on the door
when it is open. The appliance could tip forward.
When loading items to be washed:
1) Loc ate s harp ite m s so that they are not l ik ely to
damage the door sea l;
2) Load sharp knives with the handles up to reduce
the risk of cut-type i njuries .
When using your dishwasher, you should prevent
plastic item from co ntacting with heating element.
If the supply cord is dama ge d, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or its ser vi ce agent or a
similarly qualified person in order to avoid a
hazard.
Please di spose of pack ing materials prope rly .
Use the dishwasher only for its intended function.
Remove the door to the washing compartment when
removing an old dishw asher from service or discarding it.
The appliance is not intended for use by young
children or infirm persons without supervision.
Dishwasher detergen ts are strongly alkaline,they
can be extremely dangerous if swallowed.Avoid
contact with skin and eye s and keep children away
from the dishwashe r when the door is open.
Young children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
Check tha t the detergent recepta ble is empty afte r
completion of the w ash cycle.
