sus partes y mano de obra contra cualquier defecto de fabricación a partir de la fecha de entrega
y o tratándose de productos que requieran de enseñanza adiestramiento en su manejo de
instalación de aditamentos, accesorios, implementos o dispositivos a partir de la fecha en que
hubiera quedado operando normalmente después de su instalación en el domicilio que señale el
consumidor bajo las siguientes condiciones:
1. Para hacer efectiva la garantía, no deben exigirse mayores requisitos que la presentación del
producto acompañado de la póliza correspondiente debidamente sellada y fechada por el
establecimiento que lo vendió o la factura, recibo o comprobante, en el que consten los
datos específicos del producto objeto de la compraventa.
Nota: Si el sello del establecimiento que lo vendió no especifica la fecha en la que el consumidor recibió el

La empresa se compromete reparar cambiar el producto así como las piezas y a o
componentes defectuosos del mismo sin ningún cargo para el consumidor. Los gastos de
transportación que se deriven de su cumplimiento serán cubiertos por el fabricante o

El tiempo de reparación en ningún caso será mayor de 30 días, contados a partir de
recepción del producto en cualquiera de los sitios en donde pueda hacerse efectiva ésta
garantía.
En cualquiera de los centros de servicio autorizados podrá adquirirse consumibles,
refacciones, partes y hacer válida la garantía.

maintaining your Robot Vacuum Cleaner:
• Heed all warnings on your Robot Vacuum Cleaner, battery, charging Dock and in the owner's manual.
• Follow all operating and use instructions.
• The external exible cable cannot be replaced; if the cord or plug is damaged, shall be disposed of.
• This product is designed to be plugged into a standard outlet only. Product may not be used with any type of power
converter. Use of power converters will immediately void the warranty.
• Always charge and remove the battery from your Robot Vacuum Cleaner and accessories before long-term storage or
transportation.
• The battery must be removed from this device before this device is disposed.
• When the Robot Vacuum Cleaner is not in use, turn off the main switch.
• WARNING: If the battery pack is leaking, do not allow the liquid to come in contact with skin or eyes. Place the battery (the
used battery pack included when the robot will be disposed) in a sealed plastic bag and dispose of safely according to local
environmental regulation.
• Do not crush or dismantle battery packs.
• Do not heat or place the battery pack near any heat source or direct sunlight.
• Do not incinerate or short-circuit the battery pack.
• Do not subject batteries to mechanical shock. Contact your local waste management authority for battery recycling and
disposal regulations in your area.
• Do not allow Robot Vacuum Cleaner to be used as a toy, or to run unattended at any time. If used by children or near them,
close supervision is necessary.

a table or shelf.
• Do not operate the Robot Vacuum Cleaner in areas with exposed electrical outlets in the oor.
• Do not use this device on an unnished, unsealed, waxed or rough oor. It may result in damage to the oor and this device.
Use only on hard oor surfaces or low pile carpet.
• This device has been designed to be used on oors without scratching them. We still recommend that you test this device
on a small area of the room to be cleaned to ensure no scratches are made before cleaning the whole room.

SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
• Cuando ocurra una falla en su Aspiradora Robot, ésta la detectará automáticamente y enviará un sonido de
alarma. Si se usa el control remoto, presione el botón de llamada para visualizar el código de error. Si utiliza la
App Tuya Smart indicará en que componente falla.
• Cuando el equipo muestre un código de falla, el interruptor principal de la batería se apagará y se eliminará la
falla correspondiente antes que el interruptor principal de la batería vuelva a encenderse y se reinicie el equipo.
• Si la Aspiradora Robot no realiza ninguna función, apague el interruptor principal de la batería y vuelva a encenderlo
para reiniciar el equipo.
Nota: Si el método anterior no puede resolver el problema, intente lo siguiente:
1. Encienda el interruptor de alimentación en la parte inferior de la Aspiradora Robot y reinicie.
2. Si el problema no se puede resolver reiniciando, comuníquese con el centro de servicio autorizado Koblenz.

a polarized plug as shown . A temporary adapter may be in figure A
used to connect this plug to non-polarized outlet. Temporary adapter

Limpieza de los componentes del contenedor de polvo:

mantener un mejor rendimiento.
LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
IMPORTANTE: Antes de limpiar y darle mantenimiento a su Aspiradora Robot, desconecte la clavija del
adaptador, el interruptor de alimentación principal del equipo debe apagarse para evitar que se
encienda y ocasione algún accidente.
Limpieza del filtro de la Aspiradora Robot :
Limpieza de los cepillos:
1. Retire el cepillo giratorio, limpie el contenedor con un trapo.
• Remove lithium ion battery from the product.
• Turn robot over and remove side brush screw and then remove the side brush by pulling gently.
• Unscrew the two screws on bottom cover and lift it.
• Remove battery.
• Place a piece of tape over the battery´s metal charging contacts.
• Reinstall battery in the product (with the tape on it) and secure battery cover.
• Package product in its original packaging or in your own packaging that prevents any movement during
transportation.
• Ship via ground transportation only (no air shipping).
If the battery runs out before the end of a cleaning cycle, the Robot Vacuum Cleaner will automatically return to
the charging base.
If the Robot Vacuum Cleaner cannot access the charging base, it will not be able to recharge, the device will
return to its initial location and end the cleaning cycle, then place the robot manually on the charging base.
3. CHARGING METHOD
Please keep the adapter plug inserted into household power socket, and adapter round plug into recharge stand
socket.
MANUALLY:
Turn on battery main switch on Robot Vacuum Cleaner bottom, and manually, match the divice with the recharge
stand for charging.
AUTOMATICALLY:
Robot Vacuum Cleaner returns back to recharge stand when power is low during cleaning. Total charging time is
about three to ve hours (depending on the battery condition before charging).
The symbol on the product or its packaging indicates:
Do not discard electronic devices onto unclassied waste, use collections facilities that separate trash. Contact your local authorities to
obtain information regarding the available collection systems. Contact your local or regional residue authorities to obtain more
information regarding collection, reuse and recycling programs.

CONFIGURACION DE TAREAS INTELIGENTES EN TUYA SMART
1. En la pantalla principal de tuya Smart seleccionar la
ventana “Smart / Inteligente”, después ir a la pestaña
“tap-to-run / tocar para ejecutar”; para agregar una nueva
función oprimir la opción “+”
2. Elegir la condición con la que se activará la tarea y
posteriormente seleccionar “run the device / ejecutar
dispositivo” para que el robot ejecute una tarea.
3. Elegir la o las tareas que realizará el robot de manera
personalizada y al nalizar presionar “next / siguiente”.
4. Vericar que las funciones deseadas son las correctas. Editar
el nombre de la tarea. Este nombre será el que active la tarea
por comando de voz en dispositivos Echo (Amazon Alexa),
Google home (Google Assistant) y Home Pod (Siri).
Posteriormente la función se verá en la ventana principal
“Smart / Inteligente”.
Para activar la tarea mostrada en las imágenes del punto 4, decir comando:
- Para Echo (Amazon Alexa): “Alexa activa ciclo automático de aspirado”
- Para Google Home (Google Assistant): “Hey Google, Ciclo automático de aspirado”
- Para Home Pod (Siri): “Oye Siri, Ciclo automático de aspirado”

Place the Robot Vacuum Cleaner on the charging base. Making sure the
charging contacts on the base match the ones underneath the robot.
If the connection is successful you will hear a “beep”, once the power
button lights up the Robot Vacuum Cleaner is ready for use.
Automatic mode:
1. Press the power button to activate the Robot Vacuum Cleaner.
2. Press the power button again to start cleaning, the Robot Vacuum Cleaner
will start cleaning in automatic mode.
3. To send the Robot Vacuum Cleaner back to the charging base, press the
button
Stand by mode:
To stop the Robot Vacuum Cleaner during the cleaning cycle, press the on / off
button on the appliance, or from your remote control.
Awake from inactive mode:
Press the on / off button again.
Power-off:
Press and hold the on / off button until the robot indicators turn off.
Virtual wall:
To use the Virtual Wall, place the included magnetic tape on the area you want
to outline. This will prevent the Robot Vacuum from leaving the desired
surface.

1. Desde la app “Tuya Smart” Seleccione la opción “Map / Mapa”
2.- La Aspiradora Robot realizará un mapeo inteligente, mediante la tecnología del
giroscópio, escaneando en tiempo real zonas y obstáculos en la periferia.

CLEANING MODES
AUTOMATIC CLEANING
1. At the beginning of a cleaning cycle, the Robot Vacuum Cleaner will map the area
and clean it efciently.
2. At various times during the cleaning cycle, the Robot Vacuum Cleaner will collide
with the edges of the room, as well as the legs of chairs and other furniture.
3. The Robot Vacuum Cleaner will continue this process until it has cleaned the
entire level of his house.
4. If the battery gets low before the end of a cleaning cycle, the Robot Vacuum
Cleaner will return to the charging base to recharge.
EDGE CLEANING
Ensure that it has been cleaned along the walls and around the legs of the furniture.
If you prefer faster edge cleaning, press the button on the remote control.
Note: The following instructions are available with your remote control or directly from the APP Tuya Smart.
SPOT CLEANING
The Robot Vacuum Cleaner intensively cleans a localized area.
1. Place the Robot Vacuum Cleaner on the located debris and press
“Spot” on the remote control.
2. The Robot Vacuum Cleaner will spiral outward about 3 feet (1 meter)
in diameter and then spiraling inward to where it started.
RANDOM CLEANING
1. Press the button shown in the picture to start Random Cleaning.
2. This function will clean all available places in the room.
3. At various times during the cleaning cycle, the Robot Vacuum will collide with
the edges of the room, like chairs and other furniture.
4. If the battery dies during the cleaning process, the Robot Vacuum will return
to its charging base and then nish the cleaning cycle.
FLOOR MOPPING CLEANING
Note: Cleaning Mode and Operation Panel Instructions are available with Water Tank.
If you are using a dry wipe cleaning, skip this step.
The Robot Vacuum Cleaner is equipped with a water tank that allows it to clean oors.

tank and place it on a at surface, install
the mop as shown in the picture.

USO DE LA APP DESDE UN SMART PHONE
1. Ingrese a la App “Tuya”. 2. Seleccione “Sign Up /
Registrarse” para registrarse
e ingresar por primera vez.
3. Ingrese su e-mail, recibirá
un código de vericación, el
cual deberá ingresar en la
App, posteriormente agregue
una contraseña.
4. Una vez iniciada la sesión
exitosamente de clic en
“Add Device / Agregar
dispositivo” para agregar el
Robot.
6. Para activar el modo de
conectividad Wi-Fi presione los
dos botones de la Aspiradora
Robot simultáneamente hasta
que el LED de Wi-Fi empiece a
parpadear rápidamente.
Seleccione una Red WiFi de 2.4
GHz introduca la contraseña y
conecte el dispositivo.
5. Entré al menú “Agregar
Equipo”, seleccione la
opción “Electrodoméstico
pequeño / Small Home
Appliance”, posteriormente
agregue el modelo deseado
y conéctelo.
7. Seleccione “Modo de
Compatibilidad” para
conectarse. Conrme si la luz
indicadora de la Aspiradora
Robot coincide con los
requisitos de la App. Haga clic
en “Next / Siguiente”.
8. La Aspiradora Robot
buscará la red para
conectarse.

TIME PROGRAMMING
Note: Make sure the remote control is close to the Robot Vacuum Cleaner while the setup is done.
The Robor Vacuum Cleaner has a time and cleaning cycle programming that allows you to customize the
day and time you want to clean your home. These settings are available through the remote control
To cancel cycle programming, press the button shown in the image on the remote control, holding it close for
4 seconds. The Robot Vacuum Celaner will “beep” when setup is complete.
Once the scheduled time arrives, the robot will start to clean in automatic mode

2. Press the Direction buttons to select
the desired hour.
3. Press the Start / Pause button; the
Robot Vacuum Cleaner will “beep” when
the setting is complete.

APP ROBOT USAGE DOWNLOAD
WIFI CONNECTION
IMPORTANT: Make sure your cell phone and Robot are connected to the same WiFi Network. The Robot Vacuum
Cleaner only supports a 2.4 GHz WiFi connection.
Make sure the WiFi connection is correct before downloading the App.
Scan the QR Code to download the latest version of the APP "TUYA Smart"
USE APP FROM A SMART PHONE
1. Sign in to the "Tuya" App. 2. Select "Sign Up" to
register and log in for the
rst time.
3. Enter your e-mail address,
you will receive a verication
code in which you will need
to enter in the App, then add
a password.
4. Once successfully logged
in click on "Add Device" to
add the Robot Vacuum
Cleaner.
6. To activate Wi-Fi
connectivity mode press the
two buttons on the Robot
Vacuum Cleaner
simultaneously until the Wi-Fi
LED starts ashing quickly.
Select a 2.4 GHz WiFi
Network and connect the
device.
5. Enter to the "Add
Equipment" menu, select
the "Home Small Appliance"
option, then add the desired
model and connect it.
7. Select "Compatibility
Mode" to connect. Conrm if
the Robot Vacuum Cleaner
indicator light matches the
app's requirements. Click
"Next”.
8. The Robot Vacuum Cleaner
will search for the network to
connect.
Wait while that happens.
10. Robot operation.
The connection has been
successfully made

DESCARGA DE LA APP PARA USO DEL ROBOT
CONEXIÓN WIFI
IMPORTANTE: Asegúrese que su celular y el Robot estén conectados a la misma Red WiFi.
La Aspiradora Robot únicamente es compatible con una conexión WiFi de 2.4 GHz
Asegúrese que la conexión WiFi sea correcta antes de descargar la Aplicación.
