beforetheOutputImpedanceSelectoristurned.

AsisthecasewithanyMarshallall-valveamplifieritis

imperativethat:a)theamplifierisconnectedtoaload

whilstinoperationandb)theimpedanceselectedon

theamplifiermatchesthetotalimpedanceofthe

extensionspeakercabinet(s)beingused.Thetwo

internalspeakersare16Ohmseach.Thesearewiredin

parallelgivinganoverallimpedanceof8Ohms;

thereforetheoutputselectorshouldbesetto8Ohms.

Ifanadditional8Ohmextensionspeakercabinetisused

inconjunctionwiththeinternalspeakerstheoutput

selectorshouldbesetto4Ohms.
