domestic use. This device is used for the nebulisation of

liquids and liquid medication (aerosols) and for the treat-

ment of the upper and lower respiratory tract.

dance with the locally applicable regulations, not

with domestic waste.

•Follow instructions for use. This document provides

important product operation and safety information

regarding this device. Please read this document thor-

oughly before using the device and keep for future

reference.

•

This device may only be used for the purposes described

in these instructions. The manufacturer cannot be held

liable for damage caused by incorrect application.

•

Do not operate the unit in presence of any anesthetic

mixture inflammable with oxygen or nitrogen protoxide.

•This device is not suitable for anaesthesia and lung

ventilation.

•This device should only be used with original accesso-

ries as shown in these instructions.

•Do not use this device if you think it is damaged or

notice anything unusual.

•Never open this device.

•This device comprises sensitive components and must

be treated with caution. Observe the storage and oper-

ating conditions described in the «Technical Specifica-

tions» section.

•Protect it from:

- water and moisture

- extreme temperatures

- impact and dropping

- contamination and dust

- direct sunlight

- heat and cold

•Comply with the safety regulations concerning the

electrical devices and in particular:

- Never touch the device with wet or moist hands.

- Place the device on a stable and horizontal surface

during its operation.

- Do not pull the power cord or the device itself to

unplug it from the power socket.

- The power plug is a separate element from the grid

power; keep the plug accessible when the device is

in use.

•Before plugging in the device, make sure that the elec-

trical rating, shown on the rating plate on the bottom of

the unit, corresponds to the mains rating.

•In case the power plug provided with the device does

not fit your wall socket, contact qualified personnel for

a replacement plug with that of a suitable one. In

general, the use of adapters, simple or multiple, and/or

extension cables is not recommended. If their use is

indispensable, it is necessary to use types complying

with safety regulations, paying attention that they do

not exceed the maximum power limits, indicated on

adapters and extension cables.

•Do not leave the unit plugged in when not in use;

unplug the device from the wall socket when it is not in

operation.

•

The installation must be carried out according to the

instructions of the manufacturer. An improper installation

can cause damage to persons, animals or objects, for

which the manufacturer cannot be held responsible.

•

Do not replace the power lead of this device. In case of a

power lead damage, contact a technical service center

authorized by the manufacturer for its replacement.

•The power supply cord should always be fully unwound

in order to prevent dangerous overheating.

•Before performing any maintenance or cleaning oper-

ation, turn off the device and disconnect the plug from

the main supply.

•

Only use the medication prescribed for you by your

doctor and follow your doctor's instructions with regard to

dosage, duration and frequency of the therapy.

•Depending on the pathology, only use the treatment

that is recommended by your doctor.

•Only use the nose piece if expressly indicated by your

doctor, paying special attention NEVER to introduce

the bifurcations into the nose, but only positioning them

as close as possible.

•Check in the medicine instruction leaflet for possible

contraindications for use with common aerosol therapy

systems.

•Do not position the equipment so that it is difficult to

operate the disconnection device.

•For greater hygienic safety, do not use the same

accessories for more than one person.

•Never bend the nebuliser over 60°.

•

Do not use this device close to strong electromagnetic

fields such as mobile telephones or radio installations.

Keep a minimum distance of

m from such devices

when using this device.

Ensure that children do not use this device unsu-

pervised; some parts are small enough to be swal-

lowed. Be aware of the risk of strangulation in

case this device is supplied with cables or tubes.

Use of this device is not intended as a substitute

for a consultation with your doctor.

3. Preparation and Usage of this Device

Prior to using the device for the first time, we recommend

cleaning it as described in the section «Cleaning and

Disinfecting».

1. Assemble the nebuliser kit. Ensure that all parts are

complete.

2. Fill the nebuliser with the inhalation solution as per

your doctor’s instructions. Ensure that you do not

exceed the maximum level.

3. Connect the nebuliser with the air hose 7 to the

compressor 1 and plug the power lead 2 into the

socket (230V 50 Hz AC).

4. To start the treatment, set ON/OFF switch 3 into the

«I» position.

- The mouthpiece gives you a better drug delivery to

the lungs.

- Choose between adult AT or child face mask AK

and make sure that it encloses the mouth and nose

area completely.

- Use all accessories including the nose piece 9 as

prescribed by your doctor.

5. During inhalation, sit upright and relaxed at a table and

not in an armchair, in order to avoid compressing your

respiratory airways and impairing the treatment effec-

tiveness. Do not lie down while inhaling. Stop inha-

lation if you feel unwell.

6. After completing the inhalation period recommended by

your doctor, switch the ON/OFF switch

to position

«O»

to turn off the device and unplug it from the socket.

7. Empty the remaining medication from the nebuliser

and clean the device as described in the section

«Cleaning and Disinfecting».

The device requires no calibration.

No modification to the device is permitted.

4. NEB 2 in 1 - Aerosol therapy

The advanced «NEB 2 in 1» aerosol therapy allows effec-

tive treatments of the medium and lower respiratory tract

(asthma, chronic bronchitis, cystic fibrosis etc.).

Advanced treatment

This treatment option allows the maximum amount of

medication to be delivered thus reaching the respiratory

capacity of each patient. The valve system optimally

adapts the flow of medication during inhalation, reducing

medication loss during exhalation.

Use the breath-enhanced valve system (synchronized

with breathing) to optimize the therapeutic effects of the

medication and to get the maximal benefit.



Close the valve on the nebuliser top 5-A (position A)

and use the mouthpiece with expiratory valve 8.



Fill with medication AL and connect the nebuliser top

to the nebuliser bottom by rotating it clockwise.



Follow the usage steps as described in «Section 3.».

To enable the synchronized with breathing func-

tion of the nebuliser, use only the mouthpiece with

the expiration valve 8. Do not use with masks or

nose piece.

Short treatment

The therapeutic session will be reduced if the valve is open

(position B) 5-B.

A synchronized nebulisation is not possible using

this treatment option.

5. Nasal washer

The nasal washer

is a medical device suitable for

cleaning nasal cavities. The nasal washer helps to moisturize

the nasal mucosa and creates a micronized jet for the treat-

ment of respiratory problems of the upper airways (allergic

and nonallergic rhinitis, rhinosinusitis, nasal polyps etc.).

1. Remove the nasal washer cover AM-1 by rotating

counter clockwise.

2. Fill the container of the nasal washer with isotonic solu-

tion AM-2. Ensure that you do not exceed the maximum

level.

3. Close the cover tightly by rotating clockwise AM-3.

4. Connect the nasal washer with the air hose AM-4 to the

compressor 1 and plug the power lead 2 into the

socket (230V 50 Hz AC).

5. Close the non-treated nostril with your finger.

6. Position the nasal washer cover on nostril and inhale

through the nose AM-5.

7. Switch the ON/OFF switch 3 to position «I» to turn on

the device and place your finger over the aperture on

the nasal washer to start the treatment AM-6.

We recommend changing from one nostril to the

other every 10-20 seconds.

Children and people in need of care must be

assisted for usage.

Only use with isotonic saline solution.

6. Cleaning and Disinfecting

Thoroughly clean all components to remove medication

residuals and possible impurities after each treatment.

Use a soft and dry cloth with non-abrasive cleaners to

clean the compressor.

Make sure that the internal parts of the device are

not in contact with liquids and that the power plug

is disconnected.

Cleaning and disinfecting of the accessories

Follow carefully the cleaning and disinfecting instructions

of the accessories as they are very important to the perfor-

mance of the device and success of the therapy.

Before and after each treatment

Disassemble the nebuliser

by turning the top counter-

clockwise and remove the medicine conduction cone. Wash

the components of the disassembled nebuliser, the mouth-

piece, nose piece and masks by using tap water; dip in

boiling water for

minutes. Reassemble the nebuliser

components and connect it to the air hose connector, switch

the device on and let it work for

10-15

minutes.

Wash the air tube with warm water.

Only use cold disinfecting liquids following the

manufacturer’s instructions.

Do not boil nor autoclave the air tube.

7. Maintenance, Care, and Service

Order all spare parts from your dealer or pharmacist, or

contact Microlife-Service (see foreword).

Replacement of the nebuliser

Replace the nebuliser

after a long period of inactivity, in

cases where it shows deformities, breakage, or when the

vaporiser head

-A is obstructed by dry medicine, dust,

etc. We recommend to replace the nebuliser after a period

between 6 months and 1 year depending on the usage.

Only use original nebulisers!

Replacement of the air filter

In normal conditions of must be use, the air filter 4

replaced approximately after 500 working hours or after

each year. We recommend to periodically check the air

filter (10-12 treatments) and if the filter shows a grey or

brown colour or is wet, replace it. Extract the filter and

replace it with a new one.

Do not try to clean the filter for reusing it.

The air filter shall not be serviced or maintained

while in use with a patient.

Only use original filters! Do not use the device

without filter!

8. Malfunctions and Actions to take

The device cannot be switched on

•Ensure the power lead 2 is correctly plugged into the

socket.

•Ensure the ON/OFF switch 3 is in the position «I».

The nebuliser functions poorly or not at all

•Ensure the air hose 7 is correctly connected at both

ends.

•Ensure the air hose is not squashed, bent, dirty or

blocked. If necessary, replace with a new one.

•Ensure the nebuliser 5 is fully assembled and the

colored vaporiser head AL-A is placed correctly and

not obstructed.

•Ensure the required medication has been added.

9. Guarantee

This device is covered by a 5 year guarantee from the

date of purchase. The guarantee is valid only on presenta-

tion of the guarantee card completed by the dealer (see

back) confirming date of purchase or the receipt.

•The guarantee covers only the compressor. The

replaceable components like nebuliser, masks, mouth-

piece, air hose, and filters are not included.

•

Opening or altering the device invalidates the guarantee.

•The guarantee does not cover damage caused by

improper handling, accidents or non-compliance with

the operating instructions.

recommandé par votre médecin.

N'utilisez la pièce nasale que si votre médecin vous le

demande explicitement, en accordant une attention partic-

ulière à ne jamais introduire les bifurcations dans le nez,

mais seulement les positionner le plus près possible.

•

Consultez la notice d'utilisation du médicament pour vérifier

les contre-indications avec un aérosol thérapeutique.

•

Ne placez pas l'appareil de sorte qu'il soit difficile à éteindre.

•

Pour une plus grande sécurité hygiénique, ne pas utiliser

les mêmes accessoires avec une autre personne.

•N'inclinez pas le nébuliseur au delà de 60°.

•Ne mettez pas l'appareil en service dans un champ

électromagnétique de grande intensité, par exemple à

proximité de téléphones portables ou d'installations

radio. Garder une distance minimale de 3,3 mètres de

ces appareils lors de toute utilisation.

Ne laissez jamais les enfants utiliser l'appareil

sans surveillance. Certaines de ses parties sont si

petites qu'elles peuvent être avalées. Possible

risque d’étranglement dans le cas où l’appareil est

fourni avec des câbles ou des tuyaux.

L'utilisation de cet appareil ne dispense pas

d'une consultation médicale.

3. Préparation et utilisation de l'appareil

Nous vous recommandons de nettoyer avant la première

utilisation tous les éléments conformément aux instruc-

tions de «Nettoyage et désinfection».

1. Assemblez le kit nébuliseur. Assurez-vous qu'il ne

manque pas de pièces.

2. Remplissez le nébuliseur avec la solution à inhaler

d'après les prescriptions de votre médecin. Assurez-vous

de ne pas dépasser le repère de niveau maximal.

3. Connectez le nébuliseur avec le flexible 7 à la pompe

à piston 1 et brancher le câble d'alimentation à la2

prise secteur (230V 50 Hz AC).

4. Pour commencer le traitement, placez le bouton

Marche/Arrêt 3sur la position «I».

- L'embout buccal donne une meilleure inhalation

vers les poumons.

- Choisissez entre le masque adulte AT ou le

masque enfant AK en veillant au recouvrement

complet de la bouche et du nez.

- Utilisez tous les accessoires y compris le masque

nasal 9 comme prescrit par le médecin.

5. Pendant l'inhalation, asseyez-vous droit et restez détendu

à une table et non dans un fauteuil, afin d'éviter de

compresser vos voies respiratoires et nuire à l'efficacité

de votre traitement.

Ne vous allongez pas durant l'inha-

lation.

Cessez l'inhalation si vous vous sentez mal.

6. A la fin de la période d'inhalation recommandée par votre

médecin, éteignez l'appareil en plaçant le bouton

Marche/Arrêt

sur la position

«O»

et débranchez le

câble d'alimentation de la prise secteur.

7. Videz le liquide résiduel dans le nébuliseur et nettoyez

l'appareil suivant les instructions de «Nettoyage et

désinfection».

L'appareil ne nécessite aucune calibration.

Aucune opération sur l'appareil ne sera permise.

4. NEB 2 in 1 - Aérosolthérapie

Le «NEB 2 en 1» aérosolthérapie avancée permet un trait-

ement des voies respiratoires moyennes et basses

(asthme, bronchite chronique, Fibrose kystique etc.).

Traitement avancé

Ce type de traitement permet d'administrer la quantité optimale

de médicaments. Le système de clapet permet d'adapter de

façon optimale le débit de médicaments pendant l’inhalation,

réduisant ainsi la perte de médicaments pendant l’expiration.

Utiliser le système de valve améliorant la respiration pour opti-

miser les effets thérapeutiques du médicament et en tirer les

bénéfices maximum.



Fermez le clapet sur le dessus du nébuliseur

-A (position

A) et utilisez l'embout buccal avec la valve d'expiration



Remplir avec des médicaments

et connecter le

dessus du nébuliseur à la partie basse du nébuliseur en

le tournant dans le sens d'une aiguille d'une montre.



Suivre les étapes décrites dans la «section 3.».



Pour permettre d'activer la fonction respiratoire du

nébuliseur, n’utilisez que l’embout buccal avec le clapet

d’expiration

. Ne pas utiliser avec un masque ou un

embout nasal.

Traitement de courte durée

Le temps de traitement sera réduite si la valve est

ouverte (position B) 5 -B.

Une nébulisation synchronisée n'est pas

possible dans ce cas de traitement.

5. Laveuse nasal

La laveuse nasale

est un appareil médical adapté au

nettoyage des cavités nasales. Elle aide à hydrater la

muqueuse nasale et crée un jet micronisé pour traiter les

problèmes des voies respiratoires supérieures (rhinite aller-

gique et non allergique, rhinosinusite, polypes nasaux, etc.).

1. Retirer le couvercle de la laveuse nasale AM-1 en tour-

nant dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre.

2. Remplir le réservoir de la laveuse nasale avec une

solution isotonique AM-2. Assurez-vous de ne pas

dépasser le niveau maximal.

3. Fermez le couvercle hermétiquement en tournant dans

le sens des aiguilles d’une montre AM-3.

4. Branchez la laveuse nasale avec le tuyau d’air AM-4

compresseur 1 et branchez le câble d’alimentation

2 dans la prise (230V 50 Hz AC).

5. Fermer la narine non traitée avec votre doigt.

6. Placer l'embout nasal sur la narine et inhaler par le nez

-5.

7. Mettre le commutateur ON/OFF

en position

«I»

pour

activer l’appareil puis placez votre doigt sur l’ouverture de

la laveuse nasale pour commencer le traitement

-6.

Nous recommandons de changer de narine toutes

les 10-20 secondes.



Les enfants et les personnes dans le besoin doivent

être assistés pour l'utilisation de cet appareil.



Utiliser uniquement avec une solution saline isotonique.

6. Nettoyage et désinfection

Nettoyez soigneusement toutes les pièces pour retirer les

résidus de médicament et les éventuelles impuretés après

chaque traitement.

Utilisez un chiffon doux et sec avec des nettoyants non

abrasifs pour nettoyer le compresseur.

Assurez-vous que les parties internes de l'appa-

reil ne sont pas en contact avec des liquides et

que la prise est débranchée.

Nettoyage et désinfection des accessoires

Suivez soigneusement les instructions de nettoyage et de

désinfection des accessoires car ils sont très importants pour

la performance de l'appareil et le succès de la thérapie.

Avant et après chaque traitement

Démonter le nébuliseur

en tournant le haut dans le sens

contraire des aiguilles d’une montre et retirer le cône de

conduction du médicament. Laver les composants du nébuli-

seur démonté, l’embout buccal, l'embout nasal et les les

masques en utilisant l’eau du robinet; tremper dans l’eau

bouillante pendant 5 minutes. Remonter les composants du

nébuliseur et connectez le tuyau, allumez le dispositif et

laissez-le fonctionner pendant 10-15 minutes.

Laver le tuyau à l’eau chaude.

N'utilisez que des liquides désinfectants à froid en

se référant aux instruction du fabricant.

Ne pas faire bouillir ni autoclaver le tuyau.

7. Maintenance, entretien et service après-vente

Commandez tous les accessoires auprès de votre gros-

siste ou pharmacien, ou contactez les services Microlife

(voir avant-propos).

Remplacement du nébuliseur

Remplacez le nébuliseur 5 après une longue période

d'inactivité, dans les cas où il présente des déformations,

des cassures ou la tête d'évaporateur AL-A est obstruée

par un médicament sec, poussière, etc. Nous recomman-

dons de remplacer le nébuliseur après une période

comprise entre 6 mois et 1 an selon les utilisations.

N'utilisez que des nébuliseurs d'origine.

Remplacement du filtre à air

Dans des conditions normales d'utilisation, le filtre à air

doit être remplacé environ après 500 heures d'utilisation ou

après chaque année. Nous vous recommandons de vérifier

périodiquement le filtre à air (10-12 traitements) et si le filtre

présente une couleur brune ou est humide, le remplacer.

Extraire le filtre et le remplacer par un nouveau.



N'essayez pas de nettoyer le filtre pour le réutiliser.

Le filtre à air ne doit pas être entretenu tant qu'il

est utilisé par un patient.

N'utilisez que des filtres originaux. N'utilisez pas

l'appareil sans filtre.

8. Dépannage et actions à prendre

Il est impossible d'allumer l'appareil

•Vérifiez que le câble d'alimentation 2 est correcte-

ment branché à la prise secteur.

•

Vérifiez que le bouton Marche/Arrêt

est sur la position

«I»

L'appareil ne vaporise que faiblement ou pas du tout

•Vérifiez que le flexible 7 est correctement connecté

aux deux extrémités.

•Vérifiez que le flexible n'est pas écrasé, plié, sale ou

bloqué. Si nécessaire remplacez-le par un neuf.

•Vérifiez que le nébuliseur 5 est entièrement

assemblé et que le bec vaporisateur coloré AL-A est

placé correctement et non obstrué.

•Ensure the required medication has been added.

9. Garantie

Cet appareil est assorti d'une garantie de 5 ans à compter

de la date d'achat. La garantie est seulement valable sur

présentation de la carte de garantie dûment remplie par le

revendeur (voir verso) avec la mention de la date d'achat

ou le justificatif d'achat.

•

La garantie couvre uniquement la pompe à piston. Les

pièces de rechange comme le nébuliseur, les masques,

l'embout buccal, le flexible et le filtre ne sont pas inclus.

•

Le fait d'ouvrir ou de modifier l'appareil invalide la garantie.

•La garantie ne couvre pas les dommages causés par

une mauvaise manipulation, les accidents ou le non

respect des consignes d'utilisation.

1. Significato dei simboli

Seguire le istruzioni d'uso. Questo manuale contiene

informazioni importanti sul funzionamento e la sicurezza

di questo dispositivo. Si prega di leggere attentamente le

istruzioni d'uso prima di utilizzare il dispositivo e di

conservarle per ogni futura consultazione.

•Questo dispositivo deve essere usato esclusivamente

come descritto in questo manuale. Il produttore non

può essere ritenuto responsabile di danni causati da

un utilizzo improprio.

•Non utilizzare il dispositivo in presenza di qualsiasi

miscela anestetica infiammabile con ossigeno o

protossido di idrogeno.

•Il dispositivo non è adatto per anestesia e ventilazione

polmonare.

•Il dispositivo deve essere utilizzato solo con gli acces-

sori originali indicati nel manuale d'uso.

•Non usare il dispositivo se si ritiene che sia danneg-

giato o se si nota qualcosa di strano.

•Non aprire mai il dispositivo.

•Questo dispositivo è costruito con componenti delicati

- Non tirare il cavo di alimentazione o il dispositivo

dalla rete della corrente; mantenere la presa acces-

sibile quando si usa il dispositivo.

Prima di collegare il dispositivo alla corrente, accertarsi

che la tensione elettrica, riportata sull'etichetta sul fondo

del dispositivo, corrisponda alla tensione domestica.

•

In caso l'adattatore fornito col dispositivo non sia adatto

alle proprie prese a muro, rivolgersi a personale qualifi-

cato per sostituire la presa con una adatta. In generale,

l'uso di adattatori, semplici o multipli, e/o prolunghe non è

consigliato. Se è indispensabile il loro uso, è necessario

utilizzare modelli che rispettino le norme di sicurezza,

facendo attenzione che non eccedano i limiti massimi di

potenza, indicati sugli adattatori e sulle prolunghe.

•Non lasciare il dispositivo collegato alla presa quando

non è in uso; scollegare il dispositivo dalla presa di

corrente quando non in uso.

L'installazione deve essere eseguita secondo le istruzioni

del produttore. Un'installazione errata può causare danni

a persone, animali o oggetti, per i quali il produttore non

può essere ritenuto responsabile.

•Non sostituire il cavo del dispositivo. In caso di

danneggiamento del cavo, contattare il centro servizi

autorizzato dal produttore per la sua sostituzione.

•Il cavo di alimentazione dovrebbe essere sempre

completamente srotolato per prevenire un surriscalda-

mento pericoloso.

•

Prima di eseguire operazioni di manutenzione o pulizia

spegnere il dispositivo e scollegarlo dalla presa di corrente.

•Utilizzare il dispositivo solo con farmaci prescritti dal

proprio medico e seguire le istruzioni di dosaggio,

durata e frequenza della terapia prescritta.

•A seconda della patologia, usare soltanto il trattamento

raccomandato dal proprio medico.

•Usare l'erogatore nasale solo se espressamente indi-

cato dal proprio medico, prestando particolare atten-

zione a non introdurre MAI le forcelle nelle cavità nasali

ma posizionarle il più vicino possibile.

•Verificare sul foglietto illustrativo del farmaco eventuali

controindicazioni per l'utilizzo con i normali sistemi per

aerosolterapia.

•Non posizionare il dispositivo in modo che sia diffi-

coltoso poi scollegarlo.

•Per una maggiore sicurezza igienica non utilizzare gli

stessi accessori per più persone.

•Non inclinare il nebulizzatore oltre 60°.

•

Non usare il dispositivo vicino a forti campi elettromag-

netici come telefoni cellulari o installazioni radio. Mante-

nere una distanza minima di 3,3 m da altri apparecchi

quando si utilizza questo dispositivo.

Assicurarsi che i bambini non utilizzino il disposi-

tivo senza la supervisione di un adulto. Alcune

parti sono piccole e potrebbero essere ingerite.

Prestare attenzione al rischio di strangolamento in

presenza di cavi o tubi.

L’utilizzo di questo dispositivo non sostituisce la

consultazione dal proprio medico.

3. Preparazione e utilizzo del dispositivo

Prima di utilizzare il dispositivo per la prima volta, si

raccomanda di pulirlo come descritto nella sezione

«Pulizia e disinfezione».

1. Montare il kit nebulizzatore. Verificare che tutti i

componenti siano presenti.

2. Versare la quantità di farmaco indicata dal proprio

medico nel nebulizzatore. Assicurarsi di non eccedere

il livello massimo.

3. Connettere il nebulizzatore con il tubo aria 7 al

compressore 1 e inserire il cavo di alimentazione 2

nella presa di corrente (230V 50 Hz AC).

4. Per iniziare il trattamento, premere l’interruttore ON/

OFF 3 sulla posizione «I».

- L’uso del boccaglio migliora l’apporto di farmaco ai

polmoni.

- Scegliere fra la mascherina per adulti

o pediatrica

e assicurarsi che copra bocca e naso completamente.

- Usare gli accessori, incluso l'erogatore nasale 9,

come prescritto dal proprio medico.

5. Durante la terapia inalatoria, sedere dritti e rilassati a

un tavolo e non in una poltrona per evitare di compri-

mere le vie respiratorie e compromettere l'efficacia del

trattamento. Non sdraiarsi durante l’inalazione.

Interrompere l’inalazione in caso di malore.

6. Dopo aver completato la seduta inalatoria come racco-

mandato dal proprio medico, posizionare l’interruttore

ON/OFF

in posizione

«O»

per spegnere il dispositivo

e staccare la spina dalla rete di alimentazione.

7. Svuotare il farmaco rimanente dal nebulizzatore e

pulire il dispositivo come descritto nella sezione

«Pulizia e disinfezione».

Il dispositivo non necessita di calibrazione.

Non manomettere il dispositivo.

4. NEB 2 in 1 - Aerosolterapia

L’innovativo nebulizzatore «NEB 2 in 1», nebulizzatore per aero-

solterapia, consente il trattamento delle patologie delle vie aeree

medie/inferiori (asma, bronchiti croniche, fibrosi cistica, ecc.).

Trattamento avanzato

Questa forma di trattamento consente di somministrare la

massima quantità di medicinale, raggiungendo la capacità

respiratoria di ogni paziente. Il sistema a valvola massimizza

perfettamente il flusso del medicinale durante l'inalazione,

riducendone la dispersione durante l'espirazione.

Utilizzare il sistema valvolare «breath enhanced»

(sincronizzato alla respirazione) per ottimizzare l'effetto

terapeutico del medicinale e averne i massimi vantaggi.



Chiudere la valvola sulla sommità del nebulizzatore

5-A (posizione A) e usare il boccaglio con la valvola

di espirazione 8.



Versare il farmaco

e collegare la parte superiore del

nebulizzatore a quella inferiore, ruotandola in senso orario.



Seguire le istruzioni come indicato nella «Sezione 3.



Per sincronizzare il nebulizzatore con la respirazione,

usare solo il boccaglio con la valvola di espirazione

. Non usare con la mascherina o la forcella nasale.

Trattamento veloce

Se la valvola è aperta (posizione B)

-B la seduta terapeutica

sarà ridotta.



L'utilizzo sincronizzato del nebulizzatore non è

possibile utilizzando questa tipologia di trattamento.

5. Doccia nasale

La doccia nasale

è un dispositivo medico adatto per la

pulizia delle cavità nasali. La doccia nasale aiuta a idratare la

mucosa nasale e crea un getto micronizzato per trattare i

problemi respiratori delle vie aeree superiori (rinite allergica e

non allergica, rinosinusite, polipi nasali e così via).

1. Togliere il coperchio della doccia nasale AM-1 ruotan-

dolo in senso antiorario.

2. Riempire l'ampolla della doccia nasale con soluzione

isotonica AM-2. Non superare il livello massimo.

3. Serrare il coperchio ruotandolo in senso orario AM-3.

4. Collegare la doccia nasale con il tubo collegamento

aria AM-4 al vano compressore 1 e inserire la spina

del cavo alimentazione nella presa di corrente 2

(230V 50 Hz AC).

5. Chiudere con un dito la narice non trattata.

6. Posizionare la doccia nasale sulla narice e inalare

attraverso il naso AM-5.

7. Premere l'interruttore ON/OFF 3 sulla posizione «I»

per accendere il dispositivo e azionare la nebulizza-

zione tenendo premuto il tasto AM-6.

Si consiglia di eseguire l'inalazione alternando

ogni 10-20 secondi le due narici.

Bambini o persone non autosufficienti devono

essere assistiti durate la terapia.

Usare solo soluzione fisiologica isotonica.

6. Pulizia e disinfezione

Pulire attentamente tutti i componenti e rimuovere residui di

farmaco e possibili impurità dopo ogni trattamento.

Utilizzare un panno soffice e asciutto con detergenti non

brasivi per pulire il vano del compressore.

Accertarsi che le parti interne del dispositivo non

siano in contatto con liquidi e che la spina sia scol-

legata dalla presa di corrente.

Pulizia e disinfezione degli accessori

Seguire attentamente le istruzioni di pulizia e disinfezione

degli accessori in quanto sono molto importanti per il corretto

funzionamento del dispositivo e l'efficacia della terapia.

Prima e dopo ogni trattamento

Smontare il nebulizzatore

ruotando la parte superiore in

senso antiorario e rimuovere l'ugello di nebulizzazione colorato.

Lavare i componenti del nebulizzatore, il boccaglio, l’erogatore

nasale e le maschere usando acqua corrente; immergere in

acqua bollente per 5 minuti. Rimontare i componenti del nebu-

lizzatore e collegarli al tubo aria, accendere il dispositivo e farlo

funzionare per 10-15 minuti.

Lavare il tubo aria con acqua calda.

Usare solo disinfettanti come indicato nelle istru-

zioni del produttore.

Non bollire né sterillizzare in autoclave il tubo aria.

7. Manutenzione, conservazione e servizio

Ordinare tutti i pezzi di ricambio dal proprio rivenditore e farmacia

di fiducia o contattare il servizio Microlife (vedere premessa).

Sostituzione del nebulizzatore

Sostituire il nebulizzatore

dopo un lungo periodo di inuti-

lizzo, nel caso mostri imperfezioni, rotture o quando l'ugello di

nebulizzazione

-A sia ostruito da farmaco secco, polvere,

ecc. Raccomandiamo di sostituire il nebulizzatore dopo un

periodo compreso tra 6 mesi e 1 anno a seconda dell'utilizzo.

Usare solo nebulizzatori originali!

Sostituzione dei filtri

In condizioni normali di utilizzo, il filtro aria

deve essere

sostituito approssimativamente dopo 500 ore di utilizzo o ogni

anno. Raccomandiamo di controllare periodicamente il filtro

aria (ogni 10-12 trattamenti) e, se il filtro mostra un colore

grigio o marrone o è bagnato, sostituirlo. Estrarre e sostituirlo

con uno nuovo.

Non provare a lavare il filtro per riutilizzarlo.

Il filtro dell'aria non dovrebbe essere controllato

o sostituito mentre il dispositivo è in uso.

Usare solo filtri originali! Non usare il dispositivo

senza filtro!

8. Malfunzionamenti e azioni da intraprendere

Il dispositivo non si accende

•Accertarsi che la spina 2 sia ben inserita nella presa

di corrente.

•Accertarsi che l’interruttore ON/OFF 3 sia in

posizione di acceso «I».

La nebulizzazione è debole o inesistente

•Assicurarsi che il tubo aria 7 sia connesso corretta-

mente ai due estremi.

•Assicurarsi che il tubo aria non sia schiacciato,

piegato, sporco o ostruito. Se necessario, sostituirlo

con uno nuovo.

•

Assicurarsi che il nebulizzatore

sia completamente

assemblato e che l'ugello di nebulizzazione colorato

-A sia correttamente posizionato e non ostruito.

•

Accertarsi che il farmaco sia stato versato nel nebulizzatore.

9. Garanzia

Questo dispositivo è coperto da una garanzia di

5 anni

dalla

data di acquisto. La garanzia è valida solo presentando

l’apposito tagliando (vedi retro) compilato con il nome del

rivenditore, la data d’acquisto e lo scontrino fiscale.

•La garanzia copre solo il compressore. Le parti di

ricambio quali il nebulizzatore, le mascherine, il

boccaglio, il tubo aria e i filtri non sono inclusi.

•L'apertura o la manomissione del dispositivo invali-

dano la garanzia.

•

La garanzia non copre danni causati da trattamento impro-

prio, incidenti o inosservanza delle istruzioni per l'uso.

ist vom Gebrauch von Adaptern und Verlängerungska-

beln abzuraten. Sollte ihre Verwendung unumgänglich

sein, so müssen diese mit den Sicherheitsvorschriften

übereinstimmen. Dabei sind jedoch stets die zuläs-

sigen Grenzwerte einzuhalten, die auf den Adaptern

und Verlängerungskabeln angegeben sind.

•Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht eingesteckt, wenn nicht in

Gebrauch; ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose,

wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt wird.

•

Die Installation muss entsprechend den Herstellerang-

aben erfolgen. Eine fehlerhafte Installation kann Schäden

an Personen, Tieren und Gegenständen verursachen, für

welche der Hersteller nicht haftbar gemacht werden kann.

Ersetzen Sie das Netzkabel dieses Gerätes nicht. Kontak-

tieren Sie im Falle eines Kabel-Schadens eine zugelas-

sene Kundendienststelle des Herstellers für den Ersatz.

•Das Netzkabel sollte immer vollständig abgewickelt

sein, um ein gefährliches Überhitzen zu vermeiden.

•Vor jedem Reinigungs- oder Wartungseingriff muss

das Gerät ausgeschaltet sein und das Netzkabel aus

der Steckdose gezogen werden.

•Benutzen Sie nur die Medizin, die Ihnen von Ihrem Arzt

verschrieben wurde, und halten Sie sich an die

Anweisungen Ihres Arztes bezüglich Dosierung, Dauer

und Häufigkeit der Therapie.

•Verwenden Sie nur die vom Arzt entsprechend Ihrer

Krankheitslage angegebene Teile.

Verwenden Sie das Nasenstück nur, wenn dies ausdrück-

lich von Ihrem Arzt angegeben ist. Stellen Sie sicher, dass

die Gabelung NIEMALS in die Nase eingeführt wird,

sondern nur so nah wie möglich vor die Nase gehalten wird.

•Kontrollieren Sie auf dem Beipackzettel des Medika-

ments, ob Gegenanzeigen für den Gebrauch mit den

üblichen Systemen für Inhalationstherapie bestehen.

•Achten Sie bei der Positionierung des Geräts darauf,

dass die Trennvorrichtung gut erreichbar ist.

•Für einen grösseren Hygieneschutz verwenden Sie

nicht das gleiche Zubehör für mehr als eine Person.

•Neigen Sie den Zerstäuber nicht um mehr als 60°.

•

Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe starker elektro-

magnetischer Felder wie z.B. Mobiltelefone oder Funkan-

lagen. Halten Sie einen Mindestabstand von 3,3 m zu

solchen Geräten, wenn Sie dieses Gerät benutzen.

Sorgen Sie dafür, dass Kinder das Gerät nicht

unbeaufsichtigt benutzen; einige Teile sind so klein,

dass sie verschluckt werden könnten. Beachten Sie

das Strangulierungsrisiko sollte dieses Gerät mit

Kabeln oder Schläuchen ausgestattet sein.

Die Benutzung dieses Geräts ist kein Ersatz für

einen Arztbesuch.

3. Vorbereitung und Anwendung des Gerätes

Vor dem ersten Gebrauch empfehlen wir, alle Kompo-

nenten zu reinigen wie im Kapitel «Reinigung und Desin-

fektion» beschrieben.

1. Montieren Sie die Zubehörteile. Stellen Sie sicher,

dass alle Teile vorhanden und vollständig sind.

2. Füllen Sie den Vernebler mit der von Ihrem Arzt

verschriebenen Inhalationslösung. Stellen Sie sicher,

dass der Maximalpegel nicht überschritten wird.

3. Verbinden Sie den Vernebler 5 über den Lufts-

chlauch 7 mit dem Kompressor 1 und stecken Sie

das Netzkabel in die Steckdose (230V 50 Hz AC).2

4. Um die Behandlung zu starten, stellen Sie den Ein/Aus

Schalter 3 auf Position «I».

- Das Mundstück garantiert eine bessere Beförde-

rung des Medikaments in die Lungen.

- Wählen Sie zwischen Erwachsenen-

und Kinder-Gesi-

chtsmaske

und stellen Sie sicher, dass die Maske den

Mund- und Nasenbereich vollständig umschliesst.

- Verwenden Sie alle Zubehörteile einschliesslich des

Nasenstücks

wie von Ihrem Arzt verschreiben.

5. Sitzen Sie während des Inhalierens aufrecht und

entspannt an einem Tisch (nicht in einem Sessel), um

die Atemwege nicht zusammenzudrücken und so die

Wirksamkeit der Behandlung nicht zu beeinträchtigen.

Während der Inhalation nicht hinlegen. Stoppen Sie

die Inhalation falls Ihnen unwohl ist.

6. Nachdem Sie die von Ihrem Arzt empfohlene Inhalation-

szeit beendet haben, schalten Sie den Ein/Aus Schalter

auf die Position

«O»

, um das Gerät auszuschalten

und ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose.

7. Entleeren Sie die restliche Inhalationslösung aus dem

Vernebler und reinigen Sie das Gerät wie im Kapitel

«Reinigung und Desinfektion» beschrieben.

Das Gerät erfordert keine Kalibrierung.

Eine Änderung des Gerätes ist nicht zulässig.

4. NEB 2 in 1 - Aerosoltherapie

Die innovative «NEB 2 in 1» Inhalationstherapie ermöglicht

eine effektive Behandlung der mittleren und unteren Atem-

wege (Asthma, chronische Bronchitis, Mukoviszidose etc.).

Erweiterte Behandlung

Diese Behandlungsmethode erlaubt es, die höchste Medika-

mentenmenge zu transportieren und folglich die Atmungskapa-

zität voll auszuschöpfen. Das Ventilsystem passt sich optimal

dem Medikamentenfluss während der Einatmung an und

reduziert den Medikamentenverlust während der Ausatmung.

Benutzen Sie das atmungsunterstützte Ventilsystem

(synchron zur Atmung), um den therapeutischen Effekt

des Medikamentes zu optimieren und den grössten

Nutzen daraus zu ziehen.



Schliessen Sie das Ventil auf dem oberen Teil des

Verneblers 5-A (Position A) und verwenden Sie das

Mundstück mit Ventil 8.



Füllen Sie den Vernebler mit dem Medikament und AL

setzen Sie den Vernebleraufsatz im Uhrzeigersinn auf

den Vernebler.



Folgen Sie den Anweisungen im «Kapitel 3.».

Nur wenn Sie das Mundstück mit dem Ausat-

mungsventil 8 verwenden, funktioniert die

synchronisierte Verneblung. Verwenden Sie dafür

nicht Maske oder Nasenstück.

Kurze Behandlung

Die Behandlung wird verkürzt, wenn das Ventil offen ist

(Position B) 5-B.

Es ist nicht möglich, mit dieser Methode

synchron zur Atmung zu vernebeln.

5. Nasendusche

Die Nasendusche

ist ein medizinisches Gerät zur Reini-

gung der Nasenhöhlen. Die Nasendusche hilft dabei, die

Nasenschleimhaut mit Feuchtigkeit zu versorgen und wirkt

effektiv bei der Behandlung von Atemwegserkrankungen der

oberen Atemwege (allergisch und nichtallergische Rhinitis,

Rhinosinusitis, Nasenpolypen usw.).

1. Entfernen Sie die Abdeckung der Nasendusche AM-1

durch Drehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn.

2. Füllen Sie den Behälter der Nasendusche mit

isotonischer Lösung AM-2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie

den maximalen Pegel nicht überschreiten.

3. Schliessen Sie die Abdeckung, indem Sie diese im

Uhrzeigersinn drehen AM-3.

4. Verbinden Sie die Nasendusche mit dem Luftschlauch

AM-4 und dem Kompressor 1 und stecken Sie das

Stromkabel 2 in die Steckdose (230V 50 Hz AC).

5. Halten Sie das nicht zu behandelnde Nasenloch mit

einem Finger zu.

6. Positionieren Sie die Öffnung der Nasendusche am

Nasenloch und atmen Sie durch die Nase ein AM-5.

7. Schalten Sie den Ein/Aus Schalter 3 auf die Position

«I», um das Gerät einzuschalten und legen Sie Ihren

Finger über die markierte Öffung der Nasendusche um

die Behandlung zu starten AM-6.

Wir empfehlen, das Nasenloch jeweils nach 10-20

Sekunden zu wechseln.

Kinder und hilfsbedürftige Personen sollten bei

der Anwendung unterstützt werden.

Nur mit isotonischer Salzlösung verwenden.

6. Reinigung und Desinfektion

Reinigen Sie alle Zubehörteile nach jeder Behandlung

gründlich, um Medikamentenrückstände und mögliche

Verunreinigungen zu entfernen.

Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung des Kompressors ein

weiches, trockenes Tuch und ein nicht scheuerndes

Reinungsmittel.



Stellen Sie sicher, dass keine Flüssigkeiten in das

Gerät eindringen und das Netzkabel abgezogen ist.

Reinung und Desinfektion der Zubehörteile

Folgen Sie den Anweisungen zur Reinigung und Desinfek-

tion der Zubehörteile genau, da sie für die Leistungen des

Gerätes und dem therapeutischen Erfolg grundlegend sind.

Vor und nach jeder Anwendung

Nehmen Sie den Vernebler

auseinander, indem Sie den

oberen Teil im Uhrzeigersinn drehen; entfernen Sie auch den

Zerstäuberkopf. Waschen Sie alle Teile des Verneblers, das

Mundstück, Nasenstück und Masken mit Leitungswasser;

tauchen Sie es für 5 Minuten in kochendes Wasser. Montieren

Sie anschliessend den Vernebler und verbinden Sie diesen mit

dem Luftschlauchanschluss. Anschliessend schalten Sie das

Gerät ein und lassen es für 10-15 Minuten laufen.



Waschen Sie den Luftschlauch mit warmen Wasser.

Benutzen Sie nur Kaltsterilisierungslösungen

gemäss Herstelleranweisung.

Luftschlauch nicht abkochen oder

autoklavieren.

7. Wartung, Pflege und Service

Bestellen Sie alle Ersatzteile bei Ihrem Händler oder

Apotheker oder kontaktieren Sie den Microlife Service

(siehe Vorwort).

Austausch des Verneblers

Tauschen Sie den Vernebler nach längerer Nichtbe-5

nutzung aus, falls dieser Verformungen oder Risse

aufweist oder falls der Zerstäuberkopf AL-A durch ein

eingetrocknetes Medikament, Staub, etc. verstopft ist. Wir

empfehlen, den Vernebler je nach Gebrauch nach 6 bis 12

Monaten auszutauschen.

Vewenden Sie nur den Originalvernebler!

Austausch des Luftfilters

Bei normalen Benutzungsbedingungen ist der Luftfilter 4

nach etwa 500 Betriebsstunden oder einem Jahr

auszutauschen. Wir empfehlen, den Luftfilter regelmässig

zu kontrollieren (10-12 Anwendungen) und

auszutauschen, wenn er grau oder braun verfärbt ist oder

dieser sich feucht anfühlt. Luftfilter entfernen und durch

einen neuen ersetzen.

Versuchen Sie nicht, den Filter für Wiederver-

wendung zu reinigen.



Der Luftfilter darf nicht repariert oder gewartet werden,

während er bei einem Patienten im Einsatz ist.

Nur Originalfilter verwenden! Benutzen Sie das

Gerät nicht ohne Filter!

8. Fehlfunktionen und Massnahmen

Das Gerät lässt sich nicht einschalten

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Netzkabel 2 richtig in die

Steckdose gesteckt ist.

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich der Ein/Aus Schalter 3

auf der Position «I» befindet.

Das Gerät vernebelt nur schwach oder gar nicht

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Luftschlauch 7 an beiden

Enden sachgemäss befestigt ist.

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Luftschlauch 7 nicht

zusammengedrückt, verbogen, dreckig oder blockiert

ist. Wenn nötig, ersetzen Sie ihn mit einem neuen.

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Vernebler 5 vollständig

zusammengesetzt ist und der farbige Zerstäuberkopf

AL-A richtig platziert wurde und nicht verstopft ist.

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass die benötigte Inhalationslö-

sung eingefüllt ist.

9. Garantie

Für dieses Gerät gewähren wir 5 Jahre Garantie ab Kauf-

datum. Die Garantie gilt nur bei Vorlage einer vom Händler

ausgefüllten Garantiekarte (siehe letzte Seite) mit Kauf-

datum oder des Kassenbelegs.

•

Die Garantie erstreckt sich nur auf den Kompressor. Die

austauschbaren Teile, wie Vernebler, Masken, Mund-

stück, Luftschlauch und Filter sind nicht inbegriffen.

•Wurde das Gerät durch den Benutzer geöffnet oder

verändert, erlischt der Garantieanspruch.

•

Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Schäden, die auf unsa-

chgemässe Handhabung, Unfälle oder Nichtbeachtung der

Gebrauchsanleitung zurückzuführen sind.

3. Aygı ıt n Hazırlanması ı ve Kullan lması

Aygı ıt ilk kez kullanmadan önce, «Temizlik ve Dezenfek-

tasyon» bölümde açıklandı ığ gibi temizlemenizi öneririz.

1. Nebulizer kitini birle tiriniz. Bütün parçalarşın tam

olduğundan emin olunuz.

2. Nebülizörü, doktorunuzun talimatlarýna uygun bir

inhalasyon solüsyonu ile doldurun. Maksimum sevi-

yeyi a nda deşıldı ığ ğil emin olun.

3. Nebülizörü, kompresörün hava hortumuna 1 7

bağlayýn ve güç kablosunu 2 prize takýn (230V 50

Hz AC).

4. Tedavi başlatmak için AÇ/KAPA anahtarı ın 3 «I»

konumuna getirin.

4. NEB 2 si 1 arada - Aerosol tedavisi

İleri düzey «NEB 2 si 1» aerosol terapisi orta ve alt

solunun yolları (astım, kronik bronşit, kistik fibroz, vs.)

tedavilerinin efektif olarak yapılması ın sağlar.

İleri tedavi

Bu tedavi yöntemi maksimum ilacın hastaya verile-

bilmesi ile her hastanın ihtiyac olan solunum kapasite-ı

sine ulaşabilmektedir. Valf sistemi soluk almada

optimum seviyede ilacın hastaya verilmesini ve soluk

verirken ilaç kaybı ın önlemeyi sağlamaktadır.

Nazal yıkayı ıc

burun boşluklarının temizlenmesi için

kullanı ılan bir medikal cihazd r. Nazal yıkayıcı mukozayı

nemlendirerek, solunum yolu problemlerinin (alerjik veya alerjik

olmayan rinitler, nasal polipler, vs.) tedavisinde kullanılır.

1. Nazal yıkayı ıc kapağı ın AM-1 saat yönünün tersine

çevirerek açı ın z.

2. Nazal yıkayı ıc n haznesini AM-2. izotonik solüsyon ile

doldurunuz. Maximum seviyeyi geçmediğinizden

emin olunuz.

3. Kapa k n -ğı saat yönünden çevirerek sı ıca kapatı ız AM

4. Nazal yıkayıııc y hava hortumu ile birlikte AM-

7. ON/OFF butonunu 3 «I» pozisyonuna getirerek

cihazı açın ve parma üzerindeki ğı ı ı ın z nazal y kayı ıc

açıklığa tutarak tedaviye başlayın. AM-6.

Bir burun deliğinden diğerine geçiş sürenizi 10-

20 saniye olarak ayarlamanı ız öneriyoruz.

Çocuklar ve yardı ıma ihtiyac olan hastalar için

kullanımda yard olunmalımcı ı ıd r.

6. Temizlik ve Dezenfektasyon

Her i ve şlemden sonra medikasyon kalıntı ı ılar n

muhtemel birikintileri temizlemek için tüm parçaları iyice

temizleyin.

Kompresorü temizlemek için aşındı ı ır c olmayan

yumuşak ve kuru bez kullanı ın z.

Cihazın iç aksamı ın n su ile temas etmediğinden

ve fişin duvardan çekili olduğunan emin olunuz.

Aksesuarların temizlenmesi ve dezenfekte edilmesi

Cihazın performansı ve tedavinin etkinliği için temizleme

ve dezenfeksiyon talimatları ın dikkatlice inceleyin.

Her kullanımdan önce ve sonra

Nebulizatörün üst kapağı saat yönünün tersine çevirerek

ilaç haznesini ç nebulizatörün ıkartarak sökünüz. Sökülmüş

ağızlık, burun aparatı ve maskerkerini musluk suyu kullanarak

y nıkayı ız ve kaynar suda 5 dakika bekletiniz. Nebulizatörü

tekrar birleştiriniz ve hava hortum konnektörünü bağlayı ın z.

Cihazı çalıştı ıt nız ve 10-15 dakika boş şta çalıtır nı ız.

Hava filtresinin değ şi tirilmesi

Normal kullan 500 çalımlarda, hava filtresi 4ışma saati

veya 1 yı ıl n ard ndan deığ şi tirilmelidir. Filtrenin periyodik

olarak kontrol edilmesini (10-12 tedaviler) ve gri veya

kahverengi bir renk ald tiriniz. Filtreyi ıysa, değ şi

ç iıkartarak yenisi ile değ ştiriniz.
