Warning:
• All light fittings must be installed in accordance with current
safety regulations to prevent life-threatening accidents.
• Theinstallation of this light fitting must only be performed by
someone with thenecessary knowledge of electrical wiring.
• In certain countries light fittings must only be installed by
aqualified electrician. Contact your local authorities if you
are unsure.
Ensure that there are no electrical wires or water pipes in
theceiling where you intend to drill/screw.
Installation
Care and maintenance
• Always unplug thelight and let thebulb cool before
cleaning it or changing thebulb.
• Theproduct should be cleaned using adry cloth or
vacuum cleaner.
Responsible disposal
Risk of electricshock: Always disconnect
thepower before beginning any installation.
This product is intended for indoor useonly.

Product description
• This light fitting is intended for hanging from theceiling.
• Supply voltage: 230V.
• Lamp base: E27.
• Bulb: 1×E27, max 30W (sold separately)
• Adjustable distance to ceiling, max 1,5m.
Preparations
Make sure that you have aceiling hook to attach thelight
fittingto.
• If your ceiling has alamp socket with aceiling hook,
thelight fitting can be hung onthat.
• If your ceiling has no pre-installed hook you should fit
ahook capable of supporting theweight of thelight fitting
to theceiling using anappropriate method of fasteningit.
Note: Always disconnect thepower to
thecircuit you are working on by unscrewing
thefuse or switching thecircuit breaker off
depending on thetype of breaker system you
have in your consumerunit.
1. Loosen theceiling cup’s
strain relief screw (1) so
that thelead moves freely.
2. Remove theterminal
block (3), if necessary,
from thehanging loop
(2) in order to connect
theincoming neutral wire
(blue) to theterminal block
terminal marked “N”.
Connect theincoming live
wire (usually brown) to
theterminal marked “L”.
Note: InScandinavia you
are allowed to connect aclass ll (non-earthed ) plug (sold
separately) to this lamp fitting.
3. Refit any removed terminal block back onto theplastic
plate and adjust thelead to thedesired length by threading
it through thehangingloop.
4. Hook thehanging loop onto aceiling bracket/hook.
5. Push theceiling cup flush against theceiling and tighten
thestrain relief screw securely.
6. If you should need to shorten thelead by cutting it, make
sure that it is disconnected from themains power supply.
Attach thesupplied cable tie
3 cm under thepoint where thelead is to be cut in order to
prevent thefabric from fraying.
7. Screw thelight bulb (sold separately) into
thesocket of thelamp holder.
8. Turn thepoweron.
This symbol indicates that this product
should not be disposed of with general
householdwaste. Thisapplies throughout
theentire EU. Inorder to prevent any harm to
theenvironment or health hazards caused by
incorrect waste disposal, theproduct must
be handed in for recycling so that thematerial
can be disposed of in aresponsible manner.
Whenrecycling theproduct, take it to your
local collection facility or contact theplace of
purchase. Theywill ensure that theproduct is
disposed of in anenvironmentally sound manner.
