7.Afteruse,rinsetheelectrodewithwatertominimizecontamination.Turnthemeter

2.Allowthereadingtostabilizeandwithasmallscrewdriverturnthecalibrationtrimmer

untilthedisplayshows"6.86"("7.00").Rinsetheelectrodewithdistilledwater,andsuckit

withfilter-paper.

3.ImmersetheelectrodeinpH4.01orpH9.18(pH10.0)thebuffersolutionofborax.

4.Afteraboutoneminute,untilthedisplayshows"4.01"or"9.18"("10.0").
