Run power cable through pipe.

Attach bottom pipe to top pipe

and fix them at the desired

height. Using correct

combination of screw, washer

and nut.

Attach connect plate to the universal plate using correct combination of screws, washers and nuts.

Assemble the universal plate and bottom pipe with connect plate. Using correct combination of screws,

washers, nuts and iron knob.
