U BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

Fill the reservoir to the max mark, and run the appliance without coﬀee.

THE INSULATED CARAFE

1 The insulated carafe means you can enjoy fresh, hot coﬀee anywhere in the home or garden.

2 Turn the carafe lid a bit more than one complete turn anticlockwise, and lift it oﬀ the carafe.

3 Rinse the carafe with hot water, to prewarm it, so it doesn’t take heat from the coﬀee.

4 Align the arrow on the lid with the spout, replace the lid on the carafe, and turn it about one

and a quarter turns clockwise, to lock it in place – don’t over-tighten it.

5 To pour, turn the lid to align the arrow with the spout.

6 When you’ve done, turn it clockwise to close it and keep the heat in.
