STEPONE:INSTALLTHEMOUNTONADRUM

1.Placethelowerjawofthemountunderthedrumrimasshowninthe

followingdiagram.

INSTALLINGTHEMOUNT

2.Aftersecuringthemount’slowerjaw,liftthemountupuntilthegroove

initsupperlipclicksintoplaceoverthetopofthedrumrim.Makesure

themountisclampedsecurelyoverthetopedgeofthedrumandunder

thebottomflangeofthedrumrim.

PROPERLYINSTALLEDMOUNT

STEPTWO:ATTACHAMICROPHONETOTHEMOUNT

Afterinstallingthemountontothedrumrim,followtheseinstructionstoattach

amicrophone:

1.Insertthethreadadapter,slotsideout,intothebottomofthemicclip.

NOTE:Theadapteralsoworkswithmicrophonesthathaveanintegrated

micclip,suchasthePG56(picturedbelow).

2.Screwtheadapterclockwiseuntilitisflushwiththebottomofthemic

clip.

3.Positionthemicclipoverthemount’sthumbscrew.Turnthethumbscrew

clockwiseuntilthemicclipisfirmlyattachedtothemount.

NOTE:Donotovertighten.

4.Placeamicrophoneintheclip.

5.Toadjustthedistancebetweenthemicrophoneandthedrumhead,

loosenthethumbscrewslightlyandslidethemicrophoneupordown

alongthemount.

NOTE:Tominimizepotentialnoiseordamagefromdrumsticks,positionthe

microphoneoutsidethedrummer’srangeofstickmovement.
