後はランプが高温になっており、さわるとやけどの原因と
なることがあります。
ランプの保管および持ち運びの際は、必ず専用
のケースに入れる
ランプを持ち運んだり廃棄する際は、必ず付属の専用ケー
スに入れてください。ケースに入れずに持ち運ぶとランプ
が割れてけがの原因となることがあります。
他の製品には使用しない
このランプとランプハウスは、ソニー

専用の交換用
ランプとランプハウスです。他の製品に絶対にお使いにな
らないでください。火災や故障などの原因となります。
改造、分解禁止
新しいランプ、ランプハウスは、必ず交換用ランプ
LKRX-
110/105
または交換用ランプハウス
LKRX-B110/B105
を
お使いください。分解・改造して使用すると火災や感電、ラ
ンプの破裂の原因となります。
ランプハウスの交換作業時には電源ケーブルを
外すか、ブレーカーを切る
ランプハウスの交換作業時には電源ケーブルを外すか、ブ
レーカーを切ってください。感電の原因となります。
ランプを抜いたあとのランプの収納部に、金属
や燃えやすい物などの異物を入れない
ランプを抜いたあとのランプの収納部に金属類や燃えやす
い物などの異物を入れないでください。火災や感電の原因
となります。
ランプ、ランプハウスの交換はサービスマンが
行う
ランプハウスの交換はサービスマンが、ランプの交換はト
レーニングを受けた方が行ってください。他の方が行うと、
破裂やけがの原因となります。
寿命がきたら、ランプが正常に点灯している場
合でも、速やかに新しいランプと交換する
寿命がきたら、ランプが正常に点灯している場合でも速や
かに新しいランプと交換してください。寿命が過ぎたラン
プはガラスが劣化し、破裂の原因となります。
ランプ交換の際はランプハウスの清掃を行う
ランプを交換する際は、ランプハウスの吸気・排気部の清掃
を行ってください。吸気・排気部が汚れていると、ランプの
温度が上がり、破裂の原因となります。
ランプに衝撃を与えたり、ランプ表面に傷をつ
けない
ランプに衝撃を与えたり、ランプ表面に傷を付けないでく
ださい。ランプには、高圧のキセノンガスが封入されてお
り、破裂の原因となります。
ランプ交換の際は、必ずプロテクションスーツ
キットを着用する
ランプ交換の際は、厚手の長袖着、長ズボンを着用し、必ず
プロテクションスーツキットを着用してください。また、
靴は足の甲が完全に覆われているタイプの靴を履いてくだ
さい。万一ランプが破裂した場合、けがの原因となります。
ランプを廃棄する際は、決められた方法でラン
プを割ってから廃棄する
ランプを廃棄する際は、本取扱説明書に従い、ランプを
割ってから廃棄してください。割らずに廃棄すると、けが
や事故の原因となります。
下記の注意を守らないと、火災や感電 死亡により や大けがに

Before operating the unit, please read this manual thoroughly and
retain it for future reference.
The projection lamps and projection lamp houses should be used with
the following models only. Never use them for any other projector as
doing so may lead to breakdown, fire or explosion.
For the Sony SRX-R110/S110/T110 SRX projector: LKRX-110 lamp/
LKRX-B110 lamp house
For the Sony SRX-R105/S105/T105 SRX projector: LKRX-105 lamp/
LKRX-B105 lamp house
Replacing the Lamp House
Warning
• Be sure to ask a qualified service personnel to replace a lamp house
to avoid explosion or injury.
• When replacing the lamp house with a new one, wait for at least one
hour for the lamp to cool.
Note
Wear protective glasses, commercially available, when you replace the
lamp house.
Removing the Lamp House from the Projector A
1Remove the three screws on the cooling unit at the rear of the
projector. (See Fig. A-1.)
2Pull the cooling unit toward you, then lift it up to remove.
(See Fig. A-2.)
3When using an SRX-R110/S110/R105/S105
Release the two screws at the rear of the cooling fan located
between the two lamp houses, then pull down the fan toward you.
(See Fig. A-3.)
When using an SRX-T110/T105
1Release the remote control detector bracket. (See Fig. A-3-
1.)
2Loosen the two screws on the fan cover. Lift up the fan cover,
then pull it toward you to remove. (See Fig. A-3- .)2
3Pull the fan(s) at the front of the lamp house. (See Fig. A-3-
3.)
4Release one lamp house attachment screw on the front of a lamp
house and the two special screws for connecting the electrodes at
the inner bottom of the lamp house, then pull the lamp house
straight out. (See Fig. A-4.)
Replacing the Lamp House B
1Remove the lamp house from the projector.
Perform steps 1 to 4 in “Removing the Lamp House from the
Projector.”
2Attach the supplied two special screws for connecting the
electrodes to the two electrodes at the bottom of the new lamp
house in the correct direction, as illustrated. (See Fig. -1. TheB
figure indicates the case of replacing “Lamp A.”)
3This procedure is necessary only when you use the LKRX-
B110. If you use the LKRX-B105, go to step 4.
Attach the supplied lamp house cushion (A) in the position shown
in the figure.
Remove the double-faced tape from the lamp house cushion (A)
and attach it to a position 8-10 mm from the edge, as illustrated.
The end of the lamp house cushion (A) should touch the lamp
house cushion (B) attached at the factory. (See Fig. B-2.)
The lamp houses are referred to as “Lamp A” and “Lamp B”
according to the position of the lamp house cushion (A), as
illustrated.
4Insert the new lamp house straight into the projector so that the
side from which you can see the lamp is positioned inward, then
tighten the two special screws with 5N•m.
5Fix the lamp house to the projector with the supplied lamp house
attachment screw, and replace the cooling fan and cooling unit.
Perform steps 1 to 3 in “Removing the Lamp House from the
Projector” in reverse order.
Note
Install the lamp houses with the side where the lamp is visible located
inside and the gray rear cover located outside.
The lamp house installed on the left from the rear of the projector is
referred to as “Lamp A,” and that on the right as “Lamp B.”

Avant d’utiliser l’appareil, veuillez lire attentivement ce manuel et le
conserver pour future référence.
Les lampes de projection et les boîtiers de lampe doivent être utilisés
avec les modèles suivants uniquement. Ne les utilisez jamais pour un
autre projecteur car ceci risquerait de provoquer une panne, un
incendie ou une explosion.

Remplacement du boîtier de
lampe
Avertissement
• Veillez à faire remplacer la lampe par un personnel de service après-
vente qualifié afin d’éviter toute explosion ou blessure.
• Lorsque vous remplacez le boîtier de lampe par un boîtier neuf,
attendez au moins une heure pour que la lampe refroidisse.
Remarque
Portez des lunettes de protection disponibles dans le commerce
lorsque vous remplacez le boîtier de lampe.
Retrait du boîtier de lampe du projecteur A
1Retirez les trois vis du dispositif de refroidissement situé à l’arrière
du projecteur. (Voir Fig. -1)A
2Tirez le dispositif de refroidissement vers vous, puis soulevez-le
pour le retirer. (Voir Fig. A-2)
3Lors de l’utilisation d’un SRX-R110/S110/R105/S105
Desserrez les deux vis à l’arrière du dispositif de refroidissement
situées entre les deux lampes boîte du projecteur, puis tirez le
ventilateur vers vous. (Voir Fig. A-3)
Lors de l’utilisation d’un SRX-T110/T105
1Dégagez le support du capteur de télécommande. (Voir
Fig. A-3-1)
2Desserrez les deux vis qui se trouvent sur le couvercle du
ventilateur. Soulevez le couvercle du ventilateur, puis tirez-le
vers vous pour le retirer. (Voir Fig. A-3- )2
3Tirez le(s) ventilateur(s) à l’avant de la lampe boîte. (Voir
Fig. A-3-3)
4Retirez une vis de fixation à l’avant du boîtier de lampe et les deux
vis spéciales, permettant de raccorder les électrodes, sur la face
inférieure interne du boîtier de lampe, puis tirez celui-ci en le
maintenant bien droit. (Voir Fig. -4)A
Remplacement du boîtier de lampe B
1Retirez le boîtier de lampe du projecteur.
Exécutez les étapes 1 à 4 de la section « Retrait du boîtier de
lampe du projecteur ».
2Fixez les deux vis spéciales fournies, permettant de raccorder les
électrodes, aux deux électrodes situées sous le nouveau boîtier de
lampe dans le bon sens, comme illustré. (Voir Fig. -1)B
L’illustration concerne le remplacement de la « Lampe A ».)
3Cette procédure est nécessaire uniquement lorsque vous
utilisez le boîtier de lampe LKRX-B110. Si vous utilisez le
modèle LKRX-B105, passez à l’étape 4.
Fixez le coussinet (A) du boîtier de lampe fourni à l’emplacement
indiqué sur la figure.
Retirez le ruban adhésif double face du coussinet (A) du boîtier de
lampe puis fixez-le à environ 8 à 10 mm du bord, ainsi qu’il est.
L’extrémité du coussinet (A) du boîtier de lampe doit toucher le
coussinet (B) de boîtier de lampe fixé en usine. (Voir Fig. B-2)
Les boîtiers de lampes sont désignés par « Lampe A » et « Lampe
B » en fonction de la position du coussinet (A) du boîtier de lampe,
comme illustré.
4Insérez le nouveau boîtier de lampe bien droit dans le projecteur
de sorte que le côté visible de la lampe soit orienté vers l’intérieur,
puis vissez les deux vis spéciales avec un couple de 5N•m.
5Fixez le boîtier de lampe sur le projecteur à l’aide de la vis de
fixation fournie à cet effet, puis remettez l’ailette de ventilation et le
dispositif de refroidissement en place.
Exécutez les étapes 1 à 3 de la section « Retrait du boîtier de
lampe du projecteur » en sens inverse.
Remarque
Installez les boîtiers de lampe du côté où la lampe est visible à
l’intérieur et avec le capot gris arrière à l’extérieur.
Le boîtier de lampe installé à gauche par rapport à l’arrière du
projecteur est appelé « Lampe A » et celui situé à droite est appelé
« Lampe B ».

ランプハウスのリフレクター（ランプの反射面）は、エアーを吹き付
けるか、レンズ用ブラシでクリーニングしてください。汚れが激し
い場合は、市販のレンズクリーニング液またはレンズクリーニング
ペーパーを使ってクリーニングしてください。リフレクターに剥が
れや損傷がある場合、また新品のランプでも輝度が出ないなど異常
がある場合は、ランプハウスを交換してください。
6リード線が右側にくるように新しいランプを持って、ランプハウスに
まっすぐに挿入する。

使用済みランプの廃棄のしかた

交換用ランプを梱包していた保護シート、ケース、梱包箱などを使用して
廃棄します。
1使用済みランプに保護シートを巻き、ひもで結ぶ。
2専用ケースに収納し、冷却フィンの付いていない側のキャップを取り
付け、テープを貼り、六角ナットを取り付ける。
3冷却フィンの付いている側のキャップを取り付け、テープを貼る。
4梱包箱に入っている両側の緩衝材を取り除き、ランプを箱に収納す
る。（図F

5梱包箱のふたを閉め、開かないようにテープで厳重に留める。
6使用済みランプを入れた梱包箱を、

位の高さから硬い床に水平に
落とす。
破裂音がします。
7落とした梱包箱を軽くふって、ランプが割れていることを確認する。
使用済みランプは産業廃棄物として処分してください。金属、ガラスの分

Replacing the Projection Lamp
Warnings
• Be sure to ask a qualified personnel to replace a lamp.
For details of qualification, contact your Sony dealer.
• Wear a shirt with long sleeves and long slacks and be sure to wear a
protective suit kit. Put shoes of a type that protects the instep.
Wearing the Protective Suit Kit

Wear a protective suit kit (J-7120-330-A (M size) or J-7120-340-A (L
size)) referring to the following procedures.
1Wear a jacket and slacks.
2Pull wrist guards on both wrists.
3Wear a hood so as not to expose the neck.
4Attach the face panel to the face protector. (See Fig. C-1.)
5Put on the face protector and adjust it with the adjuster to fit size.
(See Fig. C-2.)
6Adjust the angle of the face protector with the adjuster on the left
and right sides of the face protector. (See Fig. C-3.)
Adjust the angle of the face protector so that it protects the neck.
7Wear gloves.
Removing the Lamp for Replacement from the Carton D
Note
For disposal of the used lamp, use the carton, case, protective sheet,
etc. of the lamp for replacement.
1Unpack the carton and remove the lamp.
2Remove the tape on the cap of the case on the side with a cooling
fin, and remove the cap from the case. (See Fig. D-1.)
3Turn to remove the hexagonal nut on the side without a cooling fin.
(See Fig. D-2.)
4Remove the tape on the cap of the case on the side without a
cooling fin, and remove the cap.
5Holding the glass section near the cooling fin, remove the lamp
from the case. (See Fig. D-3.)
6Untie the string of the protective sheet and remove the sheet.
Replacing the lamp E
When replacing the lamp with a new one, perform steps 1 to 4 in
“Removing the Lamp House from the Projector.”
The steps mentioned below are common to both models, LKRX-110
and LKRX-105, unless otherwise specified.
Note
Never touch a projection lamp with bare hands, which may cause an
explosion of the lamp.
1Remove the four black screws on the front cover of the lamp house
(i.e., the side where the lamp is visible) to remove the front cover.
(See Fig.E-1.)
2Remove the eight black screws on the rear gray cover of the lamp
house to remove the rear cover. (See Fig. E-2.)
3From the front side of the lamp house, remove the screw of the
lamp house terminal using a screwdriver, and remove the lead of
the lamp from the terminal. (See Fig. E-3.)
Note
When removing the lead, hold it down so that the cooling fin of the
lamp is not damaged.
4From the rear side of the lamp house, release the nut at the rear of
the lamp using a tool, then turn the nut with your hand to remove.
(See Fig. E-4.)
5From the front side of the lamp house, remove the lamp. (See Fig.
E-5.)
For the LKRX-110: Holding the center of an aluminum fin without
holes (marked portion in the Fig.), pull the lamp straight out.
For the LKRX-105: Holding the glass section near the cooling fin
(marked portion in the Fig.), pull the lamp straight out.
Notes
• Be careful not to hold an aluminum cooling fin.
• Clean the reflector of the lamp house with a lens brush or air
spray. When it becomes difficult to remove the dust from the
reflector, clean it with a lens cleaner or a lens cleaning paper,
commercially available. If some parts of the reflector fall off or
there is any trouble with the luminance, replace the lamp house.
6Holding the new lamp with the lead on the right, insert the lamp
straight into the lamp house.
7Attach the nut removed in step 4 to the rear of the lamp.
Turn the nut with your hand, then tighten it with 5N•m using a tool.
8Connect the lead of the lamp to the terminal and replace the front
and rear covers.
Perform steps 1 to 3 in reverse order.
9Attach the lamp house to the projector. Perform steps 4 to 5 in
“Replacing the Lamp House.”
Note
The lamp houses removed from the projector are referred to as
“Lamp A” and “Lamp B” according to the position of the lamp
house cushion (A) (LKRX-110 only). Take care when you insert the
lamp house into the projector. If you make a mistake, it may
damage the unit.
Dispose of the Used Lamp F
The protective sheet, case, carton, etc. in which the lamp for
replacement was packed should be used for disposal of the used lamp.
1
Pack the used lamp with the protective sheet and tie it with the string.
2Store the used lamp with the protective sheet in the case, attach
the cap to the case on the side without a cooling fin, tape the cap,
then attach the hexagonal nut.
3Attach the cap to the case on the side with a cooling fin and tape
the cap.
4Remove the buffer materials from the carton, then store the used
lamp. (See Fig. F-1.)
5Close the lid of the carton and tape it tightly so that the lid will not
open.
6Drop the carton with the used lamp onto a solid floor from a height
of about 1 m (3.3 feet).
7Shake the carton lightly to confirm that the used lamp was broken.
Disposal of the used lamp should be done according to the regulations
of your local area.
Warning
When you dispose of the used lamp, explode the lamp referring to the
procedures above.

Retrait de la lampe de l’emballage pour la remplacer D
Remarque
Pour mettre la lampe usagée au rebut, utilisez l’emballage, le boîtier, la
feuille de protection, etc. de la nouvelle lampe.
1Retirez la lampe de l’emballage.
2Retirez le ruban adhésif sur le couvercle du boîtier, du côté ailette
de ventilation, et retirez le couvercle du boîtier. (Voir Fig. -1)D
3Tournez l’écrou hexagonal situé sur le côté opposé à l’ailette de
ventilation pour retirer le couvercle. (Voir Fig. D-2)
4Retirez le ruban adhésif sur le couvercle du boîtier, du côté opposé
à l’ailette de ventilation et retirez le couvercle.
5Tout en tenant la partie en verre à proximité de l’ailette de
ventilation, retirez la lampe du boîtier. (Voir Fig. D-3)
6Dénouez le cordon de la feuille de protection et retirez celle-ci.
Remplacement de la lampe E
Lorsque vous remplacez la lampe par une lampe neuve, exécutez les
étapes 1 à 4 de la section « Retrait du boîtier de lampe du projecteur».
Les étapes mentionnées ci-dessous sont identiques pour les deux
modèles, LKRX-110 et LKRX-105, sauf mention contraire.
Remarque
Ne touchez jamais la lampe de projection avec les mains nues car ceci
peut provoquer l’explosion de la lampe.
1Pour retirer le capot avant, retirez les quatre vis noires du capot
avant du boîtier de lampe (c’est-à-dire le côté où la lampe est
visible). (Voir Fig. E-1)
2Pour retirer le capot arrière, retirez les huit vis noires du capot gris
arrière du boîtier de lampe. (Voir Fig. -2)E
3A l’avant du boîtier de lampe, desserrez la vis de la borne du
boîtier de lampe à l’aide d’un tournevis, puis retirez le fil de la
lampe de la borne. (Voir Fig. E-3.)
Remarque
Lorsque vous retirez le fil, maintenez-le de sorte que l’ailette de
ventilation de la lampe ne soit pas endommagée.
4A l’arrière du boîtier de lampe, desserrez l’écrou situé à l’arrière de
la lampe à l’aide d’un outil, puis tournez l’écrou avec les doigts
pour le retirer. (Voir Fig. E-4)
5A l’avant du boîtier de lampe, retirez la lampe. (Voir Fig. -5)E
Pour le LKRX-110 : en tenant le centre d’une ailette en aluminium
sans trous (partie encerclée dans la Fig.), sortez la lampe en la
tenant bien droit.
Pour le LKRX-105 : en tenant la section en verre à côté de l’ailette
de ventilation en aluminium (partie encerclée dans la Fig.), sortez
la lampe en la tenant bien droit.
Remarques
• Veillez à ne pas toucher une ailette de ventilation en aluminium.
• Nettoyez le réflecteur du boîtier de lampe avec une brosse pour
objectif ou un spray d’air. Lorsque vous ne parvenez plus à
retirer la poussière du réflecteur, nettoyez-le avec un nettoyant
pour objectif ou une lingette de nettoyage pour objectif. Si
certaines parties du réflecteur se détachent ou si vous notez des
problèmes de luminance, remplacez le boîtier de lampe.
6Tenez la nouvelle lampe avec le fil à droite, insérez la lampe bien
droit dans le boîtier de lampe.
7Fixez l’écrou retiré à l’étape 4 à l’arrière de la lampe.
Tournez-le à la main, puis serrez-le avec un couple de 5 N•m à
l’aide d’un outil.
8Raccordez le fil de la lampe à la borne, puis remettez les capots
avant et arrière en place.
Exécutez les étapes 1 à 3 dans le sens inverse.
9Fixez le boîtier de lampe sur le projecteur.
Exécutez les étapes 4 à 5 de la section « Remplacement du boîtier
de lampe».
Remarque
Les boîtiers de lampe retirés du projecteur sont désignés par
« Lampe A » et « Lampe B » selon la position du coussinet (A) du
boîtier de lampe (LKRX-110 uniquement). Faites attention lorsque
vous insérez le boîtier de lampe dans le projecteur. En cas
d’erreur, vous risquez d’endommager l’appareil.
Mise au rebut de la lampe F
Utilisez la feuille de protection, le boîtier, l’emballage, etc. dans
lesquels la nouvelle lampe était emballée pour mettre la lampe usagée
au rebut.
1Emballez la lampe usagée dans la feuille de protection et nouez
celle-ci avec le cordon.
2Rangez la lampe usagée emballée dans la feuille de protection
dans le boîtier, fixez le couvercle sur le côté opposé à l’ailette de
ventilation collez le ruban adhésif sur le couvercle, puis fixez
l’écrou hexagonal.
3Fixez le couvercle sur le boîtier, côté ailette de ventilation et collez
le ruban adhésif sur le couvercle.
4Retirez les matériaux d’amortissement de l’emballage, puis insérez
la lampe usagée. (Voir Fig. F-1)
5Fermez le couvercle de l’emballage et collez le ruban adhésif
fermement de sorte que le couvercle ne puisse pas s’ouvrir.
6Laissez la lampe usagée tomber d’une hauteur d’environ 1 m (3,3
pieds) sur un sol dur.
7Secouez légèrement l’emballage pour vérifier que la lampe usagée
est cassée.
La mise au rebut de la lampe usagée doit être effectuée conformément
aux réglementations locales en la matière.
Avertissement
Pour mettre la lampe usagée au rebut, détruisez la lampe en
respectant les procédures ci-dessus.
