externalcomponents,theLMR10520iseasytouse.

Theabilitytodrive2-Aloadswithaninternal150-mΩ

PMOSswitchresultsinthebestpowerdensity

available.Theworld-classcontrolcircuitryallowson-

timesaslowas30ns,thussupportingexceptionally

highfrequencyconversionovertheentire3-Vto5.5-
