TheLMT84-Q1isaprecisionCMOStemperature

sensorwith±0.4°Ctypicalaccuracy(±2.7°C

maximum)andalinearanalogoutputvoltagethatis

inverselyproportionaltotemperature.The1.5-V

supplyvoltageoperation,5.4-μAquiescentcurrent,

and0.7-mspower-ontimeenableeffectivepower-

cyclingarchitecturestominimizepowerconsumption

forbattery-poweredapplicationssuchasdronesand

sensornodes.TheLMT84-Q1deviceisAEC-Q100

Grade0qualifiedandmaintains±2.7°Cmaximum

accuracyoverthefulloperatingtemperaturerange

withoutcalibration;thismakestheLMT84-Q1suitable
