loadwithexceptionalpowerconversionefficiency,

outputvoltageaccuracy,lineandloadregulation.The

LMZ10505isavailableinaninnovativepackagethat

enhancesthermalperformanceandallowsforhand

ormachinesoldering.

TheLMZ10505canacceptaninputvoltagerail

between2.95Vand5.5Vandcandeliveran

adjustableandhighlyaccurateoutputvoltageaslow

as0.8V.Onemegahertzfixed-frequencyPWM

switchingprovidesapredictableEMIcharacteristic.

Twoexternalcompensationcomponentscanbe

adjustedtosetthefastestresponsetime,while

allowingtheoptiontouseceramicorelectrolytic

outputcapacitors.Externallyprogrammablesoft-start
