1.1 DESCRIPTION
Thank you for purchasing a Wesco Value Lift. This unit features a foot operated hydraulic pump,
chrome plated rails and handle, adjustable forks and two 5” polyurethane swivel casters with brakes.

3. OPERATION
1) Raising the platform/forks
Tighten the lowering valve (by turning it clockwise), put down the foot pedal and pump. The
platform/forks will proceed to lift.
2) Lowering the platform/forks
Loosen the lowering valve (by turning it counter-clockwise), and then the platform/forks will lower.
3) Adjusting the lowering speed
To avoid abrupt lowering of the
platform/forks when loading goods, the truck is provided with a stopper.
When the lowering speed is too quick or too slow, adjust the position of this stopper.
4. MAINTENANCE
1) Daily Care
- If the load chain is corroded, it becomes weak and unreliable, so always lubricate it by applying
grease.
- Unless oil leaks from the pump. It is not necessary to supply oil for about half a year to one year.
- Usually, when changing oil or replenishing oil, use L-HL68 Hydraulic oil (equivalent to ISO VG68). If
temperature is between -5°F - 23°F, Please use L-HL46 Hydraulic oil (equivalent to ISO VG68).
2) Periodic Inspection
- Inspect the chain fixing nut for any looseness and proceed to tighten.
- Check to make sure the rotating parts are well lubricated.
- Inspect the wheels for possible wear.
- Inspect the screw in each part for looseness and tighten where necessary.
5. ASSEMBLY
1) Take the assemblies from the cardboard box and disassemble them in the order of (a), (b), (c), and (d)
as follows:

Then lay the handle on the floor as shown in Figure 2.
