MOS-1130Y-0202 Startup Manual 1
Before you begin installing your card, please make sure that
the following items have been shipped:
1. miniPCIe card x 1
2. iDoor IO side module p1-x1 with iDoor bracket x 1
3. FPC cable x 2
4. Startup manual x 1
If any of these items are missing or damaged, please con-
tact your distributor or sales representative immediately.
The following tables and gures show the pin assignments
of 1 connector on the bracket to the modular card. if you
see two ports or above, it will use the same pin-denition
of this one.

1. Unscrew bottom cover.
2. Insert miniPCIe card and secure the screws.
3. Screw iDoor module with the bracket and x on the
front bezel.
4. Insert cable between miniPCIe card and iDoor module.
5. Screw bottom cover back.
1. Unscrew the top cover.
2. Insert miniPCIe card and secure the screws.
3. Unscrew the front bezel.
4. Screw iDoor module with the bracket and x on the
front bezel.
5. Screw the front bezel back.
6. Insert cable between miniPCIe card and iDoor module.
7. Screw top cover back.
ARK-2121L Installation
Windows Operating System
1. Please visit Advantech website to download the driver.
2. Unpack the MOS-1130Y-0202_DRIVER_
Win7_10_2030320.zip
3. Please read the pkg_readme, or just run the driver of
pkg_icomnavi_wdf_can.exe
4. Click “install” to continue the installation
5. Restart the system.
6. After the physical hardware has been installed, the card
will be automatically detected.
Linux Operating System
1. Please visit Advantech website to download the driver.
2. Open the terminal and enter the command to unpack
the MOS-1130-0202_Linux_SocketCAN_V3.0.2.0.tar.
gz as below:
# tar -zxvf MOS-1130-0202_Linux_SocketCAN_
vx.x.x.x.tar.gz
3. Please read the README in driver folder, or continue
the installation step by step.
4. Access to “MOS-1130-0202_Linux_SocketCAN_
vx.x.x.x” folder
#cd /home/PC_name/MOS-1130-0202_Linux_Socket-
CAN_vx.x.x.x/adSocketCAN_vx.x.x.x/driver-msi/
5. Enter command “make” to compile driver package to
generate ko les
# make
*If “make” error, try to use below command to x:
# apt install make
# apt install build-essential
6. Finally, input below command to install the driver so that
the driver will be loaded automatically in the future.
# make install
7. Use “ip link list” command to see whether the CAN
device name is created in net port
# ip link set can0 up type can bitrate 125000 //can0
# ip link set can1 up type can bitrate 125000 //can1
8. Check CAN port
# ifcong
