Getting Started

Inserting the batteries

- Open the battery cover on the back of the device. First insert the

included button cell batteries according to the markings in the

battery compartment. Then insert 3 x AAA/LR03 batteries into the

battery compartment. Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly

according to the markings.

Setting the clock

1. Press , the time will start to ash.SET

2. Use

▲ ▼ and to set the hours.

3. Press

SET to advance to the next setting. The minutes display

will begin to ash.

4. Use

▲ ▼ and to set the minutes.

5. Repeat step 3 and 4 to set the year, month and day.

12/24 hour clock

- Push to change from 12 to 24 hour display.▼

- When the 24 hour clock is chosen, “24HR” will be shown in the display.

Operating Instructions

Setting the alarm

1. Whilst in the time display mode, push the MODE button once.

2. Press SET once. The time display will start ashing.

3. Use

▲ ▼ and to set the hours.

4. Press SET to advance to the next setting. The minutes display

will begin to ash.

5. Use

▲ ▼ and to set the minutes.

6. Press SET to choose the alarm signal. There is a choice of 8

alarms/melodies. A digit in the left-hand display indicates the

chosen melody.

7. Conrm by pushing SET.

8. Press MODE twice to exit the alarm setting mode.

Activating the alarm

1. Whilst in the time display mode, push the MODE button once.

2. Press

▲ to choose the alarm or alarm with snooze function “Zz”.

3. Press MODE twice to exit the alarm mode.

4. Set the ON/OFF-AL/AUTO button to the OFF-AL position to

activate the alarm.

5. When the alarm goes off, press any of the buttons on the back of

the device to turn the alarm off.

Wake-up radio

1. Press MODE twice.

2. Press

▲ to activate/deactivate the radio wake-up. A loudspeaker

symbol is displayed when the function is activated.

3. Set the ON/OFF-AL/AUTO button to the AUTO position.

4. When the alarm goes off, set the ON/OFF-AL/AUTO button to the

OFF-AL position to turn the alarm off.

Changing the temperature unit

- Press °C/°F to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit or vice versa.

Using the radio

1. Set the ON/OFF-AL/AUTO button to the ON position to turn on the

radio.

2. Choose the desired radio band using the BAND knob.

3. Tune into the desired station using the tuning knob and adjust the

volume using the volume knob.

Sleep timer

1. Set the ON/OFF-AL/AUTO button to the AUTO position.

2. Press MODE twice and thereafter SET. The minutes display

will begin to ash.

3. Use

▲ ▼ and to adjust the sleep timer (10, 20, 30, 40, 50 or 60

minutes).

4. Conrm by pushing SET.

5. Press

▼ to activate the sleep timer. “SLEEP” appears in the display

when the function is activated.

6. Press

▲ to activate/deactivate the radio wake-up. A loudspeaker

symbol is displayed when the function is activated.

Care and Maintenance

Use a soft damp cloth to clean the product. Never use strong solvents

or detergents.

Follow local ordinances when disposing of this product. If you are un-

sure how to dispose of the product, please contact your municipality.
