INSTRUCTIONS
How to operate your hairsetter:
1. Place hairsetter on a firm, flat surface. With
the lid closed, plug cord into outlet. This
appliance has a polarized plug (one blade
is wider than the other). As a safety feature,
this plug will fit into a polarized outlet only
one way. If the plug does not fit fully into
the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does
not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not
attempt to defeat this safety feature.
2. Once plugged in, the red light will go on
and the rollers will heat up quickly. Rollers
are ready to use when the ready dot on
one of the rollers turns transparent white.
3. Allow rollers to heat with lid closed, as
this will provide the fastest, most efficient
heat-up. Once the rollers are hot, you can
begin setting your hair. Never leave your
hairsetter on and unattended. Always
unplug the hairsetter when not in use.
Allow the hairsetter to cool down after use,
and store in a safe place.
4. Hair should be clean and dry or slightly damp
– never wet – when setting. (Refer to HOW
TO CURL YOUR HAIR for more instructions.)
USER MAINTENANCE
This product represents the highest standards
of workmanship and engineering research.
Your hairsetter is designed for household use
and is virtually maintenance free. If cleaning
becomes necessary, disconnect the appliance
from the power source. Allow the setter to
cool. Clean the unit with a cloth. Occasionally,
you may want to clean your rollers. Use a
damp cloth and mild detergent or soap. If
any abnormal condition occurs, unplug the
hairsetter, allow it to cool, and return it to an
authorized service representative for repair.
STORAGE
Allow hairsetter to cool. Handle cord carefully
for longer life; avoid jerking or straining at plug
connections. Place hairsetter out of reach of
children in a safe, dry location.
HOW TO CURL YOUR HAIR
1. Place ends of hair
on roller and wind
toward the scalp.
Roll hair up firmly,
and secure roller
with super clip.
2. The firmness of the curl is determined by the
temperature of the roller and the length of
time the roller is left in your hair.
3. For tight, firm curls, leave rollers in the hair
for at least 10 minutes before removing.
For soft, wavy curls, the rollers should be
removed from the hair after a shorter period
of time.
4. Removing rollers: Hold roller in one
hand while removing clip with the other.
Gently remove roller (DO NOT PULL)
and let curl bounce back after roller has
been completely removed. Repeat with
remaining rollers. Let hair cool for one
minute for firmly set curls, then style your
hair into a look that lasts for hours.
IMPORTANT: After using the hairsetter several
times, you will find the best timing for the
texture of your hair and for the result you desire.

DE USO
Cómo usar su set de rulos
calientes:
1. Coloque el aparato sobre una superficie plana
y estable. Cierre la tapa y enchufe el cable
en una toma de corriente. El cable de este
aparato cuenta con un enchufe polarizado
(una pata es más ancha que la otra). Como
medida de seguridad, aquel enchufe se podrá
enchufar de una sola manera en las tomas de
corriente polarizadas. Si el enchufe no entra
en la toma de corriente, inviértalo. Si aun así
no entra completamente, comuníquese con un
electricista. No intente modificar esta función de
seguridad.
2. Después de enchufar el aparato, el indicador
luminoso rojo se encenderá y los rulos se
calentarán rápidamente. Una vez listos, el
indicador térmico en uno de los rulos se pondrá
blanco translúcido.
3. Nota: Mantener la tapa cerrada proporcionará
un calentamiento más rápido y efectivo.
Empiece a marcar el cabello cuando los rulos
lleguen a la temperatura adecuada. Nunca
descuide/deje el aparato sin vigilancia después
de encenderlo. Siempre desenchufe el aparato
cuando no esté en uso. Después del uso, deje
que el aparato se enfríe y guárdelo en un lugar
seguro.
4. El cabello debe estar limpio y seco, o
ligeramente húmedo; nunca use los rulos
en cabello mojado (véase la sección “CÓMO
MARCAR EL CABELLO” para más información).
INSTRUCCIONES DE
MANTENIMIENTO

fabricación e ingeniería. Este aparato p1-ha sido
diseñado para uso doméstico y requiere poco
mantenimiento. Cuando sea necesario limpiarlo,
desenchúfelo y deje que se enfríe. Limpie el
aparato con un paño húmedo. De vez en cuando,
limpie los rulos usando un paño humedecido
con detergente/jabón suave. En caso de mal
funcionamiento, desenchufe el aparato, deje que
se enfríe y devuélvalo a un centro de servicio
autorizado para su reparación.
ALMACENAMIENTO
Deje que el aparato se enfríe. Manipule el cable
con cuidado para prolongar su vida útil; no lo
tironee ni lo retuerza, especialmente al nivel del
enchufe. Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco y
seguro, fuera del alcance de los niños.
CÓMO MARCAR EL CABELLO
1. Separe una sección
de cabello, coloque
las puntas en el centro
del rulo y enrolle
este hacia el cuero
cabelludo. Enrolle
firmemente el cabello
y sujételo con un
“súper clip”.
2. La textura de los rizos dependerá de la
temperatura de los rulos y del tiempo que
permanezcan en el cabello.
3. Para conseguir rizos apretados y firmes, deje
los rulos en el cabello por un mínimo de 10
minutes antes de quitarlos. Para obtener rizos
suaves y ondas, déjelos en el cabello por menos
tiempo.
4. Para quitar los rulos: Sostenga el rulo con
una mano y retire el clip con la otra. Deslice
suavemente el rulo (NO LO JALE), dejando que
el cabello rebote libremente. Repita con el resto
de los rulos. Deje que el cabello se enfríe por un
minuto antes de peinarlo; esto “fijará” los rizos
y logrará un peinado más duradero.
IMPORTANTE: La experiencia le ayudará a
determinar cuánto tiempo dejar los rulos en el
cabello, dependiendo de su textura, para conseguir
los resultados deseados.
– Los rulos “jumbo” son perfectos para crear estilos
sofisticados, con líneas suaves y elegantes, y
para agregar volumen.
– Los “súper clips” sujetan los rulos de forma
segura, sin dejar marcas en el cabello.
