Thank you for having purchased and given your preference

to our product.

The safety precautions and recommendations reported

below are for your own safety and that of others. They

will also provide a means by which to make full use of the

features oered by your appliance.

Please preserve this booklet carefully. It may be useful

in future, either to yourself or to others in the event that

doubts should arise relating to its operation.

This appliance must be used only for the task it

has explicitly been designed for, that is for cooking

foodstus. Any other form of usage is to be considered

as inappropriate and therefore dangerous.

The manufacturer declines all responsibility in the

event of damage caused by improper, incorrect or

illogical use of the appliance.

DECLARATION OF CE CONFORMITY

• This appliance has been designed to be used only for cooking. Any other use (such as

heating a room) is improper and dangerous.

• This appliance has been designed, constructed, and marketed in compliance with:

- Safety requirements of the “Low voltage” Directive 2014/35/EU;

- Safety requirements of the “EMC” Directive 2014/30/EU;

- Requirements of EU Directive 93/68/EEC;

- Requirements of EU Directive 2011/65/EU.

IMPORTANT: This appliance is designed and manufactured

solely for household applications and is not suitable for any

non domestic application and therefore should not be used

in a commercial environment.

The appliance guarantee will be void if the appliance is used

within a non domestic environment i.e. a semi commercial,

commercial or communal environment.

Read the instructions carefully before installing and using

the appliance.

• This appliance has been designed and manufactured in

compliance with the applicable standards for the household

cooking products and it fullls all the safety requirements shown

in this manual, including those for surface temperatures.

Some people with sensitive skin may have a more pronounced

temperature perception with some components although these

parts are within the limits allowed by the norms.

The complete safety of the appliance also depends on the correct

use, we therefore recommend to always pay a extreme attention

while using the product, especially in the presence of children.

• After having unpacked the appliance, check to ensure that it is

not damaged and that the warming drawer closes correctly.

In case of doubt, do not use it and consult your supplier or a

professionally qualied technician.

• Packing elements (i.e. plastic bags, polystyrene foam, nails,

packing straps, etc.) should not be left around within easy reach

of children, as these may cause serious injuries.

• Some appliances are supplied with a protective lm on steel and

aluminium parts. This lm must be removed before using the

appliance.

• IMPORTANT: The use of suitable protective clothing/gloves is

recommended when handling or cleaning this appliance.

• The manufacturer declines all liability for injury to persons or

damage to property caused by incorrect or improper use of the

appliance.

• WARNING: During use the appliance and its accessible parts

become hot; they remain hot for some time after use.

– Care should be taken to avoid touching heating elements inside

the warming drawer.

– To avoid burns and scalds, young children should be kept away.

• Make sure that electrical cables connecting other appliances in

the proximity of the warming drawer cannot become entrapped in

the warming drawer door.

• WARNING: When correctly installed, your product meets all

safety requirements laid down for this type of product category.

However special care should be taken around the rear or the

underneath of the appliance as these areas are not designed or

intended to be touched and may contain sharp or rough edges,

that may cause injury.

• WARNING: Danger of re: do not store items in the warming

drawer.

• FIRST USE OF THE WARMING DRAWER - it is advised to follow

these instructions:

– Furnish the interior of the warming drawer as described in the

chapter “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”.

– Switch on the empty warming drawer on max to eliminate

grease from the heating elements.

– Disconnect the appliance from the electrical power supply,

let the warming drawer cool down and clean the interior of

the warming drawer with a cloth soaked in water and neutral

detergent; then dry carefully.

• CAUTION: Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal

scrapers to clean the warming drawer front panel glass and inner

glass surface since they can scratch the surface, which may

result in shattering of the glass.

• FIRE RISK! Do not store ammable material in the warming

drawer.

USE OF THE APPLIANCE, ENERGY SAVING TIPS

WARMING DRAWER

• Check the warming drawer always closes properly. During use, open the drawer only

when strictly necessary to avoid heat losses.

• Avoid keeping the warming drawer on without something in it.

• Turn o󰀨 the warming drawer 5-10 minutes before the end of the theoretical warming

time to recuperate the stored heat.

• We recommend using oven proof dishes and adjusting the temperature during the use

if necessary.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT IN

ACCORDANCE WITH EC DIRECTIVE 2012/19/EC.

At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of as

urban waste. It must be taken to a special local authority di󰀨erentiated

waste collection centre or to a dealer providing this service.

Disposing of a household appliance separately avoids possible negative

consequences for the environment and health deriving from inappropriate

disposal and enables the constituent materials to be recovered to obtain

signicant savings in energy and resources. As a reminder of the need

to dispose of household appliances separately, the product is marked

with a crossed-out wheeled dustbin.

Advice for

the installer

IMPORTANT:

• The appliance is designed and approved for domestic use only and should not be

installed in a commercial, semi commercial or communal environment.

Your product will not be guaranteed if installed in any of the above environments

and could a󰀨ect any third party or public liability insurances you may have.

• This appliance is to be installed only by an authorised person according to the current

local regulations and in observation of the manufacturer’s instructions.

Failure to comply with this condition will render the guarantee invalid.

• Incorrect installation, for which the manufacturer accepts no responsibility, may cause

personal injury of damage.

• This appliance shall only be serviced by authorized personnel.

• Always disconnect the appliance from mains power supply before carrying out any

maintenance operations or repairs.

• Some appliances are supplied with a protective lm on steel and aluminium parts.

This lm must be removed before using the cooker.

• Important: The use of suitable protective clothing/gloves is recommended when

handling or installing this appliance.

• The appliance must be housed in heat resistant units.

• The walls of the units must be capable of resisting temperatures of 70 °C above

room temperature.

• We would point out that the adhesive which bonds the plastic laminate to the

furniture must withstand temperatures not less than 150 °C to avoid delamination.

• Do not install the appliance near inammable materials (e.g. curtains).

IMPORTANT

• The drawer can be tted in standard units, width and depth 60 cm.

• Installation requires a compartment as illustrated in gures 1.1 or 1.2.

On the lower side, the drawer must lay on supports standing the drawer weight.

Installation in combination with another appliance: The housing unit must have

a xed internal shelf able to support the weight of both the drawer and the second

appliance, which can be placed directly on the drawer, without any need for a

separating shelf (g. 1.2).

• The two appliances should be connected to the electrical supply with independent

connections.

• Remember the housing should not be free standing but be secured to the wall and/or

adjacent ttings.

• Do not seal the drawer into the cabinetry with silicone or glue; this makes future

servicing di󰀩cult. The manufacturer will not cover the costs of removing the

drawer, or of damage caused by this removal.

• The walls surrounding the appliance must be made of heat-resistant material.

FASTENING THE WARMING DRAWER

Before you install the drawer, make sure that the work surface is square and level, and no

structural members interfere with space requirements previously indicated.

To fasten the warming drawer, proceed as follows:

• place the warming drawer on the shelf and slide it towards the interior of the unit.

• Check that the drawer is centred and lined up with the front of the unit, and that its

frame is levelled and sitting evenly on the shelf.

• Open the drawer and fasten it to the sides of the unit by screwing the two screws (not

supplied) “A“ (g. 1.3).

After the warming drawer is installed, the bottom of the appliance must no longer be

accessible.

ELECTRICAL SECTION

GENERAL

• The connection to the electrical

network must be carried out by

qualied personnel and must be

according to existing norms.

• The appliance must be connected to

the electrical network verifying above

all that the voltage corresponds to the

value indicated on the specications

plate and that the cables section of

the electrical plant can bear the load

which is also indicated on the plate.

• If the appliance is supplied without a

power supply plug and if you are not

connecting directly to the mains, a

standardized plug suitable for the load

must be tted.

• The colours of the wires in the

appliance power cable may not

correspond with the colours marked

on the terminals of your electrical plug.

The plug should always be wired as

follows:

– connect the green/yellow wire to the

terminal marked with the letter “E”

or the earth symbol or coloured

green/yellow;

– connect the blue wire to the

terminal marked with the letter “N”

or coloured black;

– connect the brown wire to the

terminal marked with the letter “L”

or coloured red.

• The bi-polar plug must be connected to

an outlet connected to the grounding

unit in conformity to security norms.

• If the appliance is to be connected

directly to the mains, it must be placed

with an omnipolar switch with minimum

opening between the contacts of 3 mm

between the appliance and the mains.

• The power supply cable must not touch

the hot parts and must be positioned

so that it does not exceed 50 °C at any

point.

• Once the appliance has been installed,

the switch or socket must always be

accessible.

• If the power supply cable is damaged it

must be substituted by a suitable cable

available in the after sales service.

N.B. For connection to the mains, do

not use adapters, reducers or branching

devices as they can cause overheating

and burning.

If the installation requires alterations to the

domestic electrical system call an expert.

He should also check that the domestic

electrical system is suitable for the power

absorbed by the appliance.

The connection of the appliance to the

grounding unit is mandatory.

The manufacturer declines every

responsibility for any inconvenience

resulting from the inobservance of this

condition.

Before carrying out any work on the

electrical section of the appliance, it

must be disconnected from the mains.

IMPORTANT: The appliance must be

installed by a qualied technician

according with the current local

regulations and in compliance with the

manufacturer instructions.

Incorrect

installation may cause harm and

damage to people, animals or property,

for which the manufacturer accepts no

responsibility.

User guide

HOW TO USE THE WARMING DRAWER

GENERAL FEATURES

The warming drawer is equipped with an

electrical heating element and a fan.

The

heat produced by the heating element and

distributed throughout the drawer by the

fan warms the crockery quickly and evenly.

Models with non-slip mat: The non-slip

mat on the base of the drawer prevents

the sliding of crockery when the drawer is

opened and closed.

NOTE:

When using the drawer for the rst time, in

order to eliminate any traces of substances

or odours left over from the production

process, switch the drawer on and run it

empty, keeping the installation environment

su󰀩ciently ventilated, for at least 1 hour

with the control knob on .

When the drawer has cooled down

completely, unplug it from the mains power

socket and clean inside it as described in

“CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”.

ATTENTION: During use the

appliance becomes hot. Care should

be taken to avoid touching heating

elements inside the drawer.

Do not store food or beverages

inside the drawer, as their moisture

could damage the appliance.

NOTE: The knobs and symbols may

vary. The symbols may be printed on

the knob itself or on the control panel.

CONTROL KNOB

Rotate the knob between the minimum and

the maximum position until the required

temperature is reached. This only sets the

cooking temperature but does not switch

the drawer on.

Caution: Never force the thermostat

control knob between the maximum

and the minimum position. This might

damage the appliance.

The heating element turns o󰀨 when the

selected temperature is reached and turns

back on when it decreases.

HEATING TIME

Heating time depends on the material and thickness of the crockery, load quantity, how the

crockery is arranged in the drawer, and the temperature setting.

The following table indicates the average heating times with the knob set on the

corresponding function:

After a short period of use, experience will teach you how much time is required for your

needs.

LOAD CAPACITY

The load capacity depends on the size of the items.

The following items t in the warming drawer simultaneously:

• one 6-people set (6 x 24cm Ø Dinner Plates; 6 x 10cm Ø Soup Bowls; 1 x 19cm Ø

Serving Dish; 1 x 17cm Ø Serving Dish; 1 x 32cm Ø Meat Plates);

• 20 dishes with 28 cm Ø:

• 80 espresso co󰀨ee cups;

• 40 tea cups.

INSIDE OF WARMING DRAWER

• Remove spillages and other types of incrustations.

• Dust or food particles can be removed with a damp cloth.

• If you use a detergent, please make sure that it is not abrasive or scouring. Abrasive or

scouring powders can damage the glass surface inside the drawer.

• All traces of the cleaner must be removed with a damp cloth.

• Dust, fat and liquids from food must be removed as soon as possible. If they are

allowed to harden they become increasingly di󰀩cult to remove. This is especially true

in the case of sugar/syrup mixtures which could permanently pit the glass surface if left

to burn on it.

If any of these products has melted on the glass surface inside the drawer, you should

remove it immediately (when the surface is still hot) by using a proper scraper to avoid

any permanent damage to the glass.

• Do not put articles which can melt on the glass surface inside the drawer: i.e. plastic,

aluminium foil, sugar, sugar syrup mixtures etc.

• Avoid using a knife or other sharp utensil as these may damage the glass surface.

• Do not use steel wool or an abrasive sponge which could scratch the surface

permanently.

Note (some models only): The glass surface of the drawer can be removed to facilitate

cleaning.

Do not scratch the glass surface with

cutting or sharp objects.

Do not use the glass surface as a work

surface.

• Utilisez toujours des gants de cuisine pour retirer la vaisselle et

• Nettoyer la chau󰀨e vaisselle régulièrement ; ne pas permettre

l’accumulation de graisses ou d’huiles sur la sole de la chau󰀨e

vaisselle ou dans les accessoires. Sécher tout liquide renversé.

• Ne montez pas sur le tiroir chau󰀨e vaisselle ouverte.

• Veillez à ne pas heurter le tiroir chau󰀨e vaisselle lorsqu’il est en

position ouverte.

• Ouvrez la chau󰀨e vaisselle avec prudence. Laissez l’air chaud

ou la vapeur s’échapper avant de retirer ou de remettre en place

la vaisselle ou les aliments. Vous risqueriez de vous brûler ou de

vous ébouillanter.

• MANIPULATION PRUDENTE DES ALIMENTS : Laissez les

aliments dans la chau󰀨e vaisselle le moins longtemps possible

avant et après la cuisson. Ceci an d’éviter leur contamination

par des organismes susceptibles d’entraîner des risques

d’empoisonnement alimentaire. Prenez des précautions

particulières par temps chaud.

• L’appareil ne doit pas être installé derrière une porte décorative,

an d’éviter une surchau󰀨e.

• TRÈS IMPORTANT : La chau󰀨e vaisselle n’a pas été conçue

pour placer les aliments directement sur sa surface. Lors de

la cuisson, placez toujours les aliments dans des récipients

appropriés ou utilisez des matériaux spéciques propres au

contact alimentaire.

• Si le câble d’alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé

par le fabricant, son service après vente ou des personnes de

qualication similaire an d’éviter un danger.

• Si l’appareil n’est pas équipé d’un cordon d’alimentation et

d’une che, ou d’autres moyens de déconnexion du réseau

CONSEILS POUR DES ÉCONOMIES D’ÉNERGIE PENDANT L’UTILISATION

DE L’APPAREIL

• Vérier toujours la fermeture parfaite de la chau󰀨e vaisselle et vérier aussi si le joint

de la porte est propre et bien en ordre. Pendant la cuisson, ouvrir la chau󰀨e vaisselle

seulement si strictement nécessaire pour éviter la perte de chaleur.

• Eviter à tout prix le fonctionnement à vide (sans récipients).

• Interrompre le chau󰀨age 5-10 minutes avant la n du temps de chau󰀨age, de manière

à récupérer la chaleur emmagasinée dans la chau󰀨e vaisselle.

• Il est recommandé d’utiliser des plats appropriés pour la cuisson au four et de modier

la température pendant la cuisson si cela est nécessaire.

Ce lm doit être retiré avant l’utilisation de l’appareil.

INSTALLATION

IMPORTANT

• La chau󰀨e vaisselle peut être montée dans des mobiliers normalisés avec une largeur

et une profondeur de 60 cm.

• L’installation nécessite un compartiment spécial, comme illustré aux gures 1.1 ou 1.2.

Sur la face inférieure, le tiroir doit reposer sur des supports pouvant supporter le poids

du tiroir.

Installation associée à un autre appareil : l’unité de logement doit comporter une

tablette intérieure xe capable de supporter le poids du tiroir et du deuxième appareil,

qui peut être placé directement sur le tiroir, sans qu’il soit nécessaire de prévoir une

tablette de séparation (g. 1.2).

• Les deux appareils doivent être raccordés à l’alimentation électrique par des

connexions indépendantes.

• Le mobilier d’installation ne doit pas être laissé indépendant mais il doit être xé au

mur ou aux meubles adjacents.

• Ne pas xer la chau󰀨e vaisselle de manière étanche dans l’armoire avec de

la silicone ou de la colle ; cela rend l’entretien futur plus di󰀩cile. Le fabricant

ne couvre pas les coûts du retrait du four ni les dommages possibles qui se

produiraient lors de ce retrait.

• Les revêtements des parois du meuble ou des appareils adjacents à la chau󰀨e

vaisselle doivent résister à la chaleur.

FIXATION DE LA CHAUFFE VAISSELLE

Avant d’installer le tiroir, s’assurer que la surface de travail est d’équerre et à niveau

et qu’aucun élément structurel n’interfère avec les exigences d’espace indiquées

précédemment.

Pour xer la chau󰀨e vaisselle, il faut procéder de la façon suivante :

• placer le tiroir chau󰀨e vaisselle sur l’étagère et le faire glisser vers l’intérieur de

l’appareil.

• Vérier que le tiroir est centré et aligné avec la façade de l’appareil et que son cadre

est de niveau et repose uniformément sur l’étagère.

• Ouvrir le tiroir et le xer sur les côtés de l’appareil en vissant les deux vis (non fournies)

“A“ (g. 1.3).

Une fois la chau󰀨e vaisselle installée, le bas de l’appareil ne doit plus être accessible.

PARTIE ELECTRIQUE

La mise à terre de l’appareil est

obligatoire.

Le fabricant décline toute

responsabilité en cas de dommages

dérivant de la non-observation de

cette condition.

Avant d’e󰀨ectuer une opération

quelconque concernant la partie

électrique de l’appareil il faut

absolument le déconnecter du réseau.

conformément aux normes locales en

vigueur et suivant les instructions du

constructeur. Une installation erronée

peut causer des dommages aux

personnes, animaux ou choses.

GENERAL

• Le branchement au réseau électrique

doit être exécuté par du personnel

qualié et selon les normes en vigueur.

• L’appareil doit être branché au réseau

électrique en vériant d’abord que

la tension correspond à la valeur

indiquée sur la plaque signalétique

et que la section des câbles puisse

supporter la charge indiquée sur la

plaque.

• Si l’appareil est fourni sans che

d’alimentation et si l’on n’e󰀨ectue pas

un branchement direct au secteur, il

faudra monter une che normalisée

adaptée à la charge.

• Les couleurs des ls du câble

d’alimentation de cet appareil peuvent

ne pas correspondre aux marques

colorées qui permettent de repérer les

bornes de votre prise, si cela est le

cas, procéder comme suit :

— le l jaune/vert doit être relié à la

borne de la prise marquée par la

lettre PE ou le symbole de terre

et doit être mis de façon à ne dépasser

en aucun point la température de

50 degrés C.

• La prise et l’interrupteur doivent être

accessibles quand l’appareil est

installé.

• Si le câble d’alimentation est

endommagé il doit être remplacé par

un câble approprié disponible dans les

services après-vente.

N.B. Ne pas utiliser d’adaptateurs, de

réducteurs ou de dérivateurs lors du

branchement au réseau, car ils peuvent

provoquer des surchau󰀨ements ou des

brûlures.

Si l’installation électrique doit être modiée

pour le branchement, faire appel à une

Ce dernier doit surtout s’assurer que

la section des câbles de l’installation

COMMENT UTILISER LA CHAUFFE VAISSELLE

CARACTERISTIQUES GENERALES

La chau󰀨e vaisselle est équipée d’un

élément chau󰀨ant électrique et d’un

ventilateur. La chaleur produite par l’élément

chau󰀨ant et distribuée dans le tiroir par le

ventilateur réchau󰀨e la vaisselle rapidement

et uniformément.

Modèles à tapis antidérapant : le tapis

antidérapant à la base du tiroir empêche

le glissement de la vaisselle lors de

l’ouverture et de la fermeture du tiroir.

REMARQUE : lorsque la chau󰀨e vaisselle

est utilisée pour la première fois, veiller à la

mettre sous tension et à la faire fonctionner

à vide (sans les accessoires, qui doivent

être lavés séparément) pour supprimer

tout résidu ou toute odeur de fabrication,

en veillant à ce que le lieu d’installation soit

su󰀩samment aéré, pendant 60 minutes en

position .

Lorsque la chau󰀨e vaisselle a complètement

refroidi, la débrancher de la prise secteur

et la nettoyer à l’intérieur comme décrit à

la section “NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN”.

ATTENTION : Pendant l’utilisation

l’appareil devient chaud. Faire de

l’attention à ne pas toucher les

éléments chauds à l’intérieur de la

chau󰀨e vaisselle.

Ne pas conserver d’aliments ou de

boissons à l’intérieur du tiroir, car

leur humidité pourrait endommager

l’appareil.

MANETTE DE COMMANDE

Tourner le bouton entre les positions

minimum et maximum jusqu’à ce que la

température souhaitée soit atteinte. Cette

fonction permet uniquement de régler la

température de cuisson, mais ne met pas

le tiroir en marche.

Attention : ne jamais forcer le bouton de

réglage du thermostat entre la position

maximale et la position minimale. Cela

pourrait endommager l’appareil.

L’élément chau󰀨ant s’éteint lorsque la

température sélectionnée est atteinte et se

rallume lorsqu’elle diminue.

UTILISATION DE LA CHAUFFE

VAISSELLE

Pour utiliser la chau󰀨e vaisselle, il faut

procéder de la façon suivante :

• placer la vaisselle ou les aliments dans

le tiroir.

• Sélectionner la température en tournant

le bouton de commande du thermostat

sur la position souhaitée.

• Allumer la chau󰀨e vaisselle en appuyant

sur le poussoir d’allumage (g. 2.1).

• Fermer doucement le tiroir.

Lorsque le tiroir est fermé, il est

possible de vérier le fonctionnement

de l’appareil en regardant le témoin

lumineux situé sur la façade.

• Une fois la vaisselle ou les aliments

réchau󰀨és, éteindre le tiroir en

appuyant sur le bouton-poussoir, puis

sortir la vaisselle.

DECONGELATION DES

ALIMENTS SURGELES

Cette fonction permet de décongeler en

douceur les aliments congelés.

Fonctionnement du ventilateur seulement.

Le temp varie en fonction de la quantité et

du genre d’aliment à décongeler.

LEVAGE OU FERMENTATION

DE YAOURT

LEVAGE

La fonction de levage réduit le temps

nécessaire à la levée de la pâte.

Placer la pâte dans un récipient résistant

au four, le couvrir avec un chi󰀨on doux et

le placer dans le tiroir. Régler la manette de

commande sur .

Le temps de levage peut varier en fonction du

type de pâte et de la température ambiante.

FERMENTATION DE YAOURT

• Chau󰀨er 1 litre de lait frais entier à

80 °C, puis le laisser refroidir à 40 °C.

• Ajouter 2 cuillères de yaourt naturel

avec bactéries lactiques.

• Pour conserver le yaourt, utiliser des pots

avec des couvercles à vis. Si possible,

les stériliser avant de les utiliser.

• Remplir les bocaux avec le mélange,

les fermer et les placer au centre du

tiroir chau󰀨e vaisselle. Laisser un peu

d’espace entre les bocaux, an de

permettre à l’air de circuler autour d’eux.

• Régler la manette de commande sur

et allumer l’appareil.

• Lorsque le yaourt est prêt, le conserver

au réfrigérateur.

FONTE

Cette fonction est idéale pour les tâches de

cuisson les plus délicates (comme fondre

du chocolat) car l’

élément chau󰀨ant

fournit

une chaleur douce continue très faible. Elle

est également idéale pour maintenir les

aliments cuits au chaud et pour réchau󰀨er

en douceur les aliments délicats.

CHAUFFAGE D’ASSIETTES

Cette fonction permet un préchau󰀨age

optimal des assiettes et des plats de service.

Pour les temps de chau󰀨age, voir la section

« TEMPS DE CHAUFFAGE ».

CUISSON LENTE

Cette fonction est idéale pour les viandes

qui doivent être cuites à point, car elles

restent juteuses et tendres et peuvent être

maintenues au chaud.

Pour faire cuire de la viande lentement

dans le tiroir chau󰀨e vaisselle, procéder

comme suit :

• Préchau󰀨er la plaque en suivant les

instructions de “UTILISATION DE

LA CHAUFFE VAISSELLE“. Utilisez

uniquement une plaque en verre, en

porcelaine ou en céramique adapté.

• Faire revenir la viande avec de l’huile

ou du beurre.

• Placer la viande dans la plaque préchau󰀨ée et la couvrir d’un couvercle résistant à la

chaleur ou d’un lm alimentaire.

• Placer la plaque dans le tiroir et r

égler la manette de commande sur

Ne pas placer de casseroles ou de poêles chaudes dans le tiroir chau󰀨ant, car cela

pourrait endommager la surface en verre.

TEMPS DE CHAUFFAGE

Le temps de chau󰀨e dépend du matériau et de l’épaisseur de la vaisselle, de la quantité

de vaisselle, de la disposition de la vaisselle dans le tiroir et du réglage de la température.

Le tableau suivant indique les durées moyennes de chau󰀨age avec le bouton réglé sur la

fonction correspondante :

CONSEILS GENERAUX

• Important : Avant toute opération

d’entretien ou de maintenance,

Laver le tapis à la main à l’eau chaude et

au détergent.

Essuyer toujours avec soin. Ne pas

remettre le tapis dans le tiroir avant qu’il ne

soit complètement sec.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

Important : Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommages

provoqués par l’utilisation de produits inappropriés pour le nettoyage de l’appareil.

N’utilisez pas une machine à jet de vapeur parce que de l’humidité peut pénétrer

dans l’appareil et le rendre dangereux.

N’utilisez jamais de produits de nettoyage agressifs ou abrasifs ou de grattoirs en

métal tranchant pour nettoyer la vitre du panneau frontal de la chau󰀨e vaisselle :

ceci risquerait en e󰀨et de rayer la surface, ce qui pourrait faire éclater le verre.

INTERIEUR DE LA CHAUFFE VAISSELLE

• Enlever les éventuelles incrustations de nourriture ou dépôts d’autres substances

avec un grattoir approprié.

• Enlever la poussière avec un chi󰀨on humide.

• On peut utiliser également des détergents non abrasifs ou corrosifs. Des poudres

abrasives ou corrosives peuvent endommager la surface de verre dans le tiroir.

• En tous cas, éliminer toute trace de détergent avec un chi󰀨on humide.

• Il faut enlever le plus vite possible la poussière, le gras et les liquides provenant

d’aliments qui ont débordé à l’ébullition. Si on les laisse durcir il devient de plus en

plus di󰀩cile de les éliminer.

Ceci vaut surtout dans le cas de mélanges de sucre/sirop

pouvant marquer de façon permanente la surface en verre si on les laisse brûler.

Au cas où quelque objet ou matière a fondu sur la plaque, il est nécessaire de I’enlever

immédiatement (tandis que la surface est encore chaude) avec un grattoir approprié,

an d’éviter la détérioration de la surface en verre.

• On recommande d’éloigner de la plaque tout objet susceptible de fondre à la chaleur :

objets en plastique, feuille d’aluminium, sucre ou produits très sucrés.

• Eviter également I’utilisation de pailles ou éponges abrasives qui peuvent occasionner

de rayures irréparables.

• Installation requires a compartment as illustrated in gures 1.1 or 1.2.

On the lower side, the drawer must lay on supports standing the drawer weight.

Installation in combination with another appliance: The housing unit must have

a xed internal shelf able to support the weight of both the drawer and the second

appliance, which can be placed directly on the drawer, without any need for a

separating shelf (g. 1.2).

• The two appliances should be connected to the electrical supply with independent

connections.

• Remember the housing should not be free standing but be secured to the wall and/or

adjacent ttings.

• Do not seal the drawer into the cabinetry with silicone or glue; this makes future

servicing di󰀩cult. The manufacturer will not cover the costs of removing the

drawer, or of damage caused by this removal.

• The walls surrounding the appliance must be made of heat-resistant material.

FASTENING THE WARMING DRAWER

Before you install the drawer, make sure that the work surface is square and level, and no

structural members interfere with space requirements previously indicated.

To fasten the warming drawer, proceed as follows:

• place the warming drawer on the shelf and slide it towards the interior of the unit.

• Check that the drawer is centred and lined up with the front of the unit, and that its

frame is levelled and sitting evenly on the shelf.

• Open the drawer and fasten it to the sides of the unit by screwing the two screws (not

supplied) “A“ (g. 1.3).

After the warming drawer is installed, the bottom of the appliance must no longer be

accessible.

USE OF THE WARMING DRAWER

To use the warming drawer, proceed as follows:

• put the crockery or food in the drawer.

• Select the temperature by rotating the

• Close the drawer gently.

When the drawer is closed, it is

possible to check whether the

appliance is functioning by looking at

lids. If possible, sterilize them before use.

• Fill the jars with the mixture, close

them and place them in the centre

of the warming drawer. Leave some

space between jars, in order to let air

circulate around them.

• Set the knob to and switch on the

drawer.

• When the yogurt is ready, store it in the

fridge.

SCHMELZEN

To slow cook meat in the warming drawer,

proceed as follows:

• Preheat the tray following the

instructions in “USE OF THE WARMING

DRAWER“. Only use a suitable glass,

porcelain or ceramic tray.

• Brown the meat with oil or butter.

• Place the meat in the pre-heated tray and

cover it with a heat resistant lid or cling lm.

• Place the tray in the drawer and set

the thermostat on .

• Clean the warming drawer regularly and do not allow fat or oils to

build up in the warming drawer base or tray. Verwijder gemorste

resten meteen.

• Do not stand on the open warming drawer.

• Be careful not to hit the warming drawer when it is in the open

position.

• Always stand back from the appliance when opening the warming

drawer door to allow steam and hot air to escape before removing

the crockery or food.

• VEILIG OMGAAN MET VOEDSEL: Leave food in the drawer

for as short a time as possible before and after cooking. Op

die manier vermijdt u verontreiniging door organismen, die

voedselvergiftiging kunnen veroorzaken. Let hier vooral voor op

bij warm weer.

• Het apparaat mag niet achter een front worden geïnstalleerd om

oververhitting te voorkomen.

• BELANGRIJKE OPMERKING: The warming drawer has not

been designed to place the food directly on its surface. Plaats

het voedsel tijdens het koken altijd in speciale ovenschalen of

gebruik specieke materialen die geschikt zijn voor contact met

voedsel.

• Indien het aansluitsnoer beschadigd is, mag dit uitsluitend

worden vervangen door een geautoriseerde monteur om risico’s

te voorkomen.

• Als het apparaat niet is uitgerust met een aansluitsnoer en een

stekker, of op andere wijze kan worden uitgeschakeld via een

contactschakelaar met een contactafstand in alle aansluitingen

die garant staat voor een volledige onderbreking volgens de

voorwaarden van overspanningscategorie III, moet in de vaste

bedrading een mogelijkheid worden voorzien om het apparaat

uit te schakelen overeenkomstig de regels die gelden voor

elektrische bedrading.

• Waarschuwing: Het apparaat en de toegankelijke onderdelen

ervan worden heet tijdens gebruik. U dient erop te letten contact

met de verwarmingselementen te vermijden. Houd kinderen

jonger dan 8 jaar uit de buurt of onder permanent toezicht.
