sure you received the following items in the shipped box:

Product Usage 3.
1. Turn on/off the speaker:
Long press and hold the power key for 2 seconds to turn off the speaker. on or
2. Check battery status:
In the power-on state, press the power key to view the current battery level. When the light bar
displays 5 squares, the battery full. When the battery status low, the red indicator light is is of the
power key flashes and the low electric quantity prompt tone will broadcast.
3. Volume adjustment:
Press volume "+" and volume "-" keys to increase decrease the volume accordingly. or
4. Connection mode:
Connect the computer/conference platform (Windows Mac) via USB cable. or
5. Answer/Hang the call: up
• When there is an incoming call, press the key to answer the call.
• When it is calling state, press the key to hang up the call. in
• When there is an incoming call, long press and hold the key for 3 seconds to reject the call.

Configuring Settings for Zoom 4.
To configure Zoom settings:
1. Navigate to the Zoom menu Settings on your device.
2. Click Audio.
3. From the 'Speaker' drop-down list, select AudioCodes Speaker RX15.
4. Adjust the speaker volume, and then close Settings.
