Der maßstabsgetreue Nachbau der Corsair ist in geschäumter Bauweise aus HypoDur

® gefertigt. Koffer-

raumfreundliche Abmessungen, überragende Flugeigenschaften und eine bisher unerreichte Detailtreue

sind die unverwechselbaren Merkmale unserer F4U. Das Modell wird mit Fahrwerk und Bombenattrappen

geliefert. Für den Flugbetrieb wird ausdrücklich empfohlen, die Bombenattrappen zu demontieren. Das

Modell kann wahlweise mit oder ohne Fahrwerk geogen werden. Bei Einsatz ohne Fahrwerk empfehlen

wir die Montage einer 2-Blatt-Luftschraube. Die Steuerung des Modells erfolgt über Höhen-, Seiten- und

Querruder sowie die Motorsteuerung. Alle Ruder sind als spaltfreie Elastoaps ausgelegt, um eine maximale

Ruderwirkung zu erzielen.

The scale replica of our F4U is the original in every way. The model is made of the lightweight and strong

material HypoDur®. The Trunk-friendly dimensions, superior handling qualities and unmatched attention to

detail are the distinctive characteristics of our F4U. The model comes with landing gear and bomb replicas.

For ying we strongly recommend to remove the bombs from the model. The model can be own with or

without wheels. When used without wheels, we recommend the installation of a 2-blade propeller. The model

gets controlled by elevator, rudder, ailerons and motor. All control aps are designed as gap-free elastoaps

in order to achieve maximum aerodynamic effeiciency.

La riproduzione in scala del Corsair è prodotta in materiale espanso HypoDur

®. Misure adatte a qualsiasi

vano portabagagli, eccezionali caratteristiche di volo e dettagli mai raggiunti prima sono le caratteristiche

inconfondibili del nostro F4U. Il modello viene fornito completo di carrello di atterraggio e nte bombe rimo-

vibili. Le due bombe si tengono grazie a delle calamite. Il modello può volare a scelta con o senza carrello di

atterraggio. In caso di utilizzo senza carrello di atterraggio consigliamo il montaggio di un’elica a due pale.

Il modello è controllato da equilibratori, timone e alettoni e la gestione del motore. Tutti i componenti sono

strutturati come Elastoaps senza fessure per ottenere il massimo effetto del timone.

Nehmen Sie die Fahrwerke zur Hand und kleben Sie auf

beiden Seiten die Kunststoffhalterungen mit reichlich Se-

kundenkleber in der Tragäche ein. / Take the main gears

and glue the plastic plate into the main wing on both sides

with plenty of super glue. / Prendere i carrelli e incollare

i supporti in plastica nell'ala principale da entrambi i lati

usando una generosa quantità di colla cianoacrilica.

Setzen Sie die Tragäche von unten auf den Rumpf und

sichern Sie sie mit den beiden 2,5x20 mm Treibschrau-

ben. / Put the main wing on the fuselage and secure the

wing with 2 pcs. 2,5x20 mm selftapping screws. / Collo-

care l'ala da sotto sulla fusoliera e ssarla con le due viti

autolettanti da 2,5 x 20 mm.

2. Die Montage des Modells / The Assembly /

L'assemblaggio

Nehmen Sie die Tragäche zur Hand und montieren Sie

auf beiden Seiten die Ruderhörner für die Querruder mit

jeweils zwei 2,0 mm Treibschrauben. Schrauben gut fest-

ziehen und die überstehenden Schraubenenden auf der

Tragächenoberseite abschneiden. / Take the main wing

and install the aileron horns on both sides by using the 2

pcs. 2,0 mm selftapping screws. Tighten the screws se-

curley and cut off the excess. / Prendere le ali e montare

le squadrette con le due viti autolettanti 2,0 mm. Serrare

bene le viti e ritagliare la parte in eccesso.

Nehmen Sie die Querrudergestänge zur Hand und ju-

stieren Sie sie auf die korrekte Länge. Abschließend

die Gestänge mit der Z-Biegung im Servo und mit dem

Gabelkopf im Ruderhon einhängen. Abschließend das

Ruderhorn mit dem Gummiring sichern. / Take the aileron

linkages and adjust the corect length. Put the Z-bend into

the servos and install the clevis in the aileron horn. Finally

secure the clevis with the O-ring. / Regolare le aste di co-

mando degli alettoni alla giusta lunghezza, Inne aggan-

ciare la parte piegata a Z nel servo e la parte con l'uniball

nella squadretta dell'alettone.

henruder zur Hand und montieren Sie die Gestänge wie

dargestellt. / Take the linkages for elevator and rudder and

install them as shown. / Prendere le aste di comando del

direzionale e del p. di quota e montarle come mostrato.

Nehmen Sie die Anlenkgestände für das Seiten- und Hö-

henruder zur Hand und montieren Sie die Gestänge wie

dargestellt in den Servoaufnahmen. / Take the linkages

for elevator and rudder and install them in the servo posts

as shown. / Prendere le aste di comando del direzionale e

del piano di quota e montarle come mostrato nelle sedi dei

servi, come mostrato in foto.

Montieren Sie die Luftschraube am Modell. Dazu werden

der Propeller, die Scheibe und die Mutter aufgesetzt, wie

dargestellt. Die Luftschraubenmutter gut festziehen!

Abschließend die Spinnerkappe aufdrehen. / Next is the

instalation of the propeller. Put the propeller, the washer

and the nut on the propeller adapter. Tighten the propeller

nut Finally install the spinner cap as shown. securely!

/ Montare l'elica. Anzitutto inlare il piattello dell'ogiva

sull'alberomotore. Poi inlare elica e dado. Serrare BENE

il dado dell'elica. Inne avvitare l'ogiva.

Abschließend muss der Schwerpunkt am Modell über-

prüft werden. Dazu werden alle Komponenten (auch der

Akku!) im Modell montiert. Der Schwerpunkt liegt 55 mm

hinter der Nasenleiste der Tragäche. Unterstützen Sie

das Modell mit zwei Fingern exakt an diesen Punkten und

beobachten Sie, wie das Modell auspendelt. Die Nase

des Modells muss sich spürbar nach unten neigen. Dann

ist der Schwerpunkt optimal justiert. / Before the rst ight

you have to check the center of gravity. For doing so you

have to mount all components (also the battery!) in to the

model. The CG is placed behind the nose cone of 55 mm

the main wing. Support the model exactly at the marked

spots on the bottom side of the wing. Put the model on

two ngers and watch the fuselage. The nose must point

clearly to the ground. Then the CG is placed correctly!

/ Vericare il centro di gravità. Dovrete usare il modello

completo della batteria! Il CG è a dietro il bordo 55 mm

d'entrata dell'ala. Tenere il modello tra due dita come

mostrato e guardate la fusoliera. Il muso dovrebbe pun-

tare leggermento verso il basso.

Wichtiger Hinweis / Special Note / IMPORTANTE!!

Bei Modellen dieser Größe ist es besonders wichtig,

alle Maßangaben einzuhalten. Während bei EXAKT(!)

größeren Modellen Abweichungen von 1-2 mm durch-

aus akzeptabel sind, kann die gleiche Abweichung bei

kleinen Modellen extrem negative Auswirkungen auf die

Flugeigenschaften haben. Messen Sie daher die Ruder-

ausschläge und den Schwerpunkt SORGFÄLTIG(!) ein. /

When building models of this smaller size, it is especially

important, that all dimensions are EXACTLY(!) adjusted.

While tolerances of 1-2 mm are sometimes acceptable for

larger models, the same tolerance value will cause extre-

mely negative impact on ight characteristics at smaller

models. So you have to measure CAREFULLY(!) the

travels and the CG. / Nei modelli di dimensioni ridotte è

particolarmente importante di attenersi ESATTAMENTE

(!) a tutte le misure indicate. Mentre nei modelli più grandi,

tolleranze di 1-2 millimetri possono essere accettabili, le

stesse tolleranze nei modelli piccoli potrebbero avere degli

effetti estremamente negativi sul comportamento in volo.

Misurate e regolate sia le escursioni dei piani mobili sia il

baricentro con massima PRECISIONE!!
