Please read this manual carefully before
use. Important notications:
It is important that the battery is fully
charged to reach the maximum amount
of lighting hours. Charging time: 6 hours
of full sunlight. Operating time when
fully charged: 8 hours.
This light is solar/sun powered. It is
charged by sunlight and not by daylight.
Daylight can charge the battery slightly,
but the light will only burn for a short
time.
The solar light automatically switches
on in the dark when the switch is set to
‘ON’. Check if the light is on, by covering
the solar panel with your hand.

Do not leave the lantern outside in the
rain for a long time. The metal is coated,
however it could become slightly rusty if
it remains wet for a long time.
IS YOUR LIGHT FLICKERING?
When dusk sets in, the solar panel can
be confused about if it is day or night.
The ickering will stop as soon as it
becomes fully dark.
Caused by low battery power. Please
allow the light to charge.
The solar panel also picks up articial
light. Place it further away from other
light sources.

IS YOUR SOLAR LIGHT NOT WORKING,
OR NOT WORKING THE WAY YOU
EXPECT IT TO?
Check if it is switched ON.
Allow the battery to recharge by solar
energy completely before use. Turn the
solar panel OFF, in case you want the
battery to charge for multiple days.
Check the battery inside the
lid: Occasionally the battery gets
disconnected.
Replace the rechargeable battery for
a normal one, to check if this causes the
issue. If the light works with a normal
battery, the rechargeable battery or the
solar panel causes problems.

Over time, the solar panel can get dirty.
Make sure it is clean, so it can absorb the
maximum amount of sunlight.
Don’t be disappointed immediately if
the solar light does not burn all night
long. It does not provide 6-8 hours of
light after being in the sun for a limited
time only. All depends on the amount
and intensity of sunlight. It works best
when placed in direct sunlight.
You do not have to worry about the
solar light burning shorter in fall and
winter. This is a logical consequence of
the changes in sunlight and sun power.
It is not defective, just unable to fully
charge. Please feel free to contact us in
case you have any issues, questions or

Belangrijk
Het is belangrijk dat de batterij
volledig is opgeladen, om de maximale
hoeveelheid branduren te bereiken.
Oplaadtijd: 6 uur vol zonlicht. Branduren
indien volledig opgeladen: 8 uur.
Dit licht werkt door zonne-energie/
zon. Het wordt opgeladen door zonlicht
en niet door daglicht. Daglicht kan de
batterij enigszins opladen, maar het licht
zal dan slechts kort branden.
Het licht schakelt automatisch in
als het donker wordt wanneer de
schakelaar op ‘AAN’ staat. Controleer of
het licht aan is door het zonnepaneel te
bedekken.

Laat de lantaarn niet lang in de regen
buiten staan. Het metaal is gecoat, maar
kan enigszins roestig worden als het
langdurig nat blijft.
FLIKKERT HET LICHT?
Wanneer de schemering valt, kan
het zonnepaneel verward zijn over of
het dag of nacht is. Het ikkeren stopt,
zodra het volledig donker wordt.
Veroorzaakt door een bijna lege
batterij. Laat het licht opladen.
Het zonnepaneel vangt ook kunstlicht
op. Plaats het verder weg van andere
lichtbronnen.

veranderingen in zonlicht en zonkracht.
Het paneel is niet defect, maar de batterij
kan niet volledig worden opgeladen.

von anderen Lichtquellen auf.

FUNKTIONIERT IHR SOLARLICHT
NICHT ODER NICHT SO, WIE SIE ES
ERWARTEN?
Überprüfen Sie, ob es eingeschaltet ist.
Lassen Sie die Batterie vor dem
Gebrauch vollständig durch
Sonnenenergie auaden. Schalten Sie
das Solarpanel aus, falls die Batterie
mehrere Tage lang aufgeladen werden
soll.
Überprüfen Sie die Batterie im Deckel:
Es kann vorkommen, dass die Batterie
bewegt hat.
Ersetzen Sie die Batterie durch einen
normalen, um zu überprüfen, ob das
Problem dadurch verursacht wird. Wenn
das Licht mit einer normalen Batterie
funktioniert, verursachen die Batterie
oder das Solarpanel Probleme.
