Tischmikrofon mit Schwanenhals

Diese Anleitung richtet sich an Benutzer ohne besondere Fach-

kenntnisse. Bitte lesen Sie die Anleitung vor dem Betrieb gründ-

lich durch und heben Sie sie für ein späteres Nachlesen auf.

1 Einsatzmöglichkeiten

Das ECM-200 ist ein einfaches Tischmikrofon für z. B. Durchsagen oder

für kleine Gesprächsrunden. Zum Betrieb wird eine 1,5-V-Batterie der

GrößeAA benötigt.

2 Wichtige Hinweise

Das Mikrofon entspricht allen relevanten Richtlinien der EU und trägt

deshalb das

-Zeichen.

•

Verwenden Sie das Mikrofon nur im Innenbereich. Schützen Sie es

vor Tropf- und Spritzwasser sowie vor hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit. Der

zulässige Einsatztemperaturbereich beträgt 0 – 40 °C.

•

Verwenden Sie zum Säubern nur ein trockenes, weiches Tuch, nie-

mals Chemikalien oder Wasser.

•

Wird das Mikrofon zweckentfremdet, falsch bedient oder nicht

fachgerecht repariert, kann keine Garantie für das Mikrofon und

keine Haftung für daraus resultierende Sach- oder Personenschäden

übernommen werden.

Soll das Mikrofon endgültig aus dem Betrieb genommen

werden, übergeben Sie es zur umweltgerechten Entsor-

gung einem örtlichen Recyclingbetrieb.

3 Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung

1) Auf der Unterseite das Batteriefach aufschrauben. Eine 1,5-V-Batterie

der Größe Mignon (AA), mit den Plus- und Minusanschlüssen wie im

Fach aufgedruckt, einsetzen. Das Batteriefach wieder zuschrauben.

2) Den mitgelieferten Schaumstoff-Poppschutz auf das Mikrofon ste-

cken. Er verhindert die Überbetonung von Explosivlauten, wie „b“,

„p“, „t“ und schützt das Mikrofon vor der Feuchtigkeit des Atems.

3) Das Mikrofon mit seinem 6,3-mm-Klinkenstecker an einen Mikrofon-

eingang anschließen, z. B. an einen Verstärker.

4) Für eine kurze Durchsage die Sprechtaste TALK gedrückt halten.

5) Zum längeren Sprechen das Mikrofon mit der Taste LOCK einschal-

ten. Zum Ausschalten die Taste erneut drücken, damit sie ausrastet.

6) Die Batterie erneuern, wenn das Mikrofonsignal immer schwächer

wird oder das Mikrofon nicht mehr funktioniert.

Nehmen Sie bei längerem Nichtgebrauch des Mikrofons die Batterie

heraus. So bleibt es bei einem eventuellen Auslaufen der Batterie

unbeschädigt.

Verbrauchte Batterien dürfen nicht in den Hausmüll ge-

worfen werden. Geben Sie sie zur umweltgerechten Ent-

sorgung nur in den Sondermüll (z. B. Sammelbehälter im

Einzelhandel).

Desktop Microphone with Gooseneck

These instructions are intended for users without any speciﬁc

technical knowledge. Please read the instructions carefully prior

to installation and keep them for later reference.

1 Applications

ECM-200 is a basic desktop microphone to be used for announcements

or small round-table discussions, for example. For operation, a 1.5 V

battery (AA size) is required.

2 Important Notes

The microphone corresponds to all relevant directives of the EU and is

therefore marked with

The microphone is suitable for indoor use only. Protect it against

dripping water, splash water and high air humidity. The admissible

ambient temperature range is 0 – 40 °C.

For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth, never use water or chemicals.

•

No guarantee claims for the microphone and no liability for any

resulting personal damage or material damage will be accepted if

the microphone is used for other purposes than originally intended,

if it is not correctly operated or if it is not repaired in an expert way.

If the microphone is to be put out of operation deﬁni-

tively, take it to a local recycling plant for a disposal which

is not harmful to the environment.

3 Operation

1) Unscrew the battery compartment cover on the lower side of the

microphone. Insert a 1.5 V battery (AA size) with the positive and

negative poles as indicated in the compartment. Then close the com-

partment, using the screws.

2) Place the foam pop shield provided on the microphone. The pop

shield will suppress pop noise of plosives such as “b”, “p” and “t”

and will protect the microphone from the moisture in your breath.

3) Connect the 6.3 mm plug of the microphone to a microphone input,

e. g. of an ampliﬁer.

4) To make a short announcement, keep the button TALK pressed.

5) To make longer announcements, switch on the microphone with the

button LOCK. To switch off the microphone, press the button LOCK

again so that the button disengages.

6) Replace the battery when the microphone signal is poor or when

the microphone fails to operate.

If the microphone is not used for a longer time, remove the battery

as a precaution so that the microphone will not be damaged in case

the battery should leak.

Used batteries must not be placed in the household waste.

To protect the environment, always take them to a special

waste disposal, e. g. collection container at your retailer.
