1 Year Limited Warranty

warrants that for a period of one year from the dateof purchase, this product will be free from

defects inmaterial and workmanship. JCS, at its option, will repair or replace this product or any

component of the productfoundtobe defective duringthe warranty period. Replacement will be

made witha new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available,

replacement maybemade with asimilar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive

warranty. Do NOT attempt to repair or adjust anyelectrical or mechanical functions on this

product. Doing so will void thiswarranty.

This warrantyis valid for the original retail purchaser from the date ofinitial retail purchase and is

not transferable. Keeptheoriginal sales receipt. Proofof purchase isrequiredto obtain warranty

performance. JCSdealers,servicecenters,or retailstores selling JCS products donot havetheright

to alter, modify orany waychangetheterms andconditions ofthis warranty.

This warrantydoes not cover normal wearof parts ordamage resulting from any ofthe following:

negligentuse or misuse of the product, use on impropervoltage or current, use contrary to the

operatinginstructions, disassembly,repair oralteration byanyoneotherthanJCSor anauthorized

JCS service center.Further, thewarrantydoes notcover: ActsofGod, such asfire, flood, hurricanes

and tornadoes.

What arethe limitson JCS’s Liability?

JCS shall not be liable for anyincidental or consequential damages caused by thebreach of any

express, implied or statutory warranty or condition.

Except to theextent prohibited byapplicablelaw, anyimplied warrantyor condition of

merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to theduration of the

above warranty.

JCS disclaims allother warranties, conditions or representations, express, implied, statutory

JCS shall not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase, use or misuse of,
