whichcansettheoutputvoltagefrom1.27Vto

13.8Vwithonlytwoexternalresistors.Inaddition,

thedeviceisalsoavailableintwofixedvoltages,

1.8Vand3.3V.

TheLMS8117Aofferscurrentlimitingandthermal

shutdown.ThedevicecircuitincludesaZener

trimmedband-gapreferencetoassureoutputvoltage

accuracytowithin±1%.

D-PAKpackages.A10-µF(minimum)tantalum
