powermanagementunit(PMU)optimizedforlow-

powerFPGAs,microprocessors,andDSPs.This

deviceintegratestwohighlyefficient1-A,600-mA

step-downDC-DCconverterswithdynamicvoltage

scaling(DVS),two300-mAlinearregulators,anda

400-kHzI

Cinterfacetoallowahostcontroller

accesstotheinternalcontrolregistersofthedevice.

TheLP3907additionallyfeaturesprogrammable

power-onsequencing.

Featuresincludeprogrammablepower-on

sequencing,communicationcontrol(I2C),dynamic

voltagescaling,overcurrentprotection,PowerGood,

synchronousrectification,thermalshutdown,and

undervoltagelockout.Forapplicationsrequiringlight

loads,thehigh-efficiencysynchronousswitchingbuck
