outputvoltageaccuracy,lineandloadregulation.The

LMZ10503isavailableinaninnovativepackagethat

enhancesthermalperformanceandallowsforhand

ormachinesoldering.

TheLMZ10503canacceptaninputvoltagerail

between2.95Vand5.5Vandcandeliveran

adjustableandhighlyaccurateoutputvoltageaslow

as0.8V.Onemegahertzfixed-frequencyPWM

switchingprovidesapredictableEMIcharacteristic.

Twoexternalcompensationcomponentscanbe

adjustedtosetthefastestresponsetime,while

allowingtheoptiontouseceramicand/orelectrolytic
