TheLPV811(single)andLPV812(dual)areaultra-

low-powerprecisionoperationalamplifierfamilyfor

“AlwaysON”sensingapplicationsinbatterypowered

wirelessandlowpowerwiredequipment.With8kHz

ofbandwidthfrom425nAofquiescentcurrentanda

trimmedoffsetvoltagetounder300µV,theLPV81x

amplifiersprovidetherequiredprecisionwhile

minimizingpowerconsumptioninequipmentsuchas

gasdetectorsandportableelectronicdeviceswhere

operationalbattery-lifeiscritical.

Inadditiontobeingultra-low-power,theLPV81x

amplifiershaveCMOSinputstageswithfempto-amp

biascurrentsforimpedancesourceapplications.The

LPV81xamplifiersalsofeatureanegative-railsensing

inputstageandarail-to-railoutputstagethatswings

withinmillivoltsoftherails,maintainingthewidest

dynamicrangepossible.EMIprotectionisdesigned

intotheLPV81xinordertoreducesystemsensitivity

tounwantedRFsignalsfrommobilephones,WiFi,

radiotransmitters,andtagreaders.
