cheeseandtoastbreadinlow-volumesandwichshopsandsmall
restaurants.Itisintendedforuseincommercialfoodserviceoperations
only.Itisnotintendedforhighvolumeoperations,continuoususe,
household,industrialorlaboratoryuse.
CLEARANCEANDENVIRONMENTREQUIREMENTS
Donotplacethisovenonsurfacesornearwalls,partitionsorkitchen
furnitureunlesstheyaremadeofnon-combustiblematerialorcladwith
non-combustibleheat-insulatingmaterial.Ovensmustnotbeusednear
orbelowcurtainsandothercombustiblematerials.Donotplacethe
ovenadjacenttoaheatproducingappliance.

ThisovenisULtestedandverifiedforventlessoperationunderthe
followingconditions:

andmeltingcheese
•Notforusewithrawand/orfattyproteinssuchasskin-onorbone-in
