The RU Automatic Urn is factory pre-set and ready to go… right from the carton.
Factory Settings:
• Brew Temperature = 200°F
• Brew Volume = Set to requirements of coffee liner
System Requirements
•WaterSource:20–100psi(minimumowrateof1gpm)
• Electrical: See attached schematic for standard model or visit www.wilburcurtis.com for your
model.

bed of coffee inside

control panel to begin
brewing.
